For October 2026, Rove Miles is reported to offer a 50% transfer bonus to Japan Airlines Mileage Bank and a 40% bonus to Air France–KLM Flying Blue through October 31. Qatar Airways Privilege Club’s official campaign offers 15%, 25% or 35% per transfer transaction, depending on its size—not a flat 35% bonus. The offers have different cutoffs, and Rove says partner transfers are typically final, so confirm an award and the live terms before moving miles.

Air France–KLM Flying Blue 40% October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. UTC+1 Rate and cutoff reported by Frequent Miler on October 1, 2026; the source for the report’s exact deadline and rate is specialist reporting, not official offer terms located for this article.
Qatar Airways Privilege Club 15%, 25% or 35% October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. GMT+3 Official Qatar terms set a per-transaction tier; eligible bonus Avios are to be credited by November 30, 2026.

The cutoffs use different time zones, and the transfer must meet the applicable offer terms. Treat the displayed deadlines as the latest stated cutoffs, not a reason to wait until the final minutes: processing times vary. Qatar lists Rove as a participating partner for the United States. For Qatar’s tiers and campaign dates, see the Qatar Airways Privilege Club campaign terms. JAL and Flying Blue rates and deadlines above are from Frequent Miler’s October 1 report.

How Qatar’s “up to 35%” bonus works

Qatar calculates the bonus separately for each conversion transaction. The amount in one transaction determines the tier:

Avios converted in one transaction Bonus
Up to 49,999 15%
50,000–99,999 25%
100,000 or more 35%

Splitting a conversion into several smaller transactions does not combine them to qualify for a higher tier. Qatar’s campaign terms say the bonus is calculated “per transaction” and not on the cumulative amount converted during the campaign. Conversions after the campaign ends are ineligible; Qatar says eligible bonus Avios will be credited by November 30, 2026. Credited transfers are not reversed. Check the official Qatar campaign terms for the applicable transaction and eligibility details.

What a bonus means for your Rove balance

Rove’s Help Center lists Japan Airlines Mileage Bank, Air France–KLM Flying Blue and Qatar Airways Privilege Club as eligible partners. It says listed partners other than ALL Accor transfer at 1:1, while processing time varies and some transfers take longer to appear. A bonus increases the partner miles or Avios credited relative to the amount transferred, but the resulting balance is useful only if it can book the trip you want.

For example, a 50% bonus would add 50% to a qualifying JAL transfer under the reported offer; the actual miles credited and eligibility should be confirmed in Rove’s transfer interface. Do not assume the largest percentage delivers the best value: award prices, availability, fees and itinerary rules differ by program. See Rove’s pages on transfer processing and comparing booking options.

How to decide whether to transfer

  1. Find the exact award first. Search the destination program for the itinerary or redemption you intend to book and verify that seats or other award space are available.
  2. Compare the full cost and conditions. Check miles required after the applicable bonus, taxes and fees, route, cabin, and change or cancellation terms. Compare partner booking with other programs and Rove’s direct booking option.
  3. Check the live offer and cutoff. Confirm the bonus, region eligibility and deadline in the transfer interface and the relevant program terms. Leave time for processing; the offers do not share the same cutoff time.
  4. Transfer only what your plan needs. Account for Qatar’s single-transaction threshold if pursuing a higher tier, and avoid moving extra miles on the assumption that another redemption will later be available. Rove says transfers are typically final.

There is no route-independent winner among these offers. A smaller bonus can be more useful when its program has the award space, mileage price or itinerary that fits your plans; a larger bonus does not guarantee availability or lower total trip cost.

Sources and offer certainty

Qatar’s campaign terms are the controlling source for its tier thresholds, campaign window, participating regions and bonus posting timetable. The JAL 50% and Flying Blue 40% figures and their reported October 31 cutoffs come from specialist reporting by Frequent Miler dated October 1, 2026; official terms for those two offers were not located in the cited material. Rove’s Help Center pages on transfer mechanics were last updated August 31, 2026. Promotions are time-sensitive, so check the transfer screen and current terms immediately before acting.
