What is Saily Business?
Saily Business is Nord Security’s business eSIM offering. Instead of issuing a traditional roaming package or a physical SIM, a company can provide employees with mobile data plans that are installed digitally on compatible devices.
The launch was prompted by business-travel demand for reliable connectivity abroad. Saily CEO Vykintas Maknickas said customers had repeatedly requested a business option after Saily launched, because staying connected while working overseas is essential for companies.
Where does Saily Business work?
The September 11, 2024 launch announcement says Saily Business provides connectivity in more than 150 countries. It also describes plans spanning hundreds of countries through regional and global options, with flexible durations.

Nord Security’s current general Saily page uses a separate figure of 200+ destinations. That number describes the broader Saily service and should not automatically be treated as the same coverage figure for Saily Business. Check the destination list and plan terms for the countries your employees will visit before purchase.
How employees install and use it
- Install the Saily app and eSIM: Nord Security describes installation as automatic and one-tap, taking minutes rather than requiring a store visit or physical SIM shipment.
- Choose the appropriate plan: Companies can use regional, global or flexible-duration plans depending on the itinerary.
- Arrive at the destination: Plans are designed to activate automatically when the employee reaches the destination.
- Top up when needed: Users can add more data through the service if the original allowance is consumed.
Actual installation also depends on the phone supporting eSIM and on the employee following the device’s setup prompts. Travelers should complete installation before departure where possible, then confirm that the Saily line is selected for mobile data after landing.

Can administrators manage employee eSIMs?
Nord Security’s current business page describes a self-service hub for managing eSIMs. The company also positions Saily Business as including a dedicated account manager and 24/7 customer support.
The published material does not specify every administrative control, such as per-user spending limits, centralized invoice formats, approval workflows, detailed usage reporting or the ability to suspend individual lines. Companies that require those controls should ask Nord Security which functions are included in the business hub and which depend on the account arrangement.

Can it reduce business roaming costs?

- How the self-service hub handles assignments, usage visibility, top-ups, offboarding and lost devices.
- What the account manager can provide for billing, reporting and traveler support.
- Whether data-only service meets the company’s requirements for calls, SMS, authentication codes and emergency contact.
- How plan expiry, unused data and automatic activation are handled.
Bottom line for business travelers
Saily Business is a credible fit for organizations that need quick, app-based international data connectivity without distributing physical SIM cards. Its stated strengths are broad international coverage, regional and global plan choices, flexible durations, automatic destination activation, top-ups and business support. The decision still depends on the exact destination list, device compatibility, administrative requirements and a trip-by-trip cost comparison, because public sources do not provide a Saily Business price list or prove savings against every roaming plan.
