Spider IRIS Plus is a Windows-focused technical-analysis platform for Indian-market traders. Spider’s product page listed it at ₹75,000 plus GST, while Techjockey displayed a discounted ₹60,000 pre-GST quote (₹70,800 including GST) when checked in August 2026. It is most compelling for active NSE cash, futures and options traders who need extensive scanners and desktop analysis. The main buying risks are unclear licence terms, uncertain BSE coverage, desktop dependence and the lack of verified open algorithmic-execution capabilities.
Spider IRIS Plus price in 2026
Public prices differ materially by seller. Treat the figures below as dated listings, not a guaranteed quote.

Spider’s official price was observed on its product page, and the reseller figures were observed on Techjockey on August 16–18, 2026. The ₹60,000 figure is therefore not a universally applicable price. Ask for a written quote before paying.
Is IRIS Plus annual or perpetual?
Public information is inconsistent. Techjockey’s FAQ describes a one-time, on-premise purchase, while the same listing displays a yearly plan and an MRP of ₹75,000 per year. Spider’s captured product page gives a price but does not clearly set out renewal terms.

Do not assume that “perpetual” means lifetime live exchange data, updates or support. Confirm in writing:
- whether the licence is annual, perpetual or a one-time application licence with recurring data fees;
- the number of users and permitted computers;
- whether NSE cash, futures, options and historical data are included;
- renewal, update, support, installation, transfer and refund policies; and
- whether any discount is temporary.
What Spider IRIS Plus does
Spider positions IRIS Plus as real-time analysis software—not a brokerage account. Its official description emphasizes internet-delivered live data, cash-market and F&O tracking, advanced charts and market-movement analysis (Spider product page).
Scanners and market queries
Techjockey lists Tick Query, Event Selector and Market Query tools, along with scans for breakouts, high volume, bulk buying or selling, all-time highs and lows, candlestick patterns and harmonic patterns (Techjockey listing). These can reduce manual screening, but the sources do not establish scan accuracy or uptime.

Charts and technical studies
Promoted capabilities include multiple indicators, auto trendlines, candlestick and point-and-figure charts, customizable chart displays, historical analysis and strategy-testing workflows (Spider homepage). A separate promotional page advertises more than 150 customizable indicators, auto buy/sell signals, pattern scanners and backtesting (Spider promotional page). Verify which of these features belong to the standard IRIS Plus package rather than another edition or campaign bundle.
Options and F&O analysis
The product is marketed for futures and options tracking, option-chain analysis, payoff calculations and options strategy analysis. A user review also mentions Greek and delta-related workflows. These claims describe analysis; they do not prove broker-connected order execution.
Custom queries and alerts
Spider-published testimonials praise custom queries, market scanning, pattern detection and strategy testing (Spider homepage). Treat these as vendor testimonials, not independent evidence that a strategy is profitable.

Markets and data coverage
Spider’s clearest positioning is live NSE data with cash, futures and F&O scrip tracking (Spider products). BSE coverage is not equally clear: a Techjockey reviewer reported that BSE live-market data was unavailable (Techjockey reviews). That is a user report rather than a definitive 2026 specification, so traders who require BSE should obtain written confirmation.
Platform and device limitations
Listings identify the main product as Windows desktop software. Techjockey’s FAQ also refers to a separate mobile app called Insight, while reviewers have complained about missing browser access and limited mobile availability. The existence of an app does not establish desktop feature parity.
Before buying, confirm whether Insight supports your operating system, live charts, scanners, synchronized alerts and the same data entitlement as IRIS Plus. Also ask whether browser access is available from another computer; a desktop licence and a web application are not the same thing.

Spider IRIS Plus reviews and ratings
Techjockey displayed 4.5/5 from 11 ratings and reviews, with scores of 4.6 for features, 4.7 for value, 4.4 for ease of use and 4.5 for support (Techjockey reviews). This is useful directional evidence, but it is a small marketplace sample containing reviews from several years, not an independent 2026 hands-on test.
What reviewers like
- Scanners and market-wide screening.
- Option-chain and strategy-analysis tools.
- Training sessions, webinars and responsive support.
- Predefined strategies and broad technical-analysis functions.
- Usefulness for intraday options, hedging and positional scanning.
What reviewers dislike
- High cost compared with cheaper charting tools.
- Reported lack of browser access across devices.
- Reported mobile limitations.
- A December 2024 complaint about unavailable BSE live data.
- Older complaints about missing coding and algo-trading functions.
Those objections span reviews from 2020 through 2024 and may not describe the 2026 build. Use them as questions to verify, not as guaranteed current specifications.

- Active Indian equity, futures or options traders who will use scanners frequently.
- Technical analysts and educators who prefer a Windows desktop workflow.
- Users who value Indian-market support, training and options-analysis tools.
- Traders willing to spend ₹60,000–₹75,000 plus GST after confirming inclusions.
Investigate alternatives first if you are
- a beginner who mainly needs inexpensive charts and alerts;
- mobile-first or dependent on browser access from several devices;
- primarily a BSE trader;
- looking for public APIs, open coding or automated broker execution; or
- expecting signals to produce profits automatically.
There is no reliable evidence in the cited material that IRIS Plus improves returns. Judge its value by time saved, tools consolidated and workflow fit—not by profit testimonials.

Spider IRIS EOD may be more rational for end-of-day analysis, while Spider Algo is the relevant Spider product to investigate for automation. TradingView generally offers broader device access at a lower entry price, but may not reproduce Spider’s India-specific scanners or support model. TrendSpider’s Indian-market suitability must be established before purchase.
Questions to ask before paying
- What is the final GST-inclusive amount, and how long is the quote valid?
- Is the licence annual, perpetual or tied to recurring data and support fees?
- Which NSE cash, futures, options and historical feeds are included?
- Is BSE live data included?
- How many devices and users are permitted, and can the licence be transferred?
- Are updates, installation, training and support included after the first year?
- Is Insight included, and does it provide charts, scanners and synchronized alerts?
- Does the product connect to my broker for order placement?
- Are APIs, scripting or automated execution available in this edition?
- What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Final verdict
Buy Spider IRIS Plus only if you specifically need its Indian-market scanning and F&O workflow, use a Windows desktop regularly, and receive written confirmation of the licence, data feeds, BSE availability and support terms. For basic charting, multi-device access, lower cost or open automation, investigate IRIS EOD, TradingView, Spider Algo or other alternatives first. No cited source proves signal accuracy or improved profitability.
