Reported purchasing tools include purchase orders from pending orders or challans, supplier imports by email or FTP, identification of short, excess and non-supplied items, supplier- and company-specific discounts, rate history, short-expiry alerts and supplier comparison (wholesale feature page). During a demo, use one of your real supplier files to verify the import and reconciliation process.
Sales, billing and returns
The product pages describe quick invoicing from pending customer orders, multi-counter billing in the POS/trading family, sales and purchase returns, customer-specific rates, discount rules, outstanding and due-list reports, invoice locks based on credit controls, and SMS or email communication. Distribution workflows include order tracking and online-order utilities (distribution feature page).
Accounting and GST
Advertised accounting functions include day books, debtors, creditors, trial balance, balance sheet, bank reconciliation and GST reports or forms (wholesale feature page). “GST compliant” is a vendor claim, not proof that your deployment handles every current requirement. Confirm supported GST returns, e-invoicing, e-way bills, tax updates and filing workflows for your state and business structure.
Reports and exports
EasySol says it provides sales, purchase, inventory, management, gross-profit, ageing and outstanding reports, with reports exportable or regenerable in Excel, Word and PDF (Pharma feature page). Ask whether exports retain formulas and filters, can be scheduled, and whether custom reports cost extra.

Backups, synchronization and integrations
The vendor describes automated or scheduled backups, missed-backup reminders, FTP exchange for orders and transfer notes, branch/head-office synchronization, online-order import and invoice-upload or email utilities. The downloads page lists utilities, but a downloadable utility does not establish cloud hosting, a public API or real-time integration. Clarify whether each connection is native, API-based, file-based, FTP-based or custom.
EasySol Pharma reviews
Gartner Peer Insights
Gartner shows one validated review dated September 12, 2025, rated 5.0/5. The reviewer praised a simple interface, inventory and order visibility, reporting, multi-location distribution, support and integration potential. The stated drawback was a legacy development model and the need for SaaS modernization (Gartner review; Gartner likes and dislikes). One perfect review is useful context, not proof of broad satisfaction.
Techjockey
Techjockey reports 13 ratings or reviews and a 3.6/5 overall score, with the same 3.6/5 shown for features, value, support and ease of use. Positive comments mention search, billing, usability and pharmacy-manager workflows. Negative comments raise customer-service concerns, data-privacy concerns, pack-size visibility, generic-product pricing and prescription reversal or credit-check issues. One review dated September 30, 2024 scored the product 1/5 for customer service; another dated September 22, 2023 alleged a privacy problem (Techjockey reviews).
The privacy comment is an allegation, not independently established evidence of a breach. Some comments may reflect particular editions, configurations or workflows and should not be generalized to every EasySol installation. Gartner’s one-review score and Techjockey’s 13-review score therefore cannot be averaged into a single rating.

Who should consider EasySol?
EasySol is most plausible for Indian wholesalers, distributors, C&F operators, independent chemists, retail pharmacies and multi-branch businesses that value batch and expiry controls, GST-oriented reporting, vendor-assisted setup and customization. The vendor says it serves distributors, chemists, manufacturers, chains, department stores and general stores and reports more than 12,000 clients and 365-day support; those are vendor claims, not independently verified figures (EasySol homepage).
Who should be cautious?
Investigate alternatives or demand stronger documentation if you require transparent self-service pricing, a clearly cloud-native SaaS platform, public API documentation, mobile-first workflows, extensive e-commerce or clinical features, international compliance, contractual uptime guarantees, security certifications or effortless migration away from the vendor. These are evaluation requirements—not proof that EasySol cannot provide them.
Demo and procurement checklist
Product and workflow tests
- Demonstrate a batch from purchase through sale, expiry, return, replacement and credit note.
- Show controls that prevent sale of expired or banned stock.
- Use your supplier file to test short supplies, excess supplies, schemes and changing discounts.
- Confirm multiple firms, branches, voucher series, pricing slabs and customer credit limits.
- Show gross profit during invoicing and explain custom-report pricing.
Technology and data
- Identify whether the deployment is desktop, local-network, hosted or browser-based, and name the database and operating systems.
- Ask whether integrations are APIs, files, FTP or separate utilities.
- Require a documented export of customers, suppliers, items, batches, transactions and audit history.
- Ask update frequency and what happens to local customizations after an upgrade.
Security, support and contract
- Ask where data is stored, who can access it, and whether data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Confirm role permissions, audit logs, administrator protection, backup frequency, off-site copies and restoration testing.
- Require recovery-time and recovery-point targets, incident-notification terms and a written support SLA.
- Have the quote separate licences, users, branches, modules, migration, hardware, integrations, training, renewals, backups and exit costs.
- Clarify cancellation, refunds, data ownership and whether customizations belong to you or the vendor.
Alternatives to investigate by category
Rather than assuming one brand is universally better, compare EasySol with India-focused pharmacy ERP/POS systems, cloud-native pharmacy management products, wholesale and distribution-management platforms, general retail POS products with pharmacy extensions and enterprise supply-chain systems. EasySol can be a sensible candidate for an India-based pharmacy, wholesale or distribution operation that wants deep stock, expiry, billing, accounting and reporting workflows with vendor support. It is not possible to judge value from a public price because none is disclosed, and the review evidence is too limited to establish broad satisfaction. Proceed only after a live test of your workflows and a written quote that specifies architecture, security, support, integrations, migration, renewals and data export.
