Dose, timing and how to use them
Starting dose
- Measure one 1 mL dropper, the labeled serving for beginners.
- Mix it into a drink or use it under the tongue.
- Wait at least 45 minutes to one hour before considering another serving.
Sober(ish) says its water-soluble drops are typically felt in 5–20 minutes. Treat that as a company estimate rather than a guaranteed onset: metabolism, body weight, food intake, tolerance and dose can change the timing. Taking more because effects have not appeared quickly increases the chance of overshooting your intended dose.
What the dose means
At the labeled serving, the THC-to-CBD ratio is 1:2. Because the bottle contains 30 measured servings, you can add half a dropper for a smaller amount or increase gradually on a later occasion, but the resulting cannabinoid amounts should be calculated from the 2 mg THC and 4 mg CBD per full serving. Do not assume that “hemp-derived” means non-intoxicating: Delta-9 THC is the intoxicating cannabinoid.

The reliable conclusions are therefore limited to the label specifications, the company’s instructions and its stated testing and compliance claims.
