What the $20 pass included
Each daily redemption included one gourmet burger of the guest’s choice and one bottomless side. Red Robin advertised more than 20 gourmet burgers on its menu, but the pass did not automatically cover every upgrade, substitution or add-on. Those changes could create an extra charge.

Where and when it could be used
Red Robin announced the pass on April 14, 2025. Limited quantities went on sale April 17 at 9 a.m. Mountain Time through RedRobin.com/National-Burger-Month. Redemptions were restricted to participating Red Robin locations in the United States.

The terms excluded catering, some third-party delivery fees, gift cards and certain online orders. The pass could not be combined with other offers. Because participation and ordering channels mattered, the location’s terms controlled whether a particular transaction qualified.
Was it still available?
No. The redemption window closed May 31, 2025, and any remaining value ended June 1, 2025. It should not be treated as a current Red Robin product or an offer available for purchase now. Red Robin promotions are generally time-limited and can vary by location.

How many visits were needed to break even?
Purely against the advertised $20 purchase price, one qualifying visit could recover the cost if the meal’s eligible value reached the $20 price. At the promotion’s maximum $22 daily value, a single full-value redemption exceeded the pass price by $2. The $682 figure required using the pass on all 31 days and receiving the full stated daily value each time; it was not cash, a refund or a guaranteed savings amount.
In practice, the pass made financial sense only for customers who expected to visit repeatedly during May, could use participating U.S. locations and were satisfied with the included burger and side. A customer who visited once or chose items worth less than the daily cap might receive little or no savings after the $20 purchase.

Important limitations before comparing a similar deal
- Daily use: Unused value did not roll over to another day.
- Food scope: The base benefit was one burger plus one bottomless side; upgrades and substitutions could cost extra.
- Access: Only participating U.S. restaurants accepted it.
- Channels: Catering, some delivery fees, gift cards and certain online orders were excluded.
- Stacking: The pass could not be combined with other promotions.
- Availability: The offer was limited in quantity and expired in 2025.
Bottom line for diners
Red Robin’s $20 Bottomless Burger Pass was a genuine 2025 National Burger Month promotion with a potential $682 maximum value, but that value depended on 31 qualifying visits and the $22 daily cap. The pass is now expired, so anyone evaluating a new Red Robin deal should verify its dates, participating restaurants, included side or beverage, channel restrictions and whether unused value carries forward.
