Starting October 1, 2026, personal Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers can receive a $15 monthly DoorDash promotion while enrolled in DashPass and paying with an eligible Chase card. DoorDash describes it as a general promotion, not just a restaurant discount—but it does not say that it applies to literally every DoorDash order. Check your DoorDash offer wallet and checkout screen to see where it can be used.
Can you use the $15 DoorDash promotion for anything?
Not necessarily. DoorDash’s U.S. Chase benefit overview, dated October 1, 2026, calls the new benefit a “$15 monthly promo” and distinguishes it from the previous restaurant-only promotion. That supports calling it a general promotion for eligible DoorDash orders, but DoorDash does not list every eligible order category or all exclusions. The offer shown in your account and at checkout is the practical guide to whether a particular order qualifies. DoorDash’s current Chase benefit page
What changed on October 1, 2026?
The $15 monthly promotion replaced the previous $5 monthly restaurant promotion for personal Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers. These cards also have two separate $10 monthly promotions for eligible non-restaurant orders. DoorDash lists the $15 and $10 offers as distinct benefits; the two $10 promotions are not part of the new $15 amount. DoorDash’s current Chase benefit page
How the Reserve DoorDash promotions differ
| Promotion | Eligible order type | Availability and use |
|---|---|---|
| $15 monthly | General promotion for eligible DoorDash orders; the full list of eligible categories and exclusions is not stated on DoorDash’s current page. | For personal Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmembers starting October 1, 2026. Enroll in DashPass and use the eligible Chase card at checkout. |
| Two $10 promotions per month | Eligible non-restaurant orders. | One $10 promotion may be used per order. Chase’s terms say these discounts apply to the subtotal, not fees, tax, or gratuity; are limited to the month or quarter in which issued; do not roll over; and cannot be used for gift cards. |
The $10 offer rules above come from Chase’s DashPass terms. Do not assume those offer-specific rules automatically apply to the new $15 promotion: the current DoorDash overview does not provide a complete list of the $15 offer’s exclusions.

Who qualifies and what you need to do
- You must be a personal Chase Sapphire Reserve or J.P. Morgan Reserve cardmember. DoorDash lists a separate $5 monthly restaurant promotion for the Reserve for Business; this October change should not be read as updating that business-card benefit.
- You need a DoorDash account created in the United States and must be using DoorDash in the United States.
- You must enroll in DashPass and select the eligible Chase card at checkout for the card-specific promotions.
- DashPass order benefits depend on a participating merchant and the minimum subtotal displayed in the app or on the website.
DoorDash says DashPass benefits extend to Caviar when you use the same login, but the Chase-specific restaurant and non-restaurant promotions are not available in the Caviar app. DoorDash’s current Chase benefit page
How DoorDash applies the promotions
DoorDash says its app currently applies the highest-value eligible promotion by default. After that offer is used, the next eligible offer appears. DoorDash says an experience that lets customers select a promotion is forthcoming; the current page does not give a release date. If the $15 promotion is not applied to the order you want, check your offer wallet and checkout screen rather than assuming you can manually select it.

Why Chase’s page still shows $5
Chase’s Reserve product page retrieved October 3, 2026 still describes a $5 monthly restaurant promotion alongside two $10 non-restaurant discounts. That $5 amount conflicts with DoorDash’s Chase-specific overview, which is dated October 1 and says the $15 promotion began that day. For the updated amount and DoorDash’s current app behavior, DoorDash’s dated benefit overview is the more current description; Chase’s card page appears not to have been updated on this point. What to verify before placing an order
- Confirm your DoorDash account is U.S.-created and that you are enrolled in DashPass.
- Check the DoorDash offer wallet for the $15 promotion and its availability for your intended order.
- At checkout, select the eligible Chase card and confirm that the promotion is applied before submitting the order.
- For a $10 non-restaurant promotion, check its displayed expiration and discount calculation; Chase’s terms say it does not discount fees, tax, or gratuity and cannot be used for gift cards.
