Visible+ costs $35 per month at its standard monthly rate, with taxes and fees included. It offers a stronger bundle than the $25 Visible plan—premium Verizon data, faster hotspot service, 1080p streaming, Mexico-and-Canada roaming, and one Global Pass day per month. But the available plan information does not establish one newly announced change behind the claim that Visible+ “just got way better.” Treat the current benefits as the plan’s present lineup, not as a guarantee that every existing subscriber has received a new upgrade.
What changed with Visible+?
Visible’s current plan page presents Visible+ as a $35-per-month “best value” option and highlights bundled international benefits, premium data, faster hotspot service, and a home-internet discount. It does not identify a single dated announcement explaining the “just got way better” claim. Some features may have been part of earlier plan versions; their presence on the current page does not show that they were all added at once. See Visible’s current plan details before treating any one benefit as new.

The practical change for shoppers is the current package and its comparison with Visible and Visible+ Pro. For existing members, the key question is whether the benefits shown for the current plan also apply to their particular plan version or promotional terms.

Visible+ versus Visible: is the extra $10 worthwhile?
The standard Visible plan is $25 per month, including taxes and fees. It offers unlimited data, talk, text, and hotspot access on Verizon 5G and 4G LTE, with video advertised up to 480p. Visible+ costs $10 more monthly. Its advantages are premium-data access, faster hotspot service, higher video resolution, Mexico-and-Canada roaming, and one monthly Global Pass day.
| Feature | Visible | Visible+ |
|---|---|---|
| Standard monthly price | $25 | $35 |
| Premium data | No separately advertised unlimited premium-data tier | Unlimited premium data on Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband; premium access also advertised on Verizon 5G and 4G LTE |
| Video | Up to 480p | Up to 1080p HD |
| Hotspot | Unlimited, at the standard plan’s speed | Unlimited, at twice the standard Visible-plan speed |
| International benefits | Mexico/Canada talk and text; Global Pass available at an added cost | Roaming in Mexico and Canada; one Global Pass day per month |
Visible’s comparisons describe hotspot speed as a relative tier, not a guarantee of a particular real-world rate. “Unlimited” hotspot use also should not be read as unlimited high-speed tethering.

Visible+ is more compelling if you
- Often use data in congested places and can access Verizon’s premium network tier.
- Rely on a hotspot enough to notice the higher advertised speed tier.
- Want 1080p streaming, or travel in Mexico or Canada.
- Can use the included Global Pass day.
Keep Visible if you
- Prioritize the lowest monthly bill and do most of your data use on Wi-Fi.
- Find 480p video adequate and use hotspot only occasionally.
- Do not need the roaming benefits and have little or no Verizon Ultra Wideband coverage in places you regularly use your phone.
Visible+ versus Visible+ Pro
Visible+ Pro is $45 per month at the standard monthly rate—$10 more than Visible+. Visible’s plan comparison lists the following differences:
| Feature | Visible+ | Visible+ Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Standard monthly price | $35 | $45 |
| Hotspot speed tier | Twice the standard Visible-plan speed | Three times the standard Visible-plan speed |
| Video | Up to 1080p HD | Up to 4K UHD |
| Global Pass | One day per month | Two days per month |
| Smartwatch service | Available for an additional $10 per month | Included |
| International calling and texting | Not stated on the current plan comparison | Calling to 85-plus countries; texting to more than 200 countries |
The Pro premium is easiest to justify if you would otherwise pay $10 per month for smartwatch service, or if you regularly use its extra Global Pass day, international calling, higher hotspot tier, or 4K limit. If you do not use those additions, Visible+ keeps the central premium-data and roaming benefits for less. Confirm supported smartwatch models and activation terms with Visible before choosing Pro.

Should current Visible+ customers switch?
Do not assume that a headline or the public plan page means an existing account has automatically moved to the current Visible+ structure. Customers may be on a current or legacy plan, a promotion, or an annual term, and those terms can affect what a change means. Older customer discussion about switching to receive newer inclusions is not a reliable statement of today’s policy.
- Open your Visible account and inspect the plan name, included benefits, price, and any promotion or annual-plan details shown there.
- Compare those details with the current public offer at Visible’s plan page.
- Before changing tiers, confirm with Visible whether the change affects your promotional price, annual-plan timing, legacy benefits, or eligibility for future offers.
Switch only after confirming the exact price and benefits that will apply to your account. A plan change can affect discounts or terms, and the public comparison alone does not settle those account-specific questions.
Monthly or annual Visible+?
Visible lists annual plans as well as monthly service. At standard prices, the annual option lowers the effective monthly cost but requires paying upfront.

Coverage, device, and roaming limits to consider
Premium data depends on where you use the phone
Visible says 5G Ultra Wideband is available only in select areas and requires a compatible device in a covered area. Outside that coverage, service uses Verizon’s 5G and 4G LTE networks. The plan label does not guarantee the same speed everywhere. Visible’s broadband facts list typical download speeds of 163–622 Mbps on 5G Ultra Wideband and 35–148 Mbps on 5G/4G LTE; these are typical ranges, not a promise for every location or customer. Check coverage where you live, work, and travel, and make sure your phone supports the relevant network.
Global Pass is a limited benefit
The included day gives you a defined amount of international roaming access, not a permanent worldwide roaming feature. If your travel needs exceed the included days or destinations, check the current Global Pass terms and any added cost before departing.
Optional services can raise the bill
The advertised monthly plan prices include taxes and fees, but optional smartwatch service on Visible+, devices, protection, or international add-ons may cost extra. The $15 home-internet discount is an advertised offer, not a reduction to assume without checking eligibility and terms.

Who should choose each Visible plan?
- Visible: Best aligned with budget-first users who have good Verizon coverage, mostly use Wi-Fi, and do not need the higher video, hotspot, premium-data, or international benefits.
- Visible+: A reasonable middle choice for users who value premium-data access, faster hotspot service, higher-resolution video, Mexico-and-Canada roaming, or a Global Pass day, but do not need Pro’s additional bundle.
- Visible+ Pro: Most relevant to smartwatch users, frequent travelers who can use the extra roaming day, international callers, and people with a practical need for the higher hotspot or video tier.
