Tucker Carlson’s new precious-metals business is Battalion Metals, a company that describes Carlson as a co-founder alongside precious-metals veteran Christopher Olson. It sells physical bullion, including gold and silver coins and bars, and says customers can choose insured delivery or secure storage. Its claims about pricing, liquidity and inventory are the company’s own representations, not independently verified findings.

What is Tucker Carlson’s new gold company?

It is Battalion Metals. The company’s storefront describes Carlson as a co-founder, while its “Behind the Brand” materials say he partnered with Christopher Olson, whom the company describes as a precious-metals veteran. Battalion’s launch page also connects the venture to Olson’s family coin-business history. These are company descriptions; the reviewed material does not establish the ownership split or independently document that family-business history.

What does Battalion Metals sell?

Battalion’s catalog presents physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium, including coins and bars. Examples shown include a 1-ounce American Gold Eagle, a 1/10-ounce American Gold Eagle, a 1-ounce American Silver Eagle and Canadian Maple Leaf coins. The company also describes insured delivery and secure storage options. Product availability, prices and the terms for delivery or storage can change, so check the current listing and terms directly before buying.

An American Silver Eagle coin is one example of a bullion product in Battalion’s catalog. That does not establish that Battalion products are currently available on Amazon, or identify an Amazon seller or price.

How to assess Battalion’s pricing claims

Battalion promotes real-time market pricing, “honest premiums,” direct inventory access and a curated selection chosen for liquidity and resale value. Its launch page says it provides clear breakdowns of spot prices and premiums. These are the company’s marketing claims; the available material does not independently verify its prices, buyback terms or resale outcomes.

When comparing bullion offers, separate three figures: the spot price of the metal, the dealer’s premium above spot when you buy, and the dealer’s quoted buyback price if you sell. The spot price alone is not the all-in purchase cost or a promise of what a dealer will pay later.

  • Compare the all-in premium over spot for the same metal, product type and weight.
  • Ask for the buyback price or spread, rather than assuming a coin’s resale value will track the spot price without costs.
  • Check authenticity documentation, inventory status, fulfillment terms, insured-shipping costs and storage fees.
  • If buying through an IRA, verify the account and custodian requirements separately.

The company’s launch page advertises up to 20% off premiums for Tucker Carlson Network members. This is a time-sensitive offer, not a standing price guarantee; confirm current eligibility, terms and the specific products covered before relying on it.

How Carlson’s media network is connected to the business

A Tucker Carlson Network page dated February 27, 2026, for The Great Gold Scam says the documentary examines parts of the gold-IRA industry and alleges that some sellers obscure prices, inflate markups and fund promotion with large commissions. The page frames the film as an explanation of how the model works and directs people who believe they were scammed to Battalion Metals. Those allegations are the network’s framing, not independent substantiation of every claim. The referral is also a commercial connection readers should take into account when weighing the recommendation.

What has—and has not—been independently established

The reviewed company and network pages establish what Battalion says it offers and how it presents the business; they do not establish independent testing of its prices, delivery, storage or customer outcomes. They also do not confirm current premiums, product availability, ownership details, customer totals, investment returns or an affiliate program. Do not treat promotional statements as evidence that a particular product is cheaper, safer or more liquid than alternatives.

For broader product-category context, an SEC filing concerning Gold.com describes dealers selling coins, bars and ingots. It is not evidence about Battalion’s specific operations or comparative performance.
