What TCS officially confirmed about Season 12
In its March 24, 2025 announcement, TCS identified CodeVita 2025 as the contest’s 12th season. TCS said contestants needed to solve at least one Round 1 challenge to advance to Round 2; the season then proceeded to a final round, with only the top 25 contestants reaching it. #1 Best Overall
TCS reported over 537,000 registrations across 96 countries for Season 12. That is a season-wide registration figure, not a verified count of entries in the Scribd document.
How to interpret names and ranks in the list
The first row of the Scribd document lists username “jeffrey,” six problems solved, and National Tsing Hua University. TCS separately names Jeffrey Ho of Taiwan as the Season 12 winner. The sources reviewed do not confirm that the username “jeffrey” belongs to Jeffrey Ho, so the matching names and school should not be presented as proof of identity.

The Scribd page provides a document labeled as results, but the available TCS sources do not verify an official TCS PDF for this Round 1 list.
