QQQM’s Oct. 13 purchases at a glance
The transaction report covers changes in QQQM’s U.S.-listed stock holdings for Oct. 13, 2026. It records an all-buy session: 101 holdings increased and zero holdings decreased. The report does not, by itself, identify discretionary stock-picking decisions by an individual manager; QQQM is designed to track the Nasdaq-100 Index.

What the all-buy report means
It was a broad increase, not a sell-off
Because every one of the 101 reported holdings was increased, the update does not show QQQM selling any stock on that date. A net inflow means more money entered the fund than left it during the reporting period, but the transaction snapshot should not be read as a forecast of future purchases.

The report is a dated snapshot
Share counts and percentage weights can change with market prices, investor flows, index adjustments and subsequent trades. The Oct. 13 figures therefore describe that reporting date rather than a permanent portfolio allocation. A one-day increase in an existing position does not establish a change in QQQM’s long-term strategy.
Why NVIDIA was the largest addition
NVIDIA is one of the largest companies represented in the Nasdaq-100, so its market value and index representation make it a major QQQM position. Adding 64,554 shares produced the largest named purchase in the report and resulted in an 8.32% reported weight. The data establish what QQQM held and added on Oct. 13; they do not state that the fund made an independent judgment about NVIDIA’s future returns.

How QQQM is built
Invesco says QQQM is based on the Nasdaq-100 Index and invests at least 90% of total assets in securities that comprise that index. The index includes securities of 100 of the largest domestic and international nonfinancial companies listed on Nasdaq.

- The index and fund are rebalanced quarterly.
- The index is reconstituted annually.
- Technology and other large Nasdaq-listed nonfinancial companies can therefore represent significant weights, but the exact mix changes over time.
Invesco’s Q1 2026 fund page listed 102 holdings and a 0.15% total expense ratio. That 102-holding figure comes from a different date and snapshot than the Oct. 13 transaction report’s 101 increased holdings, so the numbers should not be treated as contradictory or interchangeable.

What the numbers do—and do not—tell you
What is established
- QQQM received $177.3 million in net inflows on Oct. 13, 2026.
- The report recorded increases in 101 holdings and no decreases.
- NVIDIA was the largest named purchase at 64,554 shares and $14.8 million.
- The report gave NVIDIA an 8.32% portfolio weight after the change.
What is not established
- The report does not prove that any position was newly initiated; it identifies holdings that increased.
- It does not explain the precise reason for each trade.
- It does not guarantee that the same weights or share counts remain after Oct. 13.
- It does not provide a measure of future performance.
How to evaluate a later QQQM holdings update
For a meaningful comparison with another date, use the same reporting scope and check:
- The total dollars bought or sold.
- Shares added or removed for each security.
- The resulting portfolio weight.
- The number of positions increased, decreased or newly initiated, if stated.
- The reporting date and whether the data cover U.S.-listed stocks only.
- Any change in index construction or the fund’s expense ratio.
QQQM cost and investor context
Invesco’s Q1 2026 data list a 0.15% total expense ratio. This is an annual fund operating expense expressed as a percentage of assets; it is not a fee charged separately for each Oct. 13 transaction. Investors should check the latest prospectus and fund page for current figures because expenses, holdings and weights can change.

QQQM gives investors diversified exposure to the Nasdaq-100 through a single exchange-traded fund, but diversification within the fund does not eliminate concentration risk. The largest positions—including NVIDIA, Apple and Microsoft—can materially affect daily performance when their share prices move.
