The file Apple and Coca-Cola logos.imagesource-TMF.png cannot be verified from its filename alone: its creator, source, currentness, and license are not established. Before using it, identify where it came from and what permissions apply. Official company trademark guidance offers context, but it does not clear this particular image for reuse.
What is known about this image file?
The exact file, Apple and Coca-Cola logos.imagesource-TMF.png, has not been authenticated. The filename does not establish who created it, whether either company supplied it, what “TMF” means, or whether the image may be reused. A search result, visible watermark, or the presence of familiar logos is not proof of permission.
To assess the file, trace it to the original host or creator and check the license attached to that specific asset. Confirm who owns or licenses it, which uses are allowed, whether attribution is required, whether modifications are permitted, and whether the permission covers your intended medium and location. If the source or license cannot be confirmed, do not treat the file as cleared.
Can you use the Apple logo in a publication or marketing?
Apple’s third-party trademark guidelines say that only Apple and authorized resellers and licensees may use the Apple Logo in advertising, promotional, and sales materials under the terms of their agreements. The guidance says other use requires an express written trademark license. It also states: “The Apple Logo or any other Apple-owned graphic symbol, logo, icon or image does not appear on or in the publication or on any materials related to the publication, seminar, or conference without express written permission from Apple.” Read the full policy in the context of your particular use; this general explanation is not an individualized legal determination.

Apple describes a trademark as a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of goods or services. Its Trademark List also discusses trademark symbols, generic terms, and attribution notices, including geography-specific details. Those references do not identify the rights status of this PNG.
Can you alter a Coca-Cola logo?
The Coca-Cola Foundation Visual Identity guide prohibits certain treatments of the Foundation’s logo, including adding elements, changing its color or layout, stretching it, altering alignment, and shrinking it below the stated minimum size. Those instructions apply to the Foundation identity covered by that guide; they should not be generalized to every logo used by The Coca-Cola Company or treated as permission to modify the logo in this file.

Does this file show Coca-Cola’s current identity?
The Coca-Cola Company announced a refreshed global visual-identity system on July 20, 2026. Its announcement describes a red-and-white palette, Dynamic Ribbon, Arden Square, and Spencerian script as core assets, with rollout underway across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The company said the system was intended for more than 200 markets; that is a scope figure from its announcement, not an independently verified market count. The announcement does not authenticate this PNG or establish whether the exact logo artwork in it is current in any particular market.
Because the rollout information is dated and market-specific, it should not be read as proof that all packaging, markets, or digital assets have already changed. See the company’s July 20, 2026 identity announcement for its description of the system.

What to check before using the PNG
- Provenance: Find the original page or file host and identify the creator or rights holder. Do not infer either from “imagesource-TMF” in the filename.
- License: Locate the terms for this specific file, not just a general policy about the brands. Check whether your planned use—editorial, promotional, commercial, or otherwise—is allowed.
- Brand status: Confirm whether the image is an official asset and whether it is intended to represent a current identity. Company-wide guidance cannot verify an unidentified copy.
- Alterations and attribution: Check the asset’s own terms for allowed edits and required credits. Follow any applicable brand guidance for the particular logo involved.
- Territory and medium: Make sure permission covers the relevant country or region and the format in which you plan to publish or distribute it.
If commercial reuse depends on permission that is unclear, ask the rights holder directly or consult an appropriately qualified intellectual-property professional.
