What is Bravo Solutions AI?
Bravo Solutions AI describes itself as a technology solutions provider serving small and midsize businesses. Its website says it works with businesses such as dental practices, plumbing companies, roofing companies, startups, and established firms. The company’s About page identifies Diego Bravo as founder and CEO and outlines a process involving consultation, solution design, implementation, quality assurance, optimization, and support.
The public offering is best understood as project-based consulting and implementation: the agency says it designs or integrates systems around a client’s processes. The reviewed public pages do not show a self-service product, trial, package tiers, or subscription prices.

What services does it offer?
The services page lists workflow automation, AI solutions, custom software development, API development, data extraction and reporting, and custom chatbots. Those are broad categories; the public material does not specify a complete technology stack, supported platforms, model providers, or deployment options.
Workflow automation
Workflow automation connects steps that staff otherwise handle manually—for example, moving information between systems, triggering an approval, sending a notification, or preparing a recurring report. Whether a particular workflow is feasible depends on the software involved, its integration options, data quality, and how exceptions are handled. These are common use cases, not proof that Bravo has implemented each one for a client.
AI implementation
“AI solutions” can cover tasks such as extracting information from documents, classifying requests, summarizing material, or powering an internal assistant. AI is not automatically the right choice: a fixed, repeatable process may be cheaper and easier to audit with ordinary rules and integrations. For an AI proposal, ask which model and hosting arrangements are involved, how data is retained or used, how outputs are evaluated, and when a person reviews uncertain results. The public sources do not establish Bravo’s answers to those questions.
Custom software and APIs
Custom software is a purpose-built application or internal tool. An API lets separate software systems exchange structured information. Custom development can make sense when a business has unusual validation rules, proprietary systems, or integration needs that standard connectors cannot handle. It adds responsibility for documentation, maintenance, security updates, and eventual handoff.
Rank #2
Data extraction and reporting
Extraction can turn information in documents, emails, spreadsheets, or databases into structured records or reports. Buyers should establish accuracy targets, validation rules, an exception queue, privacy safeguards, and human review for low-confidence results. The company lists extraction and reporting as services, but the reviewed public pages do not detail specific extraction methods or accuracy levels.
Custom chatbots
A chatbot might capture website inquiries, answer questions from approved material, route requests, or help staff find internal information. Before deployment, clarify its scope, whether it can cite source material, how it avoids unsupported answers, what conversation data is logged, and how it escalates to a person. No public technical or privacy specification for Bravo’s chatbots was established in the reviewed material.
What public project examples are available?
Bravo’s case-studies page describes three project categories. These are company-published summaries, not independently validated case studies.
| Client type | Published project description | What the public summary establishes | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roofing company | Custom API for reporting | The company describes an API and reporting project. | Client identity, dates, stack, cost, duration, measured results, or independent verification. |
| Club | Automated check-in and payment solutions | The company describes work involving check-in and payments. | Client identity, transaction volume, error reduction, implementation details, or measured results. |
| CPA firm | Financial-management process optimization | The company describes process-optimization work for a CPA firm. | Client identity, methodology, financial impact, timeline, or third-party validation. |
A separate TechBullion article published November 19, 2024 discusses automation and AI applications and reports figures such as fewer stockouts, improved order accuracy, staff hours saved, fewer delivery delays, and higher lead conversions. The article does not provide named customers, methods, sample sizes, dates for the underlying projects, or independent documentation for those figures. Treat them as unverified claims in that article, not as demonstrated typical outcomes for Bravo clients. Read the TechBullion article.

How to decide whether an agency is the right approach
The key comparison is not “AI agency versus no-code tool” in every case. It is whether the workflow’s complexity and business value justify custom implementation, or whether a simpler product or internal solution is enough.
| Option | Often suits | Trade-off to examine |
|---|---|---|
| Bravo Solutions AI | Businesses seeking custom integrations or an implementation partner. | Pricing and technical details are not publicly transparent; confirm ongoing support and ownership. |
| Zapier | Accessible app-to-app automations and relatively simple workflows. | Check whether the needed apps, workflow complexity, usage, and costs fit. |
| Make | Visual, configurable multi-step workflows. | Greater configurability can bring additional setup and maintenance complexity. |
| n8n | Technical teams that want extensibility and self-hosting options. | Self-hosting and customization require operational expertise. |
| Microsoft Power Automate | Organizations built around Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics, or Azure. | Review licensing and administration requirements. |
| In-house development | Strategic systems where direct control and institutional knowledge matter. | Requires staff capacity for architecture, delivery, and long-term maintenance. |
Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, and Airtable are alternatives for different needs, not direct equivalents to a custom agency engagement. A small, stable trigger-and-action workflow may be manageable with a self-service tool. A bespoke API or system spanning legacy software, complex permissions, and exception handling may need an experienced implementation team. Custom work can also be the wrong choice when a mature product already solves the problem or the expected benefit is too small to cover build and upkeep.
What should buyers verify before hiring?
Because public information does not establish price, technical architecture, security posture, or independently measured performance, a buyer should make those items part of discovery and contracting—not infer them from broad service descriptions.
Define the business case
- Map the current workflow, including exceptions and handoffs, before automating it.
- Measure baseline volume, staff time, error rate, delays, and the cost of the current process.
- Identify a process owner and confirm that the procedure is stable enough to automate.
- Compare expected savings with implementation, software, hosting, model usage, monitoring, maintenance, and staff-training costs.
Check technical fit
- Ask which of your existing systems Bravo can connect to, and whether connections use APIs, webhooks, scripts, RPA, or no-code platforms.
- Confirm whether processing is real-time or scheduled, how authentication and permissions work, and what happens when a connector or API fails.
- Request a data-flow diagram, documentation, monitoring and alerting approach, backup plan, and recovery procedure.
- Clarify who owns source code, workflow configurations, credentials, infrastructure, and documentation, and how another provider could take over.
Review privacy and security
- For dental, accounting, membership, or customer workflows, identify the sensitive data involved and where it is processed.
- Ask for the model providers and subprocessors, retention and deletion rules, training-use terms, access controls, encryption details, and audit logs.
- Agree on human approval points, incident-response responsibilities, and how access will be removed at the end of the engagement.
- Do not assume a compliance certification or regulatory guarantee: the reviewed public sources do not establish one.
Set commercial and delivery terms
- Request the discovery fee, project estimate, billing model, recurring support cost, and any hosting, API, software-license, or model-usage charges.
- Clarify the scope, timeline assumptions, change-request process, warranty period, service expectations, cancellation terms, and handoff obligations.
- Agree on a bounded pilot with a baseline, measurable success criteria, error thresholds, human-review rules, and rollback plan before expanding deployment.
Who may be a good fit—and who may not
Bravo Solutions AI may merit consideration if a business has disconnected systems, a repetitive high-volume process, custom reporting needs, or a workflow that standard connectors cannot handle—and lacks internal integration expertise. A buyer should still validate the proposed solution and its total cost through a defined pilot.

It may be a poor fit for a business seeking a simple one-step automation, fixed public subscription pricing, or a turnkey outcome without an internal process owner. Organizations handling sensitive or regulated information should proceed only after reviewing detailed data-processing, security, and contractual documentation.
What is known about pricing and availability?
No public price list, package tiers, free trial, or self-service checkout appears in the reviewed company material. Its public route is a contact form at bravosolutions.ai/contact. Ask for a written estimate that separates discovery, implementation, recurring support, hosting, model usage, and third-party software costs; none of these amounts is established by the public pages cited here.
Bottom line
Bravo Solutions AI presents a relevant service portfolio for businesses seeking custom automation, integrations, software, or AI-enabled workflows. Its website identifies its founder and publishes three project summaries, but the available public evidence is not enough to independently assess results, pricing, scale, technical methods, or security practices. Treat an introductory conversation as due diligence: define the problem, request specifics and references, document ownership and risk controls, and test value in a bounded pilot.
