If you mean the complete number printed on your physical Chase debit card, Chase’s public support instructions do not currently document a Chase Mobile path that displays it. The app does show your checking-account and routing numbers, supports digital-wallet enrollment, and lets you lock or replace a card. Those features should not be treated as a full debit-card-number viewer.
First identify which number you need: a debit-card number is used for card purchases; a checking-account number and routing number are used for direct deposit, ACH transfers, and many bill payments.
Can you see the full Chase debit-card number in the app?
Chase does not publicly document a “Show card number” control for a physical debit card. Its published debit-card guidance covers card management, locking, replacement, and digital wallets—not revealing the complete card number. See Chase’s debit-card help for the currently documented functions.
You may see a card nickname, last four digits, or other limited information. That is not the same as displaying the complete number. Menu labels and available features can vary by app version, device, card eligibility, and account type, so do not assume that a card-management screen can reveal the number.

The number is normally printed on the physical card, on the front or back depending on the card design. Chase statements and digital records may mask sensitive card information, so do not rely on a statement as a guaranteed source of the full number.
If you need your Chase checking-account or routing number
If the number is for direct deposit, an ACH payment, a bank transfer, or bill payment, you probably need your checking-account number and routing number, not your debit-card number.
- Sign in to the Chase Mobile app.
- Tap the relevant checking-account tile.
- Tap Show details.
- View the account and routing numbers.
Chase documents this path at its routing-number page and in its mobile account-and-routing-number instructions. “Show details” is for bank-account information; it is not a confirmed debit-card-number viewer.

Use the debit card without typing its number
If your goal is to pay online or in an app, a digital wallet may avoid manual entry of the physical card number. Chase’s documented enrollment path is:
- Sign in to the Chase Mobile app.
- Tap the checking account associated with the debit card.
- Swipe up to Manage account.
- Tap Digital Wallets.
- Select an available wallet, then select the debit card and follow the enrollment instructions.
Chase lists Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay among its digital-payment options at Chase digital payments. Availability depends on the card, account, device, wallet, and eligibility. A wallet may use a device-specific token or wallet identifier rather than display the original physical card number, so it is not a way to copy that number.
If a merchant accepts only manually entered card details, you may need the physical card or a replacement. Do not use an unverified “card-number finder” site or app.

What to do when the card is missing
Temporarily misplaced
Lock the debit card in the Chase app while you look for it. Locking helps prevent new card transactions, but it does not disclose the card number or necessarily change it.
Definitely lost, stolen, or exposed
Request a replacement instead of trying to recover the number through unofficial means. Chase’s documented replacement path is:

- Tap More.
- Tap Replace cards.
- Select the debit card and choose the reason.
- Tap Replace card to confirm.

Debit-card number vs. account number vs. routing number

Entering a debit-card number where a form requests an account number can cause a payment or deposit to fail.
If Digital Wallets does not list your card
Work through these checks:
- Confirm that you selected the checking account linked to the card.
- Update the Chase Mobile app and your device operating system.
- Verify that the physical card is active and not expired, closed, or replaced.
- Check that the wallet supports your device and card.
- If Chase offers the option, try enrollment from the wallet provider’s app.
- Contact Chase through the secure app or an official phone channel.
- If the card is missing, lock it or request a replacement.
Not every debit card can be added to every wallet, and a missing wallet option does not prove that the card number is unavailable or available elsewhere.

Chase Digital Assistant can help with account and routing numbers and with card actions such as locking, unlocking, or replacement. Chase does not publicly document it as a way to disclose the complete debit-card number.

- Tap the Chase Digital Assistant icon.
- Ask for help finding account or routing numbers, locking the card, or replacing it.
Chase says the assistant is available for personal Chase accounts in the iOS and Android app; update the app if the icon is missing. Availability can depend on account type and app version. Details are at Chase Digital Assistant.
If you suspect theft or debit-card fraud
For a misplaced card, lock it first. If it was stolen, the number was exposed, or you see an unauthorized transaction:
- Lock the card and review recent account activity.
- Report suspected unauthorized use promptly through an official Chase channel.
- Ask Chase whether replacement is appropriate; locking alone does not necessarily change the card number.
- Use the phone number in the Chase app, on chase.com, or on an official statement or card.

Never share your full card number, expiration date, CVV or security code, PIN, online-banking password, or one-time verification code with an unexpected caller or message. Do not post payment details in screenshots, email, comments, or chat.

If you need the physical debit-card number, Chase’s public documentation does not confirm an in-app way to reveal it. For bank transfers or direct deposit, use checking account → Show details to get the account and routing numbers; for payments without manual entry, try an eligible digital wallet, and replace a card that is lost or compromised.
