Walmart+ members received early access from 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 30, while general access began at 12:01 a.m. ET on December 1. This is a historical roundup: the prices, sellers, inventory and product pages described below were observed or reported for the 2025 event and may no longer be available.
Our picks prioritize usable specifications, credible configurations and manageable buying risk—not the largest advertised percentage discount. On Walmart.com, the “sold and shipped by” line mattered as much as the laptop’s headline price because many listings came from Marketplace sellers.
Our 12 Walmart Cyber Monday laptop picks

| Best high-end gaming laptop | Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 | About one-third off reported by Windows Central | Exact CPU, GPU, RAM and display configuration required | Legion Pro 7i variants differ substantially |
| Best creator-oriented laptop | 16-inch laptop with discrete RTX graphics | Depends on verified configuration | High-resolution display; at least 16GB RAM; 1TB SSD; RTX GPU | Do not assume creator-grade color coverage without a specification |

Why these configurations made the list
A laptop deal is worthwhile when the complete configuration works for the intended job at a credible street price. We favored Windows laptops with at least 8GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD or larger, a current Core i3/Core 5 or Ryzen 3/Ryzen 5-class processor, and a 1,920×1,080 or 1,920×1,200 display whenever the listing disclosed those details.
#1 Best Overall
- FULL HD IPS DISPLAY - Enjoy vibrant, crystal-clear images with 178-degree wide-viewing angles
- AMD RYZEN 3 30 PROCESSOR - Everyday performance you can count on; Multitask, stream, game casually, and edit photos smoothly with responsive power and vibrant HDR visuals
- ENJOY UP TO 14 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES OF BATTERY LIFE - HP Fast Charge restores battery from 0 to 50% in approximately 45 minutes
- AMD RADEON 610M GRAPHICS - Experience smooth entertainment; Built for streaming and multitasking, enjoy realistic visuals and efficient performance for work and play
- STORAGE AND MEMORY - 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD offers fast speed and efficient storage; and 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM memory boosts performance with higher bandwidth
For multitasking, gaming and creative work, 16GB is preferable. A 512GB SSD is a better general-purpose target than 256GB, which can fill quickly after Windows updates, applications and media are added. RAM that is soldered or not upgradeable is a more serious limitation on a laptop intended to last several years.
Best budget and student options
The HP 14-inch configuration is the sensible budget choice only when it has 8GB RAM, an SSD and a Core i3 or Ryzen 3-or-better processor. HP sold similarly named systems with weaker processors, 4GB RAM or eMMC storage; those should not be treated as equivalent.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is a reasonable student category pick because it commonly appeared in an inexpensive, portable form factor. However, “IdeaPad 2025” was not one specification. Verify the processor model, RAM, storage and screen on the exact Walmart variant before paying.
The reported Lenovo IdeaPad 15.6-inch FHD listing around $288.95 was one of the more notable sub-$400 options. Its reported 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD and 128GB eMMC combination is unusual. Confirm whether the capacities represent separate storage devices or how Windows presents them; do not value it as a straightforward 384GB SSD.

- Memory & Storage: 4 GB LPDDR4x & 64 GB eMMC Storage. Adequate high-bandwidth RAM to smoothly run multiple applications and browser tabs all at once. An embedded multimedia card provides reliable flash-based storage.

Best work, touchscreen and large-screen choices
The HP 15.6-inch touchscreen reported around $299 combined a Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM and a 512GB SSD—an appealing work configuration if the exact CPU generation, FHD resolution, condition and seller checked out. It is better suited to documents, browser tabs, video calls and streaming than the cheapest Celeron-based alternatives.
The Dell 16 DC16251, reported around $321, offered a 16-inch FHD touchscreen, Core 5 120U, 8GB RAM and 512GB storage. Its larger screen helps with spreadsheets and side-by-side windows, but confirm whether the memory is soldered or replaceable before treating it as a long-term multitasking machine.
The HP 17.3-inch touchscreen with Ryzen 5 7430U, 8GB RAM and a 512GB SSD was the home-office choice for readers who value screen area over portability. A 17.3-inch chassis is awkward for travel, and its panel resolution and brightness should be checked rather than inferred from its size.
Best midrange and premium productivity choices
The HP OmniBook 5 16-inch was the more balanced midrange option at a reported $499–$529 when configured with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD. Verify the processor and display because the product family included materially different versions.

The narrow-bezel design maximizes screen real estate for comfortable viewing on this Win 11 laptop, whether you're studying or working.

A reported $699.99 OmniBook 5 configuration paired a 16-inch OLED display with Snapdragon X Plus, 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD. That is attractive for general Windows productivity, but it uses Windows on ARM. Before buying, confirm compatibility with specialist x86 software, device drivers, games using anti-cheat systems and unusual peripherals. “Copilot+” branding is not a substitute for checking the applications you actually use.
Best gaming and creator candidates
The Acer Nitro V 16S was reported around $899 with a Core 7 240H, RTX 5060, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD and a 180Hz display. That is the right class of hardware for a sub-$1,000 gaming pick because it has a discrete GPU, adequate memory and fast storage. The exact GPU wattage, cooling design, panel resolution and seller still matter: two laptops with the same RTX designation can perform differently.
Windows Central reported a substantial discount on the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 and identified it as a leading 2025 gaming laptop. It is the high-end gaming candidate, not a blanket recommendation for every Legion Pro 7i listing. Match the exact CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD and display to the price before checkout.
For photo and video work, look for a 16-inch high-resolution display, at least 16GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD and discrete RTX graphics. Do not call a listing creator-oriented unless its color gamut and resolution are documented. Integrated graphics can be adequate for ordinary photo organization and light editing, but they are not equivalent to a verified discrete-GPU configuration for demanding workflows.

The stylish willow green top cover with matte finish and natural silver keyboard deck with vertical brushing pattern offer a modern, professional look.
- AI-Enhanced Productivity: Access Microsoft Copilot instantly with the dedicated Copilot key for faster assistance. AI Noise Reduction filters background sounds and improves voice clarity during calls. Dual speakers provide clear audio, while the full-size natural silver keyboard and HP Imagepad support comfortable typing and navigation.
Deals we would skip
- 4GB Windows laptops: They leave little headroom for modern browsers and multitasking.
- eMMC-only storage: It is generally a weaker choice than an SSD, especially at prices close to better FHD/SSD systems.
- Implausible low-cost specifications: A listing claiming 16GB or 32GB RAM is not automatically good value if it uses a very weak two-core processor or an obscure configuration.
- Gaming-looking laptops without discrete graphics: A decorative chassis does not provide gaming performance.
- Unclear bundles: “Office included” may mean a trial, a one-device license or an unclear seller-provided offer.
- Unverified Marketplace listings: SGIN, Chheart, RNRUO, HYYUO and similar listings should be treated cautiously unless the exact model, seller reputation, warranty and return terms are clear.
How to check a Walmart laptop deal
- Open the exact product variant, not just a brand or family page.
- Record the model number, CPU model and generation, RAM, storage type and capacity, display resolution and GPU.
- Read the “sold and shipped by” line. Walmart.com listings may be sold and fulfilled by Walmart or by a Marketplace seller.
- Check whether the item is new, refurbished, open-box or pre-owned.
- Review the seller rating and review count, manufacturer warranty and return deadline.
- Compare the actual sale price with the configuration’s normal street price. A “was” price may not represent a recent price for that exact model.
- Check shipping, pickup, delivery and any Walmart+ requirement before adding the item to your cart.
Walmart says most Walmart.com purchases generally have a 90-day return window, but Marketplace consumer electronics such as computers may have a 14-day return period. The product page and seller policy control the practical details. Marketplace sellers handle fulfillment, returns and customer service, although Walmart Customer Care may help under the Marketplace Promise.
What happened during Cyber Monday 2025
The event was online-only. Walmart warned that event quantities were limited, rain checks were unavailable and popular products could involve a virtual queue or sell out before checkout. A displayed price was therefore not a guarantee of inventory or a locked-in purchase price.
Walmart+ early access began five hours before general access. That could help members reach popular listings earlier, but joining Walmart+ solely for one laptop was not automatically worthwhile—especially when the item was a Marketplace listing or the price advantage was uncertain.
