Can you still file a JUUL settlement claim or dispute a payment?
No. The administrator says the claim deadline was February 5, 2024, and claims can no longer be filed. The deadline to dispute a payment was December 23, 2024; the administrator says it accepts no further disputes. See the official payment FAQ and current settlement FAQ.
Did JUUL settlement checks go out?
The administrator says completed claims were paid in April and June 2025, after review of timely disputes and any requested additional documentation. Payments were sent using the most recent successful payment method on file. The administrator’s official settlement site lists its accepted payment channels and payment-partner email details.
If you received a virtual Mastercard payment email but cannot find or use it, the payment FAQ directs recipients to Blackhawk Cardholder Services. The administrator says it cannot resend payment links. Use the administrator’s official site and contact information to check a message; an unsolicited email is not trustworthy merely because it mentions the settlement.

How were individual JUUL settlement payouts calculated?
For valid, complete claims, the administrator assigned points based on eligible, documented average annual spending on JUUL products. It expressly says payments are not dollar-for-dollar reimbursement. The amount depended on the points-based allocation, not simply on returning the full purchase cost.
The settlement covered eligible consumers who bought a JUUL product in the United States on or before December 7, 2022, if they filed a valid claim by the deadline. The administrator describes the settlement as $300 million on its current site. Separately, the settlement notice and September 2024 court approval record describe the JUUL Labs settlement component as $255 million. Those figures appear in different official materials and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Is a $9,000 JUUL settlement payout confirmed?
The official administrator materials reviewed do not establish $9,000 as a standard payout, a maximum award or a guaranteed amount. They explain the points-based calculation and give settlement-wide figures, but do not confirm that individual claim. A headline or social-media post repeating the number is not proof of what a particular person was awarded. If you need to verify that exact claim, ask the publisher for its source.

The administrator says a supplemental distribution began March 20, 2026. It was for eligible claimants who had received and deposited an initial payment and whose supplemental amount was at least $15. Under the administrator’s minimum-payment calculation, initial awards below $183.27 did not qualify for a supplemental share of at least $15. These are eligibility thresholds for the later distribution, not a promise that every claimant received either amount.

Supplemental amounts were described as pro rata shares based on each claimant’s initial award and the total class points. The administrator says award determinations are final.
