On May 28, 2025, MobileSyrup reported that Rogers had added 25GB to three select bring-your-own-phone plans: a Canada-only option at $65 per month, plus two Canada/U.S. options at $75 and $95 per month. Those are prices reported at the time—not confirmed current offers. Rogers’ plan lineup changes, so check its current wireless plans before signing up.
Which Rogers plans received the extra 25GB?
MobileSyrup’s May 28, 2025 report listed these configurations. The report described the plans as bring-your-own-phone (BYOD), meaning the listed offers were not presented as device-financing plans.

Is the data usable in the U.S.?
In the reported lineup, the $65 plan’s 125GB was Canada-only. The $75 plan with 200GB and the $95 plan with 275GB included Canada/U.S. data, making those tiers the ones to consider if U.S. use matters. Confirm the current plan’s coverage terms and any applicable usage conditions with Rogers before choosing a plan; the 2025 report does not establish current terms.

Are the offers still available?
The available reporting establishes what MobileSyrup listed on May 28, 2025, but does not establish whether those offers remain available on October 3, 2026. Rogers’ official page now presents 5G+ plans with high-speed data allotments, reduced speeds after the allotment, and possible savings when mobile service is bundled with Rogers internet or TV. Its live page—not the historical prices above—is the place to check current pricing and conditions: Rogers wireless plans.
Before ordering, verify the monthly price, BYOD eligibility, included data and where it can be used, what happens after high-speed data is used, any bundle discount requirements, and the offer’s expiry date. The supplied 2025 report does not state a promotion end date or the post-allotment speed for these specific plans.

How did Rogers compare with Telus at the time?
MobileSyrup said Rogers’ listed prices were $5 more than Telus’ comparable offers on May 28, 2025. That is a dated comparison, not a current price gap: carrier offers change, and the report does not establish today’s comparable Telus pricing across all plan features. Compare like with like—monthly price, high-speed data, Canada-only versus Canada/U.S. use, BYOD or device-financing eligibility, reduced-speed terms, bundle discounts and promotion end date. Rogers may still be a sensible choice for someone who gets better service on its network, but the report provides no independent coverage test.

Rogers has changed data allowances before. In 2023, the company announced that its $85 unlimited plan’s high-speed data allowance would increase from 25GB to 50GB; it also said bundled 5G plans started at $55 per month at that time. Those older figures are historical context, not current plan terms. See Rogers’ 2023 announcement.
