ATSG completed its combination with Evolve IP on October 31, 2024, bringing infrastructure-focused managed IT together with cloud communications and workplace services. The combined company reported more than $230 million in revenue, 1,700 global customers and over 950,000 end-users. For customers, the stated aim is a broader managed-services portfolio; for partners, the companies identified EMEA expansion and Evolve IP’s global white-label business as priorities.
What the combination brings together
The transaction joins two managed-services businesses with complementary emphases. ATSG brings infrastructure-centric cloud, network, IT operations and cybersecurity services. Evolve IP adds desktop-as-a-service (DaaS), unified communications and contact-center capabilities.
ATSG described the resulting business as a broader end-to-end managed-services platform for mid-market and enterprise customers. The combination is a services transaction, not a consumer hardware launch.

What the reported scale does—and does not—tell customers
ATSG reported more than $230 million in combined revenue, 1,700 global customers and over 950,000 end-users in 2024. Those figures indicate the scale of the combined platform, but they do not by themselves establish which services are available in a particular country, whether a specific customer’s contract or service will change, or what the transaction means for pricing.

The official announcement said the majority of revenue is monthly recurring revenue under long-term contracts. That describes the company’s revenue model; it is not a statement that every customer contract has the same term or that customers must adopt bundled services.
How ownership and financing were structured
ATSG holds the controlling majority of the combined company. RunTide Capital backs ATSG, while investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Private Equity Secondaries provided equity financing through a vehicle managed by RunTide Capital. The announcement did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

What was stated about customers, resellers and EMEA
Microscope reported that the combination was intended to create a global channel player, expand EMEA partnerships and support Evolve IP’s global white-label business. Evolve IP has a reseller ecosystem. Microscope cited channel examples including cloud collaboration, call capture, analytics, API integration, receptionist consoles, PCI-compliant payments, outbound AI communications, contact-center-as-a-service and business-mobile capabilities.
These examples describe channel context, not a guarantee that each offering is available in every market or through every partner. The public statements establish a direction for channel growth, but do not specify new reseller terms, partner eligibility, territory coverage or service-by-service availability. Evolve IP EMEA managing director Paul Harrison called the opportunity for EMEA partners “transformative.”

What remains unknown
The announcement and coverage do not establish customer-by-customer migration plans, changes to existing contracts, service pricing, or a timetable for integrating particular products. Customers and partners evaluating an immediate decision should confirm current terms and local availability directly with their ATSG or Evolve IP contact rather than infer them from the combined-company scale or channel strategy.
