Club Pilates is not one fixed price nationwide. The company’s August 6, 2026 article lists U.S. monthly ranges of $79–$169 for four classes, $139–$305 for eight classes, and $189–$397 for unlimited classes; a single drop-in is listed at $25–$52. Those are broad brand-published ranges, not a quote for your studio. Your local location sets its prices, so request its current rate and agreement before signing up.
How much does a Club Pilates membership cost?
Club Pilates’ August 6, 2026 membership article gives these indicative U.S. prices. The company says that each studio sets its own membership pricing, so the ranges do not guarantee an offer at a particular location.
| Option | Brand-published price | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| 4 classes per month | $79–$169 per month | Described as a fit for roughly weekly attendance; availability and terms vary by studio. |
| 8 classes per month | $139–$305 per month | Described as a fit for at least twice-weekly attendance; availability and terms vary by studio. |
| Unlimited | $189–$397 per month | Described as a fit for three or more visits weekly; confirm the local plan’s access and restrictions. |
| Single-class drop-in | $25–$52 per class | Ask the studio whether drop-ins are available and whether taxes or other charges apply. |
These are figures published by Club Pilates, not an independent price survey or a market average. The company’s membership page puts it plainly: “Membership pricing is set by your local studio.” The exact price, taxes, enrollment charges, contract duration, and plan availability for your location are not established by the national ranges.
Which plan is likely to suit your attendance?
Compare the local recurring price with the number of classes you realistically expect to attend—not just the advertised maximum or a hoped-for routine. The brand’s August 2026 overview positions four classes for about one visit a week, eight for at least two, and unlimited for three or more. Treat those as broad usage descriptions, not a promise that a plan will be cost-effective at a particular attendance level.

- Estimate your per-class cost: Divide the studio’s quoted recurring fee by the classes you expect to use. If credits expire or roll over, include that only after the studio confirms its rule; no universal rollover policy is established here.
- Compare booking access: Club Pilates describes booking up to 30 days ahead for 8-class members and priority booking 30 or more days ahead for unlimited members. Ask your location what those windows mean in practice.
- Check where you can attend: Unlimited may mean access at the home studio, while Passport or Destination options are described as broader access tiers. Confirm current availability, eligible locations, exclusions, and any price difference directly with the studio.
- Weigh prepayment against flexibility: The brand describes an Annual option as prepaid. Get the payment schedule, term, and freeze and cancellation conditions in writing before comparing it with monthly billing.
The membership page advertises savings of up to 20% for four classes, 30% for eight, and 40% for unlimited compared with single-class drop-in pricing. These are Club Pilates’ promotional comparisons; your actual savings depend on the local prices and whether you use your included classes.
Fees and policies that can change the total cost
Freezing a membership
Club Pilates’ help center says freeze requests generally need to be made at least 14 days before the next invoice. It lists a freeze of up to three months at $35 per month, with an exception for medical issues. Confirm the local process, eligibility, and terms; this policy should not replace the agreement for your studio.

Late cancellations and missed classes
The help center lists a 12-hour class-cancellation window. For class-credit members, a late cancellation or no-show costs one class credit; for unlimited members, it lists $15 for a late cancellation and $20 for a no-show. Ask the studio how the policy applies to your plan and verify the current charges before booking.
Ending the membership
There is no single cancellation notice period or fee established for every Club Pilates studio here. The help center directs members to the relevant state membership-agreement addendum or their local studio for cancellation details. Read the agreement before enrolling and ask for the applicable terms in writing.

Possible HSA or FSA use
Club Pilates says Unlimited and Annual memberships may be eligible through Truemed at participating studios. Its membership page estimates approximately 30% in potential savings depending on tax bracket. That is the brand’s conditional estimate, not a guaranteed discount or tax advice; confirm eligibility and your own tax treatment before relying on it.
Try a class and budget for what you need
Club Pilates advertises a free introductory class, and its FAQ says no credit card is needed to book one. Availability can depend on the location, so check with your chosen studio. This can help you decide whether the format and schedule work for you before committing to a recurring plan.

Grip socks are required for class, according to the Club Pilates FAQ, which says they can also be purchased at the studio. If you already own suitable grip socks, ask whether they meet your studio’s requirements.
