If Flipkart says your shopping account is disabled, contact support; if it is a Flipkart Affiliate account, use the separate affiliate reactivation page.
First identify what “activate” means
The right steps depend on what you are trying to do. Flipkart’s consumer shopping account and Affiliate account use different routes.

Activate or create a regular Flipkart shopping account
These steps apply to Flipkart’s consumer website or app in India, not seller, vendor, or Affiliate portals. The current Flipkart login page shows an email/mobile field, a “Request OTP” control, and a “Create an account” option for new users.
- Open the official Flipkart login page or the official Flipkart app.
- Select “Login” if you already have an account, or “Create an account” if you have never registered.
- Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your account, then choose “Request OTP” or the verification option displayed.
- Enter the OTP sent by Flipkart and complete any account details requested on screen.
- Check that you can open the account area and, if applicable, see your orders or wishlist.
If the message says “disabled,” do not treat it as a routine OTP or password problem; use the support route below.

Recover a disabled regular shopping account
An account marked disabled is different from being logged out, entering an incorrect detail, or receiving an expired code. Flipkart’s Help Centre is the official support entry point and directs users to log in for help with recent orders and account issues.
- Open the official Help Centre.
- Use “Log in” if you can still access the account, then choose the account, login, or security issue that best matches the message.
- Follow the support prompts. If self-service does not resolve the problem, use the support option Flipkart presents.
Flipkart may need to review why the account was disabled or request additional verification. The public Help Centre information does not establish that every consumer account can be restored automatically or through one universal form.

Reactivate a disabled Flipkart Affiliate account
This route is for Affiliate accounts only. The official Flipkart Affiliate reactivation page provides an OTP-based process for disabled Affiliate accounts.
- Open the Affiliate reactivation page.
- Enter the requested email and mobile details, including the country code if prompted.
- Select “Generate OTP,” enter the mobile OTP, and select “Submit.”
- After the reactivation flow succeeds, try signing in to the Affiliate account again.
If a Flipkart OTP does not arrive
- Check that you entered the registered mobile number or email correctly.
- Wait briefly before requesting another code. Use the newest code received rather than repeatedly submitting an older one.
- Check SMS blocking, spam filters, network connectivity, phone signal, and whether the device can receive messages.
- If the website is not working, try the official app; if the app is failing, try the website. Updating or restarting the app may help with an app malfunction.
- If delivery repeatedly fails, contact Flipkart through the official Help Centre.
Flipkart’s public instructions do not establish a fixed OTP expiry period, retry limit, or guaranteed delivery time; follow any timing or limits shown in the current sign-in flow.

If you no longer have the registered phone number
If the login page accepts email, try the email address already associated with your account. Otherwise, ask your telecom provider whether you can recover the old number, and contact Flipkart through the Help Centre. Be ready to provide the ownership or transaction information Flipkart requests through its official process.
Avoid creating a second account as your first response: it may leave order history, refunds, saved addresses, or other account information attached to the account you cannot access.

Contact Flipkart safely
When you can sign in, Flipkart’s support guide describes in-product routes. Labels can vary with app version, device, and account state.
In the app
- Open the Flipkart app and sign in.
- Tap “Account,” then open “Help Centre.”
- Select the relevant order or issue and tap “Need Help.”
- Use the Support Assistant or the available options to connect to an agent.
On the website
- Go to Flipkart and log in.
- Open “More” and select “24×7 Customer Care.”
- Choose the issue or order, then select “Need Help.”
- If automated options do not resolve the issue, use the available escalation to a support agent.
