The June 20, 2025 report also said it was unclear whether U.S. and Mexico data was included. Treat the offer as a dated, individual account—not a rate you can assume is available today.
What the $35 offer included
MobileSyrup reported on June 20, 2025, that a Reddit user who had left Freedom Mobile the previous year received a win-back message offering a bring-your-own-device (BYOP) plan with 100GB for $35 per month after an auto-pay discount. The report described an offer sent to one former customer; it did not establish general availability or confirm that other customers qualified. Read MobileSyrup’s report.
The report said it was unclear whether the offer included data in the U.S. and Mexico. Do not assume North American roaming was part of the deal based on the 100GB figure.
How it differs from current offers
Freedom Mobile’s current materials describe other plan terms and promotions, not confirmation that the 2025 win-back offer is still available. For example, its support terms describe a $15 monthly credit for qualifying third-and-subsequent BYOP lines on eligible plans. The stated $30 monthly price is based on a $45 Total Freedom 100GB plan after Digital Discount, less that credit. This is a separate, eligibility-based offer—not evidence that the reported win-back plan is currently available. See Freedom Mobile’s support terms.

Freedom Mobile says selected unlimited plans currently include 25GB to 250GB of full-speed data, with speeds and networks varying between Freedom and partner networks. What to confirm before switching
If Freedom Mobile presents you with an offer, get its terms in writing and check the full cost and conditions—not just the headline price. Ask specifically about:

- Eligibility: Is it a win-back offer for former customers, a credit for additional account lines, or an offer for new activations?
- Monthly price: What is the charge after every discount, and what would it be if a discount ends or you no longer qualify?
- Discount requirements and duration: Is the price conditional on Auto Pay or another credit, and how long does any promotional credit last?
- Data and speeds: Is the allowance for domestic use, roaming, or both? What happens when full-speed data is used, and which network conditions apply?
- Roaming regions: Are the U.S. and Mexico included, and are there separate usage limits or charges?
- Device and combination rules: Is the plan BYOP, and can its credits be combined with other offers?
- Coverage: Does Freedom Mobile’s service meet your needs where you regularly use your phone?
How Digital Discount affects the advertised price
Freedom Mobile’s Digital Discount terms require an eligible plan, Auto Pay enrollment with an active, valid payment method, and redemption through retail or My Account. If an offer’s quoted price depends on this discount, verify that your line qualifies and that you have completed the required steps. Check Freedom Mobile’s Digital Discount terms.
The $35 figure in the 2025 report was described as the price after an auto-pay discount. The report does not establish the offer’s full terms, discount duration, or whether it could be combined with other credits. Confirm those details in the offer you receive rather than assuming the reported price applies to your account.
