There is no independently verified national ranking that establishes one person as Bangladesh’s best local SEO expert for 2024. The most directly matching 2024 list names Md. Kamrul Hasan, but that is the list publisher’s choice—not an independently audited verdict. Treat the names below as a shortlist to investigate, and choose by verified results, ethical methods, and fit for your business.
Because 2024 is now a past reference year, this is a retrospective guide to the people and providers featured in 2024-related coverage, not a current 2026 ranking. Candidate services, availability, and prices may have changed.
Who did the 2024 list call Bangladesh’s best local SEO expert?
A local SEO article published on December 25, 2023, and framed around 2024 identifies Md. Kamrul Hasan as its preferred expert. It reports that he had more than two years of local SEO experience and that his team completed more than 50 local SEO projects in six months. Those are claims in the practitioner-associated article; it does not provide independent audits, standardized review data, or a transparent ranking method to establish that he was objectively the best. Read the article naming its choice.
The same article describes services such as Google Business Profile optimization, local keywords, citations, local links, review management, rank tracking, and website improvements. Those are relevant work areas, but the published information does not give enough project-level detail—such as client identity, starting position, search location, dates, and lead outcomes—to verify the claimed results.

Bangladesh local SEO specialists and agencies to compare
This shortlist groups providers by their published positioning, not by an independently measured ranking. Treat portfolio numbers, case studies, testimonials, and experience claims as provider-reported until confirmed with references or source-account evidence.

How to decide who is “best” for your business
A provider’s own “best” label is not evidence of performance. Score candidates against the work you need and the evidence they can show.
- Local SEO specialization: Ask for examples involving GBP, Maps, local pages, citations, and review processes—not only general SEO or ecommerce work.
- Bangladesh-market fit: Look for relevant work in your target city and sector. Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and Khulna can have different competitive conditions.
- Evidence quality: Prefer named references, dated reports, and access to original analytics or profile data over isolated screenshots or aggregate numbers.
- Business outcomes: Ask about qualified calls, bookings, directions, and leads, not just rankings, impressions, or traffic.
- Technical ability: Determine whether the provider can address indexing, mobile usability, site speed, structured data, analytics, and conversion tracking when needed.
- Ethics and ownership: The business should retain ownership of its GBP, domain, Search Console, Analytics, content, and other accounts. Reject fake reviews, fake offices, or ranking guarantees.
- Scope and communication: Require defined deliverables, reporting frequency, response expectations, contract terms, and cancellation conditions.
Local rankings vary with searcher location, query, device, competition, and other factors. A ranking screenshot is difficult to interpret unless it identifies the query, search location, device, and date.

What local SEO work should cover
Google Business Profile and Maps
A provider may review profile ownership and verification; categories; business description; services; hours; contact details; appointment links; photos; and duplicate or suspended profiles. Maps work should account for visibility across relevant neighborhoods and service areas rather than relying on one search from one location.

Keyword research should reflect the business’s services and actual customers. In Bangladesh, ask whether the provider checks Bengali, English, mixed-language, and transliterated searches, including local neighborhood names and spelling variations such as Dhaka/Dacca or Chattogram/Chittagong. The right language depends on the audience and search behavior, not a blanket rule.
Website work can include service and location pages, consistent contact details, internal links, relevant LocalBusiness or business-type structured data, mobile usability, and conversion paths such as calls, WhatsApp, forms, bookings, or directions. A business with no suitable website may need a combined website-and-local-SEO scope.
Rank #3
Citations, reviews, and local authority
Citation work should correct inaccurate business details and prioritize relevant directories over indiscriminate mass submissions. Review support should help collect genuine feedback and respond appropriately; it must not involve purchased or fabricated reviews or review gating. Local links and mentions are more credible when they come from relevant publications, associations, suppliers, community groups, or industry partners rather than spam networks.
Measurement and reporting
Agree in advance how the provider will report profile performance, Search Console and website data, calls, direction requests, bookings, and qualified leads. Where possible, connect those measures to sales records. Ask how tracking will distinguish branded searches from non-branded discovery and organic leads from paid advertising.

The 2024-related article gives an estimate of $150–$350 per month, but it provides no methodology or market survey, so it should not be treated as a reliable Bangladesh-wide rate. The article’s estimate is one published signal, not a benchmark.
Md. Azizur Rahman’s site publishes the following monthly package ranges. They are that provider’s own price signals; confirm current availability, scope, and terms directly before relying on them.
| Package | Published monthly price | Published scope |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | BDT 8,000–12,000 | GBP setup and optimization, local keyword research, NAP consistency, and five citations |
| Standard | BDT 15,000–20,000 | Basic features plus Maps ranking, review management, location pages, and schema |
| Advanced | BDT 25,000–35,000 | Multi-location targeting, hyperlocal SEO, competitor analysis, and monthly reporting |
| Custom | Contact provider for quote | Tailored and multi-branch work |
See the provider’s package page. Your proposal may vary with location count, competition, business category, site condition, number of pages, review needs, citation cleanup, content, links, technical work, and tracking requirements. A low monthly price can also mean a narrow scope; compare deliverables and account ownership rather than price alone.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Questions to ask before signing
- Can you provide two or three recent client references, including the business category and city?
- Can I see dated before-and-after GBP or Maps evidence, with the search location and query identified?
- What was the measurement period, and did the result come from Maps, organic search, paid ads, or branded searches?
- Can you show original GBP, Search Console, Analytics, call-tracking, or booking data, with appropriate client permission?
- What exactly will you deliver in the first 30, 60, and 90 days, and what is excluded or billed separately?
- What does your reporting template show, and how will you measure calls, bookings, directions, and qualified leads?
- Will my business own and retain administrator access to GBP, domain, Analytics, Search Console, citations, content, and tracking accounts?
- How do you ask for reviews, respond to negative ones, and handle policy-violating reviews?
- What happens if rankings decline, and how do you separate normal ranking variation from a technical or profile problem?
- What are the contract length, cancellation terms, and access-transfer process when the engagement ends?
Freelancer, agency, or tool-led service?
A freelancer may offer direct access, flexible scope, and lower overhead, making one-location work a natural fit. The trade-off is capacity: one person may have gaps in technical SEO, content, design, or reporting, and there is less backup if they become unavailable.
Best Value
An agency can cover more disciplines and manage multiple branches, but ask who will do the work, how much specialist access you get, and whether the package fits your needs. Web Yonder and Riha Web Tech publish website-related services alongside local SEO, which may suit a business needing both. A business with already strong site foundations but weak Maps visibility may prefer a specialist whose stated focus includes GBP, citations, reviews, and local rankings.
LocalRankly presents an audit/tool-led option; clarify whether you are buying software, consulting, or both. A separate rank-tracking subscription is worthwhile only if the provider explains what decisions the data supports and who owns the account. Multi-location businesses need location-level reporting and profile processes that a solo provider may not have; a single shop may not need an expensive agency retainer built for national campaigns.
Red flags that should stop a hiring decision
- Guaranteed number-one rankings or guaranteed Map Pack placement.
- Buying or fabricating reviews, review gating, keyword-stuffing a profile name, or creating fake addresses or duplicate locations.
- Mass directory submissions without quality control, private blog networks, or irrelevant paid links.
- Reporting only rankings and impressions while withholding calls, leads, or account access.
- Case studies without a client, baseline, dates, geography, query, device, or distinction between paid and organic results.
- Presenting international case studies as proof of Bangladesh-market expertise without explaining the difference.
- Registering GBP, the domain, or analytics under the provider’s email rather than a client-owned account.
- Using labels such as “AI SEO,” “AEO,” or “GEO” without specifying concrete deliverables and measurement.
- A long contract before the provider has explained the audit, scope, reporting, and exit terms.
Clinics, law firms, and other high-trust businesses should also ask how the provider handles privacy, review responses, and service claims. A provider’s experience with restaurants alone may not transfer to a regulated or sensitive category.
