What Kaseya announced in April 2023
Kaseya presented IT Complete 2.0 as an evolution of its platform for IT professionals and managed service providers (MSPs). Its April 25 announcement named changes across three areas:

Kaseya’s release described the insurance program as making partners, customers, and end users using specified security products eligible for discounted cyber coverage. That statement describes the program announced in 2023; it does not establish present-day eligibility or discount terms. How to interpret the integration and pricing figures
Kaseya said in its April 2023 announcement that its suites had more than 1,000 integrations. In a later announcement about product innovations at DattoCon Europe, Kaseya cited another 350 integrations, including all Datto products. These are figures reported by the company at different dates and in different announcements; they should not be added together or presented as a verified current total. The April announcement and the DattoCon Europe announcement provide the respective figures.

Kaseya also said the April 2023 announcement included a 10% reduction in pricing for Vonahi solutions, effective immediately at that time. This is a historical vendor-reported price change, not evidence of current pricing. Neither announcement provides an independent performance assessment or a customer-outcome statistic.
What the announcement does—and does not—tell an MSP buyer
The named additions point to three different needs: network security testing, sales-presentation support, and access to a cyber insurance program. That breadth explains the product-suite framing, but the announcement alone does not establish whether a particular MSP needs or can buy each component.

- For integrations: treat the numbers as dated claims from Kaseya, not as a current verified count or proof that a specific tool will connect to a specific workflow.
- For insurance: confirm current eligibility, covered products, terms, and availability directly before relying on a discount.
- For purchasing: verify current packaging, availability, and prices with Kaseya; the 2023 announcement does not settle those details today.
