Stop submitting the order repeatedly. Nike has not publicly defined the exact meaning of error 93C3351C. A March 2021 user report associated it with failed cart, checkout, payment, and order flows, but that report is not proof of the code’s current internal meaning. Treat it as a general Nike commerce or session failure—not automatically a ban, declined card, fraud block, outage, or VPN problem.
First check whether Nike created an order, then use Nike’s official recovery sequence: sign out, clear browser or app data, wait 30–45 minutes, sign back in, verify the cart and payment details, and retry once. If the code continues across devices or networks, contact Nike with the code and your order details.
What Nike error 93C3351C means
Nike’s public help documentation does not explain the specific internal meaning of 93C3351C. The available historical evidence is a March 16, 2021 third-party report describing the code during attempts to add products, check out, process payment, or complete an order.
That makes the safest description a broad transaction, account-session, or order-processing rejection. The code alone does not establish that your account is banned, your card was declined, Nike is experiencing an outage, a VPN caused the problem, or Nike blocked duplicate orders.

It may appear on Nike.com in a desktop or mobile browser and in the Nike App. It could also appear during a SNKRS account or purchase flow, but there is no evidence that 93C3351C is a SNKRS-specific code.
Check for an order before trying again
A checkout error does not prove that Nike failed to receive the order. Repeated clicks can create duplicate orders or multiple temporary card authorizations.
- Search your email for a Nike order-confirmation message, including spam and promotions folders.
- If you are a Nike Member, open your account’s order history.
- If you checked out as a guest and received an order number, use Nike’s order-status page with that number and email address.
- Check your bank or wallet for a pending authorization. A pending hold is not the same as a completed Nike order; establish the order status before submitting payment again.

- Sign out everywhere. Sign out of Nike.com and the Nike App, close every Nike tab, and leave only one fresh checkout session for the next attempt.
- Clear browser data. In your browser settings, open the Privacy, History, or Clear browsing data area. Clear Nike cookies and site data plus cached files, or use the browser’s full cache-and-cookie option. This can sign you out of other sites and remove saved checkout state.
- Wait 30–45 minutes. Do not immediately reopen checkout after clearing the session. Nike specifically gives this waiting period.
- Sign in again. Reopen a current mainstream browser and log in to Nike.com.
- Rebuild or verify the cart. Confirm the exact size, color, quantity, stock status, delivery address, and billing details. Remove an expired or incompatible promo code.
- Retry once. If 93C3351C returns, stop repeated submissions and use the diagnostic tests below.
Fixing 93C3351C in the Nike App
iPhone or iPad
- Force-quit the Nike App.
- Clear Safari data through Settings → Apps → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Reset your Nike Member password, then reopen the app and sign in with the new password.
- Turn off Wi-Fi and retry using cellular data.
- Try the purchase from another device.
Android
- Force-quit the Nike App.
- Open Settings → Applications or Apps → Nike App → Storage → Clear Cache. Labels vary by manufacturer and Android version.
- Reset your Nike Member password, reopen the app, and sign in again.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to cellular data.
- Test another device.
Nike’s app troubleshooting also recommends keeping the app and device software current, restarting the device, and removing and redownloading the app when normal sign-out and data clearing do not help. Checkout causes to verify
Shipping address and region
Re-enter a complete address and make sure the item can be delivered there. On the U.S. Nike site, the order-error guidance says Nike does not ship to PO Boxes, reshippers, or freight-forwarding services. Rules differ by country, so do not apply the U.S. restriction universally.
Inventory and product restrictions
An item can sell out after it enters your bag. Remove it, refresh availability, and try again without the unavailable size or product. Limited releases may change inventory while checkout is open.

Promo codes
Remove the promo code temporarily if the error began after applying it. Nike notes that some products or offers are not eligible for particular promotions.
Payment details
Check the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. Ask your bank whether it declined or flagged the authorization, but do not keep retrying a card while a payment remains pending.

Use controlled tests to identify the failing variable
Change one variable at a time so the result is meaningful:

Nike recommends another device and cellular data for app order problems, and another browser for sign-in troubleshooting. Avoid repeatedly changing country or region settings; Nike’s payment, shipping, and support rules are regional.

Escalate if the official sequence fails, the code appears across devices or networks, inventory keeps disappearing, a bank authorization remains without an order, or you cannot sign in after a password reset.

Give support:
- The exact code: 93C3351C
- Whether the failure occurred on Nike.com, the Nike App, or a SNKRS flow
- Device, operating-system version, browser or app version, and network
- Date and time of the failure
- Product, size, and the point of failure (bag, sign-in, payment, or order submission)
- Whether an email confirmation, order-history entry, pending authorization, or posted charge appeared
- Every troubleshooting step already attempted
A useful message is: “I receive Nike error 93C3351C when [adding to bag/checking out/signing in]. It occurs on [website/app], on [device], using [network]. I checked my order history and payment activity and tried [steps]. Please confirm whether an order was created and check my account or transaction.”
Important account and sign-in notes
Password resets can invalidate existing sessions, so sign in again rather than continuing with an old app session. Nike’s current password guidance says passwords require at least eight characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
