StrategicERP is a genuine industry-focused ERP from ITAakash Strategic Software (P) Ltd., headquartered in Mumbai, India. Its public pricing is edition-specific rather than one universal rate: the construction SaaS page displays ₹4,000 per user per month when billed annually, while separate B2B ERP and HCM pages display $33 and $3 per user per month respectively. Enterprise construction tiers are quote-only, and independent review evidence is sparse—GetApp and Capterra each show 4.0/5 from one review. Treat the published figures as starting points, then require a written scope and total-cost quote before signing.
What StrategicERP is
StrategicERP is presented by ITAakash Strategic Software (P) Ltd. as an end-to-end business-process platform for real estate, construction, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, energy and power, ceramics, government and related organizations. The vendor describes coverage across finance, projects, procurement, inventory, sales, CRM, HR/HCM, reporting, mobile access and integrations. Its current marketing also uses the name “StrategicERP+ChanakyaAI,” with claims about AI-assisted dashboards, predictive analytics, reminders, voice commands and risk monitoring. Those are vendor-positioning claims, not independently measured performance. See the official product overview.
The product catalog separates offerings such as Real Estate CRM, Real Estate Basic/Medium/Large, Infrastructure Basic/Medium/Large, Projects PPM, Inventory P2P, B2B CRM, B2B ERP, HCM, Manufacturing ERP, Lead Management and mobile applications. A buyer should therefore establish whether the quote covers one module, a sector edition or a broader suite; the names are not interchangeable. The catalog is available at StrategicERP’s product downloads page.

Illustrative subscription arithmetic
- Five B2B users at the displayed base rate would be 5 × $33 = $165 per month, before optional modules, taxes and services.
- Twenty HCM users at the displayed base rate would be 20 × $3 = $60 per month, before optional modules, taxes and services.
- Ten construction SaaS users at the displayed rate would be 10 × ₹4,000 = ₹40,000 per month, with the page specifying annual billing.
These are arithmetic examples, not quotes. The construction figure is in Indian rupees, while the B2B and HCM figures are in U.S. dollars. The pages do not explain regional pricing, taxes, foreign-exchange treatment or whether the dollar rates are legacy, global or configuration-specific. Do not convert currencies and present an official equivalent.
What each construction tier includes
SaaS
The construction page describes SaaS as a standard product with no customization, online implementation, quick deployment, standard construction workflows and third-party integrations. It is most suitable when the organization can adapt to predefined processes. Ask which approval rules and forms can be configured without paid development.
Rank #2
Enterprise
Enterprise is described as including the SaaS features plus limited customization, onsite implementation, unlimited projects, workflow customization and handholding support. “Unlimited projects” does not establish unlimited users, companies, sites, storage or transactions. Confirm each limit, whether onsite work is included or separately billed, and the support channels and response commitments.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Enterprise with Customization
The highest tier adds a customizable product or platform-as-a-service positioning, advanced workflow customization, custom reports and dashboards, and a custom integration ecosystem. Require a written statement of work, acceptance tests, change-control rules, ownership of custom code and ongoing maintenance terms. Customization can improve fit while increasing deployment time, testing effort, upgrade complexity and vendor dependence.
Reviews and reputation
| Source | Rating shown | Review volume shown | How to read it |
|---|---|---|---|
| GetApp | 4.0/5 | 1 review | Positive but too small for a reliable consensus |
| Capterra | 4.0/5 | 1 review | Same sample-size limitation |
| G2 | About 3.5/5 shown in the listing | Verify the current count directly | Useful comparison signal, not a definitive benchmark |
| StrategicERP website | Customer testimonials | Not an independent sample | Vendor-supplied references should be labeled as such |
The limited public evidence points to possible strengths in customization, industry workflows, automation, inventory visibility and adoption support. It does not establish large-scale reliability, implementation duration, security, uptime, mobile quality, integration reliability, total cost or retention. The pricing page publishes testimonials attributed to executives from Phoenix Group India, Paradise Group, DS Max Properties and Homable Group; these are useful leads for reference checks, not neutral reviews.
Features, integrations and AI claims
StrategicERP’s advertised scope spans real-estate sales and CRM, land and development processes, booking and possession, property or rental management, construction project planning, procurement, inventory, cost and budget control, project execution, finance, HR and reporting. Whether a function is included depends on the edition and contract.
The vendor names connectivity involving Tally, SAP, eSSL, 99acres, Housing, Magicbricks, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and iOS and Android applications. A logo or mention does not prove a maintained native connector. Ask whether each connection is a supported integration, import/export, custom connector or paid third-party service; request API documentation, ownership of failures and maintenance pricing.

Who may fit—and who may not
Potentially good fit
- Real-estate developers, construction and infrastructure companies, EPC organizations or manufacturers needing project, finance, procurement and operational workflows together.
- Indian businesses for which local processes, statutory requirements, payroll or Tally connectivity matter.
- Organizations willing to participate in a sales-led implementation and evaluate configuration carefully.
- Buyers seeking a broad platform rather than a single-purpose field collaboration tool.
Potentially poor fit
- Teams requiring transparent, standardized global pricing, self-service deployment or a large independently verified review base.
- International operations with complex accounting, tax or regulatory requirements that have not been demonstrated.
- Businesses wanting only best-in-class construction field collaboration without a broader ERP project.
- Organizations without internal ownership for process design, migration, testing, training and change management.
Alternatives by buying situation
| Alternative | Likely strength | Key trade-off versus StrategicERP |
|---|---|---|
| Procore | Construction project management, field operations, cost and contractor collaboration | More construction-management focused; may not replace broad finance, HR or manufacturing ERP |
| Acumatica Cloud ERP | Broad mid-market cloud ERP, project accounting, distribution and manufacturing | Broader general-purpose ecosystem, less specifically centered on Indian real-estate workflows |
| Autodesk Construction Cloud | Documents, design coordination, field workflows and construction administration | Usually paired with an accounting or ERP system |
| ERPNext | Open-source, configurable accounting, inventory, manufacturing, projects, CRM and HR | Requires stronger internal technical ownership |
| Odoo | Modular global ERP, CRM, accounting, inventory, projects, HR and e-commerce | More app selection and implementation decisions; may be less construction-specific out of the box |
Choose by the primary problem: construction collaboration, broad ERP breadth, open-source control or India-specific industry workflows. Do not assume any alternative’s current pricing from this comparison; obtain a current regional quote.
Questions to ask before a demo or contract
Commercial terms
- Which exact edition, modules and currency are in the quote?
- Is billing based on named users, concurrent users, employees, projects, companies or modules?
- Are taxes, setup, migration, training, reports, APIs, integrations, mobile access, backups and support included?
- What is the minimum term, renewal increase, treatment of inactive or external users and termination process?
Functionality
- Which workflows are standard, configurable, integrated or custom-developed?
- Can the system handle multiple companies, currencies, countries, projects, sites and cost centers?
- How are change orders, subcontractors, retention, work in progress and project profitability handled?
- Is payroll native or integrated, and which statutory processes are supported?
Security and data
- Which cloud provider and data regions are used?
- What encryption, backup retention, uptime commitment, recovery-time objective and recovery-point objective apply?
- Are granular roles, audit logs, single sign-on and documented APIs available?
- Can all data be exported at termination, and what are the deletion and retention rules?
Implementation
- Who performs the work, how long does a comparable deployment take and how many customer employees are required?
- Is a sandbox provided, and how are migration, acceptance testing, customizations and change requests governed?
- Who owns custom reports or code, and what happens if the implementation team changes?
Bottom line
StrategicERP is worth shortlisting when industry-specific real-estate, construction or project ERP workflows and a customizable, India-oriented implementation matter more than self-service buying. Its public prices are useful starting signals, not a complete cost model; enterprise scope, services and integrations can materially change the bill. Proceed only after a live, use-case-based demonstration, customer references in a similar industry and size, a security and data-export review, and a written implementation statement of work.
