- Add eligible products to your cart on The Good Guys website.

Open the individual product page before buying. It may specify an instant sale price, a bonus item, StoreCash, a claim deadline or brand-specific conditions that are not obvious from a generic code listing.

StoreCash is also a later benefit rather than a checkout voucher. Its expiry and whether it can be combined with a sale, code or another reward depend on the specific promotion. Treat the stated validity date as a use-by deadline and check the account where the credit is issued.

Gold Service Extras members can use The Good Guys’ 30 Day Price Guarantee when The Good Guys or an approved competitor advertises the same brand and model for less within 30 days of purchase. What to verify before claiming
- Your Gold Service Extras membership was active for the purchase.
- The competing listing is for the identical brand and model, not merely a similar specification.
- The seller is an approved competitor under the program rules.
- The lower advertised price falls within 30 days of your purchase.
- You can provide the purchase and competitor-price evidence requested by The Good Guys.
This is price protection after purchase, not a promo code and not cash back. If the claim is approved, plan to use the store credit within its 90-day validity period.
Are there The Good Guys student discounts?
