Wing Security announced $26 million in seed and Series A funding when it emerged from stealth in March 2022. The Israel-based startup said it was building a platform to help organizations find and address security risks across their SaaS applications. The company is now called With Wings and describes its current focus as AI agent exposure management.

What did Wing Security announce in 2022?

SecurityWeek reported on March 31, 2022, that Wing Security had emerged from stealth with $26 million in combined seed and Series A funding. The report named GGV Capital, Harmony Partners, S-Capital, Silicon Valley CISO Investments Group, and various security leaders as investors. It also said the company was founded in 2020.

Wing said it planned to use the funding to hire, particularly in research and development, sales, and marketing. These details describe the announcement at that time; the sources available here do not establish a later funding update or the company’s subsequent financial performance. SecurityWeek’s March 31, 2022 report is the source for the announcement and investor names.

What was Wing building when it launched?

In the 2022 report, Wing described an end-to-end SaaS security product for visibility, analysis, and remediation. The company said it could help security teams see applications, users, connections between apps, external data collaborations, and inconsistencies that could signal risk. It also described application compliance and security rankings, along with customizable security definitions.

Those are launch-era descriptions attributed to Wing by SecurityWeek, not independent findings about product effectiveness. The report framed the problem as limited visibility into the growing SaaS attack surface. CEO Noam Shaar said the company was founded to give security teams a SaaS-native way to protect those environments.

What is Wing Security called now?

The company now uses the name With Wings. In a post dated August 12, 2026, it said it was moving from its earlier SaaS security and identity-centric platform toward AI Security Posture Management and changing its name to reflect that evolution. Its current homepage uses “Agent Exposure Management” for its category. These descriptions come from the company itself. With Wings’ company post explains the announced repositioning.

How does With Wings describe its current product?

With Wings presents its approach as reducing the authority AI agents can exercise across an organization. Its homepage lays out four stages:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  1. Find agents: discover agents across the organization’s estate.
  2. Map authority: identify the access each agent holds, including delegated and inherited access.
  3. Minimize authority: reduce permissions to what the agent’s job requires.
  4. Enforce guardrails: apply controls around agent activity.

The company lists six specialized agents in its offering: observability, control, detection, enforcement, mitigation, and notification. It also draws a boundary around its method: With Wings says it does not block an action mid-flight, which it calls runtime interception. Instead, it says it aims to reduce an agent’s authority before the agent attempts an action. That distinction matters when assessing what kind of control the product claims to provide; it is not evidence of independently validated outcomes.

What do the company’s current figures establish?

With Wings’ homepage, accessed October 4, 2026, reports a discovery corpus of 280,000 SaaS vendors and four years of grant history. These are vendor-published figures; the sources reviewed do not independently corroborate them. The homepage also identifies MDR and MSSP teams, SOC and exposure teams, and risk and AI adoption teams as intended audiences, and displays customer testimonials from At-Bay and Monte Carlo. Those testimonials are company-published customer evidence rather than independent product validation.

The 2022 funding story establishes what Wing announced and how it described its initial product. It does not establish later revenue, valuation, funding, or product performance. For a present-day evaluation, useful questions include how broadly the product discovers agents, how it maps delegated and inherited permissions, what integrations it covers, and what evidence it provides for permission changes and rollback. The available sources do not provide independent head-to-head performance data on those points. With Wings’ current homepage describes the company’s present product claims.
