Amazon Prime Day 2026 ran June 23–26 in the United States, so the prices below are historical deal benchmarks—not live offers on August 18, 2026. The shortlist favors TVs that made sense for a particular buyer, rather than simply the largest advertised percentage. Before purchasing any model, recheck the exact size and suffix, seller, fulfillment, coupon or Prime requirement, return policy, and current price.
Amazon promoted savings of up to 40% on select Samsung, LG, and Hisense TVs, but an advertised “was” price is not proof of a record low. The links and model details below let you watch for comparable pricing in a future sale.

Prices and discount descriptions were reported during June 23–26, 2026 by NJ.com and Forbes Vetted. They were not independently verified as current or as all-time lows.
The nine deals, and who they suited
1. TCL QM64L 65-inch — best overall value
The reported $530 price (about $800 advertised) made a 65-inch Mini-LED QLED substantially more compelling than a basic 4K LCD. It suited streaming, sports and general viewing in a bright room without OLED pricing. TCL’s processing, motion handling, upscaling and software polish may be less refined than Sony, LG or Samsung, and Fire TV is a poor fit if you dislike Amazon’s interface.

Confirm that a future listing says QM64L, and inspect “Sold by” and “Ships from.” The model and price were reported by NJ.com; TCL’s manufacturer destination is TCL U.S..
2. Samsung The Frame LS03F 55-inch — best art-style TV
At about $698 versus an advertised $1,098, the 2025 LS03F targeted buyers who want artwork on the wall when the screen is off. Its value is the design, matte-style presentation and installation concept—not necessarily the best movie or gaming picture per dollar. Budget separately for art-store content, a decorative bezel, mounting hardware and professional installation.

3. Hisense U6 Pro 65-inch — best budget Mini-LED
The reported $700 price against an advertised $1,100 gave buyers Mini-LED contrast and HDR impact at a midrange cost. It fit shoppers prioritizing size and brightness over processing refinement. Hisense sets can be less consistent in motion, viewing angles and quality control, while Fire TV will not suit every household.

Verify that the listing is the U6 Pro, not a similarly named U7 or U8. The deal was reported by NJ.com.
4. Samsung S90F OLED — best premium OLED value
Forbes Vetted reported roughly 29% off the S90F. OLED delivers deep blacks and strong dark-room contrast, making this the premium choice for films and high-end gaming. The discount depended heavily on screen size, so never quote a single price without the diagonal.

OLED is less suitable for continuous static logos, news tickers, desktop work or signage because of image-retention risk. Check the exact HDR-format support, HDMI inputs and gaming features for your console or PC before checkout.
5. TCL QM8K 65-inch — best bright-room performance for less
Forbes reported about 33% off—roughly $502 saved—on the 65-inch QM8K. Its high brightness and Mini-LED contrast suit sports, HDR streaming and rooms with daylight. It remains an LCD, however, so blooming, viewing-angle limits and motion processing can be visible depending on the scene and seating position. See Forbes Vetted’s report and TCL’s product site.

The approximately $1,798 price (advertised $2,500) made a large Sony OLED more attainable. Sony’s processing is particularly useful for films, broadcast television and lower-quality streams. The set still costs considerably more than value models, and a 77-inch OLED demands careful delivery, wall-space and stand planning. The reported price appears in NJ.com’s guide.

7. Hisense U7-series 75-inch — best large-screen performance bargain
Forbes Vetted described a 75-inch U7-series Mini-LED model at about 50% off. That combination of size, brightness and discount suited sports rooms and family rooms. “U7” is a family name, not a complete identifier: verify the year and suffix, because specifications can differ. A 75-inch panel also makes poor cable or streaming sources easier to notice.
8. LG QNED73B 85-inch — best giant-screen value
At about $1,000 versus an advertised $1,400, the 85-inch QNED73B offered immersion below the price of many premium 75-inch TVs. It is still LCD technology, so do not expect OLED blacks. Measure viewing distance, wall width, stand depth and delivery access; confirm whether the listing is a retailer-specific or Amazon-exclusive variant. See NJ.com’s report.
9. Sony BRAVIA 5 98-inch — best extreme-size deal
Forbes reported about 20% off, or roughly $1,002 saved. A 98-inch television can transform a dedicated media room or open-plan space, but discount percentage should come after practical checks: doorways, stairs, elevator capacity, wall strength, viewing distance, glare and professional mounting. Choose by room and use, not by discount
OLED versus Mini-LED and QLED
- OLED: Best dark-room contrast and cinematic blacks; avoid treating it as the default for static content or very bright rooms.
- Mini-LED/QLED: Usually brighter and better suited to sports, daylight and very large screens, but blooming and narrower viewing angles vary by model.
- Standard LED/LCD: Can be inexpensive, but a heavily discounted basic panel may deliver less HDR impact than a smaller Mini-LED at a similar price.
Gaming checks
For PS5, Xbox or PC, verify the exact model’s native refresh rate (60Hz or 120Hz), HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, 4K high-refresh input, variable refresh rate and automatic low-latency mode. Do not infer gaming capability from a series name or discount percentage.
Size and installation
Measure the room and delivery route before choosing 85 or 98 inches. Check VESA dimensions, weight capacity and stud placement for wall mounting. Large sets and The Frame may justify professional installation; costs and availability vary by ZIP code.
Smart platform, audio and ownership
Fire TV integrates with Alexa but is Amazon-centered; Samsung uses Tizen, LG uses webOS, Sony commonly uses Google TV, and platform preference can matter as much as picture quality. Thin TVs often need a soundbar for fuller audio. Before paying, read the warranty, dead-pixel policy, return window and damage procedure.
How to validate a future Prime Day listing
- Match the complete model number and screen size in the title, specifications and images.
- Check whether the price requires Prime membership, a clipped coupon, a Lightning Deal or a particular size.
- Inspect “Sold by” and “Ships from.” Marketplace sellers can have different warranties, returns and delivery terms; Amazon-fulfilled or manufacturer-authorized listings are preferable when prices are close.
- Compare the advertised reference price with recent history. A “40% off” label alone does not establish a record low.
- Price the full purchase: mount, bezel, artwork subscription, soundbar, delivery and installation where relevant.
- At delivery, photograph the box, inspect the panel before mounting, keep the packaging through the return period and report damage promptly rather than operating or repairing a damaged screen.
Should you buy now or wait for Black Friday?
Because the June event is over, do not treat any of these figures as an August buy-now instruction. Use them as target prices for the next major sale, including Black Friday. Buy when a verified listing reaches a comparable price and passes the model, seller and return checks; wait when only the advertised percentage looks impressive or the exact configuration is unclear.
