TechCrunch Disrupt 2026’s exhibitor booking deadline is October 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, or earlier if the remaining tables sell out. The event runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. TechCrunch promotes an expected audience of more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and technology leaders, but that is an organizer estimate—not an independently audited count or a guaranteed audience for any individual exhibitor.

What the $12,500 exhibit package includes

The official exhibit sales page lists one Exhibitor Program priced at $12,500. Package details and inventory are time-sensitive, so confirm the live sales page before paying.

Item Included terms
Exhibit space One six-foot by 30-inch exhibit table for all three event days
Furniture and display Table linen, two chairs and a tabletop sign
Passes Five all-access Exhibitor–Partner passes
Lead capture Lead generation through the TechCrunch Disrupt mobile app
Branding and recognition Package branding and other recognition; the October 2 promotion also cites website and app branding, partner Wi-Fi and Silver Tier branding recognition

The materials do not say that a retractable banner stand is included. Treat one as optional display equipment and verify any venue or exhibitor rules before bringing it.

What “reach 10,000+ tech leaders” really means

TechCrunch says the event expects more than 10,000 attendees. Its promotional materials also cite 250+ tech leaders, 200+ sessions across six industry stages and 300+ startups. These figures describe the event’s promoted scale; they do not establish how many people will visit your table, become leads or buy from you.

The Expo Hall is intended for product demonstrations, customer conversations, investor and partner meetings, lead capture and in-person relationship building. No independent statistic in the available material establishes typical exhibitor lead volume, conversion rate, sales, press coverage or investment outcomes.

Is the package financially sensible for your company?

Consider the total commitment

  • Budget the full $12,500 package price and separately confirm taxes, travel, lodging, shipping, staffing and any required services.
  • Use all three days. A table is more defensible when your team can maintain coverage rather than attend only briefly.
  • Set a measurable objective—qualified demos, customer meetings, investor conversations or partnership discussions—before booking.

Check whether your team can use the included access

Five all-access Exhibitor–Partner passes can support a small team, but the value depends on having people available to run demos, qualify visitors and follow up. Assign coverage for the full Expo Hall schedule and reserve meeting times in advance.

Separate exposure from guaranteed results

The organizer’s audience estimate and branding benefits can create opportunities, not guaranteed reach or revenue. If your expected return depends on a specific number of leads, sales or investor meetings, the package information does not provide evidence to support that assumption.

Booking deadline and location

Booking is stated to close on October 2 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, unless all remaining tables sell first. The event is scheduled for October 13–15, 2026, at Moscone West, San Francisco. Because the deadline, inventory, price and inclusions can change, check the official TechCrunch exhibit page immediately before submitting payment.

Who handles exhibit sales?

TechCrunch’s exhibit materials name SPARGO, Inc. as the sales partner for exhibit opportunities. The materials do not establish an affiliate program, commission or tracked referral link.

A practical last-day checklist

  1. Confirm that a table is still available and that the $12,500 price and package contents match the live sales page.
  2. Choose the people who will use the five passes and cover the table across October 13–15.
  3. Prepare a concise product demonstration and a qualification process for visitors.
  4. Define what counts as a qualified lead and how follow-up will happen after the event.
  5. Price travel, lodging, shipping, signage and any equipment not listed as included.
  6. Book only if the resulting all-in budget fits your cash plan without relying on unproven sales or investment outcomes.

Bottom line

The offer can make sense for a startup that has a demonstrable product, a staffed three-day plan and a clear reason to meet customers, investors or partners in person. It is not a purchase of 10,000 guaranteed contacts. With the deadline and inventory expiring today, verify availability and the final terms on the official exhibit page before committing the $12,500.
