Cyber Guru announced a $25 million Series B on 24 October 2024, led by Riverside Acceleration Capital, to support development of its cybersecurity-awareness training platform and expand its European go-to-market operations. Educapital, Adara Ventures and P101 Ventures also participated.
What Cyber Guru announced
The company said the Series B would accelerate its AI-driven contextual-training roadmap, increase sales and marketing resources, and support go-to-market expansion across Europe. These were the stated plans when the funding was announced; they are not confirmation that the spending or expansion has since been completed. Cyber Guru’s announcement described the financing as a $25 million round.

Riverside Acceleration Capital led the round. Educapital and existing investors Adara Ventures and P101 Ventures participated. P101 separately said its cumulative investment in Cyber Guru reached €6 million after its follow-on investment; that figure is P101’s total investment, not the size of the Series B. P101’s announcement provides that separate figure.
What the training platform does
Cyber Guru sells cybersecurity-awareness training software to organisations. In its 2024 funding announcement, the company described automated training paths using learning methodologies and a proprietary AI-driven machine-learning model. It said the aim is to change employee behaviour and help organisations manage human cyber risk. Those are the company’s descriptions of its product and goals, not independent evidence of training effectiveness. The company announcement includes its product description.

Customers and users reported at the time
Cyber Guru reported more than 700 customer organisations and over one million active users in more than 90 countries in its October 2024 announcement. These are company-reported figures from that date, not audited market statistics. Riverside’s case study also described growth from 430 to more than 700 organisations and over one million active participants across 90 countries, but its publication date is not established here, so that retrospective should not be treated as a current count.

The announcement documents the amount raised, participating investors and the company’s stated priorities. It does not establish the company’s valuation, audited revenue, or independently measured results from its training. Nor does a funding announcement demonstrate that planned product work or European expansion has been delivered.
Cyber Guru’s newsroom later listed a March 2025 announcement that it acquired French startup Mantra and a January 2026 announcement of a strategic combination with Libraesva. The newsroom listings alone do not establish whether the latter transaction has closed or the companies’ current operating structure. Cyber Guru’s newsroom lists those later announcements.
