The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has a direct warning for MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP, saying it is unauthorised and may be targeting people in the UK. ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED and LCP appear in a captured FCA Warning List result, but their individual notices must be checked in the current FCA database. Reports about Bitkelttrade and Vancelian come from secondary coverage of Dutch and French regulatory actions and still need confirmation from the AFM, AMF and the relevant service. No reviewed source establishes how many customers had withdrawal problems, or that a particular blocked withdrawal was fraud. Treat an unexpected withdrawal demand as a financial-risk event: stop sending money, preserve evidence and verify the firm through an official regulator before taking further action.
What is established about each name
These five names should not be treated as one case. They involve different regulators, jurisdictions and evidence types. A regulator warning addresses authorisation or conduct risk; it does not by itself prove a criminal offence. A customer allegation about a delayed or blocked withdrawal is a separate question and needs case-specific evidence.

| Name | Regulator and jurisdiction | Evidence currently described | Date or status | What is not established |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED | FCA, United Kingdom | Appears in a captured FCA Warning List result; the individual notice was not retrieved. | Captured entry dated 25 August 2026. | The precise warning wording, website, permissions and any customer-complaint findings. |
| MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP | FCA, United Kingdom | Direct FCA warning notice. | First published and last updated 25 August 2026. | A criminal conviction, court finding of fraud, or a verified count of failed withdrawals. |
| LCP | FCA, United Kingdom | Appears in a captured FCA Warning List result; the individual notice was not retrieved. | Captured entry dated 24 August 2026. | The precise warning wording, website, permissions and customer-outcome evidence. |
| Bitkelttrade | AFM, Netherlands | Secondary coverage reports an AFM warning and describes the operation as presumably a boiler room. The primary AFM record was not verified. | Date and exact notice wording not confirmed. | Identity/domain match, number of affected customers and any proven withdrawal misconduct. |
| Vancelian / Automata France SAS | AMF, France | Secondary coverage reports withdrawal of Automata France SAS’s digital-asset-service-provider registration and associates the company with Vancelian. | Reported effective date: 30 June 2026; AMF notice and customer instructions not verified. | Whether every Vancelian service used that entity, what customers were told, and whether an individual withdrawal failure was unlawful. |
The table separates a direct regulator notice from an archived list capture and from secondary reporting. That distinction matters when deciding what you can safely rely on.
MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP: the direct FCA warning
The FCA notice says: This firm is not authorised by us and may be targeting people in the UK.
The notice names MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP and gives the website as www.mintversefinacegroup.com. The FCA also warns that firms may provide incorrect or changing contact details, or details belonging to another person or business.
#1 Best Overall
According to the FCA, dealing with the firm in the circumstances described would not provide access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection. Those are regulatory consequences of the firm’s status; they are not a judicial finding that the company committed fraud. Do not convert the warning into a claim that every transaction failed or that every person communicating with the name was part of a criminal scheme.
The practical meaning is still serious. If you are being asked to deposit, trade, pay a release charge or provide more personal information, pause the transaction until you independently confirm both the firm’s legal identity and permission for the exact service offered. Use contact details obtained from the FCA’s own records rather than a phone number or email supplied by an unsolicited representative.
ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED and LCP: what the captured FCA list does—and does not—show
A captured FCA Warning List result shows ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED dated 25 August 2026 and LCP dated 24 August 2026. The capture is an archived mirror of the regulator list, not the individual FCA warning pages. It confirms that those names appeared in the captured result on those dates, but it does not safely establish the associated websites, addresses, wording, regulated activities or any customer impact.
Before publishing or relying on a more detailed allegation about either name, search the current FCA records and open the individual notice. Match the legal name, trading name, domain, telephone number and business address. A similar name is not enough: an unauthorised party can imitate a legitimate company, and a legitimate company can be impersonated by a different operator.

If the current FCA record no longer shows an entry, that absence does not prove authorisation. The FCA states that if a firm isn’t on the list, it may still be unauthorised or be a scam.
The Warning List is one screening tool, not a complete approval register.
Bitkelttrade: a secondary report requiring AFM confirmation
Secondary coverage reports that the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned consumers against responding to BitKeltTrade offers and described it as presumably a boiler room. The primary AFM notice, publication date, exact wording and identity/domain match were not verified in the available material.
That means the responsible wording is “a secondary report says the AFM issued a warning,” not “the AFM has conclusively found that every Bitkelttrade transaction was fraudulent.” Before acting on the claim, locate the current AFM warning and compare its legal name, spelling, domain and contact details with the service that contacted you. Do not assume that a change in capitalization—from Bitkelttrade to BitKeltTrade, for example—proves or disproves a match.
A warning about a presumed boiler-room approach would be relevant to unsolicited investment calls, pressure to deposit quickly and repeated demands for more funds. It would still not tell you how many customers experienced a failed withdrawal. That requires independent complaints or case records.

Vancelian and Automata France SAS: registration status is not a withdrawal finding
Secondary coverage reports that the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) withdrew Automata France SAS’s digital-asset-service-provider registration, with an effective date of 30 June 2026, and associates the company with Vancelian. The AMF notice and current customer communications were not verified in the available material.
Registration withdrawal can affect what services an entity may lawfully provide and what transition or wind-down steps customers should follow. It does not, on its own, prove that a particular customer’s withdrawal was deliberately blocked or that funds were misappropriated. Confirm which legal entity operated the service, the scope of the registration, the effective date and any official instructions before drawing conclusions.
If you hold assets or have a pending transfer, rely on communications published through an independently verified official channel. Treat a message asking you to pay a new “tax,” release fee, verification charge or recovery fee as unverified until the regulator, your bank or payment provider confirms it.

Why “unable to withdraw” is not the same as proven fraud
The phrases “ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED unable to withdraw,” “MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP unable to withdraw,” “LCP unable to withdraw,” “Bitkelttrade unable to withdraw” and “Vancelian unable to withdraw” appear as search wording in secondary coverage. They are examples of reader intent, not a complaint database, prevalence study or proof that a specific event occurred.

A withdrawal can fail for many reasons: an account review, a technical outage, a bank rejection, a blockchain-address error, a legal hold, an expired identity document or an operator refusing to release funds. Only case evidence can distinguish an ordinary processing problem from misconduct. Useful evidence includes the account terms in force when the deposit was made, transaction IDs, bank statements, timestamps, support tickets, screenshots of fee demands and the legal identity shown on invoices or contracts.
Do not infer a percentage of affected customers from the five names, the FCA list dates or search snippets. No independently verified statistic establishing complaint volume was identified.
How to check authorisation and identity before sending more money
- Stop the next payment. Do not send a second deposit, “tax,” unlock payment, margin top-up or recovery fee while the withdrawal is disputed.
- Open the regulator’s official website yourself. Use the FCA for a firm targeting the UK, the AFM for a Netherlands-related claim and the AMF for a France-related digital-asset registration claim. Do not use a link supplied in a sales message.
- Search the exact legal name and every trading name. Check spelling, punctuation and spacing. Search the domain, phone number and address separately because an impersonator may use a genuine company name.
- Use the FCA Firm Checker for UK services. Verify both that the firm is authorised and that its permission covers the specific activity being offered. Authorisation for one service does not automatically cover investments, payments, cryptoassets or advice.
- Compare contact details. Call or email only through details displayed in the regulator’s record. A caller who says the official record is “out of date” should not be treated as an exception.
- Check the warning list as well as the authorisation register. A warning is a strong reason to stop; no warning entry is not proof of legitimacy.
- Save the result. Record the search date, legal name, domain, permission category and a PDF or screenshot of the regulator page. Regulatory records can change.
- Ask your bank or payment provider about recall options. Explain that you suspect an investment or digital-asset scam, provide transaction references and ask what deadlines apply to a card chargeback, bank transfer recall or payment freeze.
If a withdrawal is blocked: an evidence-first response plan
1. Preserve the account record
Download statements, trade history, wallet addresses, deposit and withdrawal transaction IDs, invoices and the platform’s terms. Capture the full screen showing the balance and error message, including the date and time. Keep original emails and message headers where possible.
2. Stop escalation
Do not borrow money to satisfy a new demand. Do not share remote-access codes, one-time passwords, wallet seed phrases or identity documents through an unverified channel. A legitimate dispute process should not require you to surrender control of your bank account or wallet.

3. Verify the counterparty independently
Use the relevant regulator’s current record and independently sourced contact details. Ask for the legal entity, registration or authorisation number, the contractual clause supporting any fee and a written explanation of the withdrawal status. A screenshot or PDF sent by the representative is not independent proof.
4. Notify the payment channel quickly
For a card payment, ask the card issuer about chargeback rights and deadlines. For a bank transfer, request a recall or fraud review immediately. For a crypto transfer, provide the transaction hash to the exchange or wallet provider; blockchain transfers are generally difficult to reverse, but prompt reporting can help with account controls and investigation.
5. Report through official channels
Report suspected fraud to your national reporting service and the regulator covering the firm’s claimed jurisdiction. Include the legal name, aliases, domains, payment details, dates, amounts and evidence. Reporting does not guarantee recovery, but it creates a contemporaneous record and may help connect related cases.
6. Watch for recovery scams
People who have already lost money are often contacted by someone claiming to be a regulator, lawyer, blockchain investigator or “recovery” specialist. Do not pay an upfront recovery charge or disclose further credentials solely because the caller knows details of your first loss. Verify the organisation through a regulator or professional register you access yourself.
How to interpret regulator actions by jurisdiction
| Question | FCA (UK) | AFM (Netherlands) | AMF (France) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary issue relevant here | Authorisation and possible UK targeting. | Reported warning about Bitkelttrade; primary notice needs confirmation. | Reported withdrawal of Automata France SAS registration; primary notice and customer instructions need confirmation. |
| What a warning or status decision can show | The regulator’s stated authorisation or conduct concern. | The exact consumer warning, if the AFM record confirms the report. | The registration status, effective date and any official transition instructions, if confirmed. |
| What it cannot automatically show | That a crime occurred or that every withdrawal failed. | The number of victims or the cause of an individual payment problem. | That every Vancelian customer suffered a loss or that a blocked withdrawal was intentional. |
Regulatory jurisdiction is determined by the entity and activity, not merely by the language of a website or the location of a server. A firm can claim a foreign registration while soliciting customers elsewhere, so check the regulator that governs the service actually offered to you.
Questions to ask before deciding what to do next
- What exact legal entity accepted my money?
- Which regulator’s record covers that entity and this specific service?
- Does the domain in my emails exactly match the domain in the regulator’s record?
- Was the warning or registration decision published before or after my deposit?
- Is the requested payment described in the original contract, or did it appear only after I requested a withdrawal?
- Can my bank, card issuer or exchange still intervene within its reporting deadline?
- Have I preserved the evidence before the account or messages disappear?
If you cannot answer the first three questions from an independent official record, treat the service as unverified and do not send additional funds.
What readers can safely conclude
- The FCA has directly warned that MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP is not authorised and may be targeting people in the UK.
- ACRUXE GLOBAL LIMITED and LCP appear in a captured FCA Warning List result, but their individual notices must be checked before repeating details beyond the names and captured dates.
- Bitkelttrade and the Vancelian/Automata France SAS status are described in secondary coverage and require direct AFM or AMF confirmation.
- No verified source establishes the number of customers unable to withdraw, the total amount involved or a finding that any named firm committed fraud.
- A regulator-list search is a screening step, not a guarantee. The FCA expressly says that a firm absent from its Warning List may still be unauthorised or a scam.
Bottom line for a disputed withdrawal
A blocked withdrawal is a reason to stop and verify, not a reason to pay an escalating fee. The strongest confirmed warning in this set is the FCA’s direct notice about MINTVERSE FINANCE GROUP. The other names require current primary-record checks before more specific claims are made. Preserve your evidence, contact your payment provider promptly, use the correct regulator’s official records and ignore anyone demanding money to “unlock” funds until that demand is independently documented.
