Arta Finance is a wealth platform for accredited investors that combines access to selected public- and private-market investments with managed portfolios and advisory services. Its “digital family office” label describes that mix, but the public materials reviewed do not establish that Arta provides every service of a traditional family office. Whether it fits depends on your jurisdiction, eligibility, desired level of advice, investment risks, and the fees disclosed for the specific service and fund.

What Arta Finance offers

Arta describes its global platform as a way to grow, protect, and enjoy wealth. The company says members can explore selected public and private investment opportunities, use AI-supported portfolio tools, access managed portfolios, and seek personal investment advice. Its materials also provide tax and estate planning education; Arta says that education is not legal or tax advice. Arta’s global site and its disclosures are the primary sources for these service descriptions.

“Digital family office” is best understood here as a platform bringing investment access and some planning and advisory services together, rather than proof of a comprehensive family-office relationship. The public descriptions do not establish that Arta replaces a lawyer, tax professional, or every other specialist a family may need.

Who can join, and where is it available?

Arta’s global offering is directed to accredited investors, but eligibility and product access depend on jurisdiction. Arta’s global membership FAQ lists these individual criteria under Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act: qualifying annual income of at least SGD 300,000 in the preceding 12 months, net financial assets exceeding SGD 1 million, or net personal assets exceeding SGD 2 million. For the net-personal-assets test, the value of a primary residence is capped at SGD 1 million. Arta also says investment dividends do not count toward the income assessment. These are Singapore-specific criteria published by Arta, not universal thresholds for U.S. investors or people elsewhere. Check the applicable local rules and confirm eligibility and product availability with Arta. Arta’s global FAQ

Regulatory status also depends on the entity serving you. Arta identifies Arta Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. as regulated by Singapore’s Monetary Authority of Singapore, with Capital Markets Services license 101441 covering fund management, dealing in securities, and collective investment schemes. Its U.S. disclosure separately identifies Arta Finance Wealth Management LLC as an SEC-registered investment adviser. These are distinct entities and regulatory descriptions; one should not be treated as a license or registration applicable everywhere. Global site · Disclosures

What happens during onboarding?

Arta says people can explore the platform without opening an account. To invest or use family-office services, a prospective member must complete onboarding, beginning with identity verification and account opening at BNY Pershing. Arta says identity verification typically takes two to three days; this is a company-stated typical interval, not a guaranteed processing time. FAQ · Getting started

Two account types

Arta’s onboarding FAQ describes two accounts opened at BNY Pershing:

  • Self-managed account: Holds transferred assets awaiting investment and supports self-directed trading. Arta says funds in this account are invested in a money-market fund while accruing interest; this does not establish a guaranteed yield or a particular current rate.
  • Full-discretion account: Holds assets allocated to an AI-Managed Portfolio that Arta manages.

For an alternative investment, the funding route may differ: Arta says allocated funds may be sent directly to the fund manager. Review the relevant offering documents for the actual transaction process. Arta onboarding FAQ

Where are assets held, and what protection applies?

Arta says Pershing LLC provides clearing and custody for securities, and its FAQ says assets are held in segregated accounts under the account holder’s name. The global homepage advertises SIPC protection up to $500,000. SIPC protection concerns eligible customer assets if a member brokerage fails; it does not protect against investment losses or a decline in asset value. Confirm which entity and current protection terms apply to your account. Arta’s own disclosures warn that investments can lose money. Arta global site · FAQ · Disclosures

How private investments work—and what can go wrong

Minimum investments and funding terms vary by alternative fund. Arta says the minimum for an offering appears in its investment memorandum. Some offerings use capital calls, meaning investors provide money when called; others require the commitment to be funded upfront. Terms are specific to each offering and may change, so read its current documents rather than assuming one set of rules applies across the platform. Arta says fund sponsors, not Arta, make final admission decisions. FAQ · Disclosures

Access is not the same as suitability or liquidity. Arta’s disclosures identify valuation and liquidity risks and the possibility of losing principal. They also caution that platform-listed funds may not be the only available choices or the lowest-fee options, and that past performance does not guarantee future results. Treat each offering as a separate decision: examine its valuation method, redemption restrictions, costs, funding obligations, and risk disclosures before committing.

What does it cost to join Arta?

Arta says the app is free to download and explore, but directs users to platform pricing for service fees. Its global disclosure points clients to pricing in the platform, including the Personal Investment Advisor brochure. Arta says personal-adviser compensation is typically fee-only and that it does not receive third-party compensation for recommending specific financial products or services. These descriptions do not provide a complete fee schedule or establish the cost of a particular account or investment. FAQ · Disclosures

Before investing, check the current platform pricing, the adviser brochure if relevant, and each fund’s documents for underlying expenses and other charges. The public materials cited here do not establish a current advisory percentage, account minimum, or complete fund-cost figure, so none should be inferred from the fact that the app is free to explore.

How to assess whether Arta fits

Arta may merit consideration if you meet the applicable eligibility rules and want a single platform that offers managed portfolio services alongside access to selected public and private investments. Compare it with alternatives using the details that affect your situation:

  • Whether you qualify in your jurisdiction and can access the specific products you want.
  • Whether you prefer self-directed investing, discretionary portfolio management, personal advice, or a combination.
  • Who holds the assets and which legal entity is responsible for each service.
  • The minimum investment, capital-call or upfront funding terms, liquidity, and redemption limits for each private offering.
  • The full cost of advice, platform services, and underlying investments.
  • What the AI tools do for the particular feature and jurisdiction, and when a human adviser is available.

Arta’s U.S. disclosures describe AI features that provide investment-related suggestions and content, caution that outputs should not be the sole basis for investment decisions, and encourage review with human advisers. That is a description of support tools, not evidence that every AI feature provides individualized advice. Check the current terms for the feature and entity serving you. Arta disclosures

The available public descriptions are chiefly Arta-authored and do not independently establish investment performance, app usability, service quality, or comparative value. Evaluate the current legal documents and fees directly, and do not use past results or access to private funds as a substitute for assessing risk and fit.
