Cyber Monday 2023 was Monday, November 27. The documented CyberPowerPC offers were already expired, and they were split among Amazon, Walmart and a questionable CyberPowerPC.com archive rather than one universal manufacturer sale. The clearest listings paired 13th-generation Intel processors with GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB or RTX 4070 graphics cards, with advertised discounts of 15% or 16%.
The best-documented CyberPowerPC deals from Cyber Monday 2023
Silent PC Review’s contemporary roundup linked its deal buttons to Amazon. Those are therefore best described as Amazon-available CyberPowerPC systems, not confirmed CyberPowerPC.com promotions. The surviving coverage preserves percentage savings but not enough original and sale prices to calculate reliable dollar discounts.

Because the page does not retain every SKU, list price or checkout price, the 7%–29% range should not be treated as a discount for every Gamer Xtreme model.
RTX 4060 Ti systems: sensible mainstream configurations
The i7-13700F/RTX 4060 Ti 16GB systems were aimed at mainstream 1080p gaming and some 1440p play. The listed 16GB of graphics memory is unusually generous for this GPU tier, but buyers would still have needed to verify the exact product identifier at checkout because retailer configurations can change.

Sixteen gigabytes of system RAM was usable in 2023. Check whether it was installed as two modules or one, and whether additional slots were available. A 1TB NVMe drive was a reasonable starting point, although a modern game library can fill it quickly. The RTX 4060 Ti offer made most sense when its delivered price was clearly below an RTX 4070 system; a larger percentage reduction does not automatically make it the better buy.
RTX 4070 systems: stronger 1440p value
The i9-13900KF/RTX 4070 configurations were better suited to 1440p gaming and ray tracing than the RTX 4060 Ti systems. The 12GB RTX 4070 provided the more capable graphics tier, so a smaller discount could still represent better gaming value if the final prices were close.
The 13900KF is a high-power processor. Before buying a comparable system, inspect the CPU cooler, power-supply wattage and efficiency, motherboard, and case airflow. A headline i9 does not compensate for inadequate cooling or a poorly specified PSU.
What CyberPowerPC.com promotions were reported?
A CyberPowerPC page dated November 30, 2023 claimed free shipping with code Freeshipping, an extra 5% instant rebate on orders above $999 with code CM2014, graphics-card upgrades or rebates, free memory upgrades, a gaming headset with any PC, and a keyboard and mouse with desktop purchases. It also warned of limited supplies.

That page is unreliable as a clean 2023 catalog. It references obsolete hardware such as the GTX 760, Radeon R9 graphics and DDR3 memory, along with 2014-era games. The date and specifications conflict, suggesting copied or migrated older material. The codes and benefits should therefore be treated as historical claims only, not as evidence of 2023 checkout prices or offers that work now.
Amazon, Walmart and CyberPowerPC.com were different channels
A separate November 24, 2023 roundup reported up to 25% off CyberPowerPC desktops at Walmart. “Up to” describes the maximum reported discount, not a reduction applied to every model, and the promotion was Walmart-specific.
Retailer stock, prices, seller terms and returns are controlled by the retailer. Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Newegg can also carry retailer-exclusive configurations whose model numbers and internal parts differ from a similarly named direct-store build. A custom CyberPowerPC.com order generally offers more component choices but can take longer to build; a retailer prebuilt may ship faster but disclose fewer exact parts.
CyberPowerPC’s sales FAQ says generic “Major Brand,” GeForce or Radeon selections may be fulfilled with available brands. Do not infer the exact graphics-card, memory or SSD manufacturer unless the listing specifies it.

How to judge whether a 2023 deal was genuinely good
Use the percentage discount only as a starting signal. Compare the complete delivered configuration in this order:
- GPU and VRAM: identify the exact RTX model and memory capacity.
- Total price: include shipping, tax and any code or instant-rebate conditions.
- Power supply: confirm brand, wattage and efficiency certification.
- Cooling: check the CPU cooler type, radiator size if liquid-cooled, and case airflow.
- Memory: verify capacity, speed, number of modules and open slots.
- Storage: identify the SSD model, not just “1TB NVMe,” and check for expansion bays.
- Motherboard and upgrades: look for the board model, Wi-Fi standard and supported future upgrades.
- Returns and warranty: determine whether CyberPowerPC or the retailer handles service and which return window applies.
- Accessories: value bundled keyboards, mice or headsets only after the core components and price are competitive.
Also check whether advertised savings were measured against MSRP rather than a recent street price, whether coupons stacked with instant rebates, and whether shipping terms applied to the United States and to the particular desktop.
Were these deals better on Cyber Monday than Black Friday?
Black Friday fell on November 24, 2023, and coverage frequently ran through Cyber Weekend and Cyber Monday. The surviving sources do not establish a single, verified Cyber Monday price for every model, so it is not possible to conclude that Cyber Monday beat Black Friday across the range. Treat each dated listing and retailer SKU separately.
Are the Cyber Monday 2023 offers still available?
No. The Amazon and Walmart discounts, stock levels and coupon codes were 2023 promotions. Expired product pages may redirect, change price or disappear, and the old Freeshipping and CM2014 codes should not be reused as current offers. Anyone shopping now must verify a live listing, seller, delivered price, component list, warranty and return policy independently.
For current CyberPowerPC promotions, the company’s FAQ points shoppers to its main Mega Special sales page; that guidance does not prove that any particular seasonal code is active today.
