Madhya Pradesh’s Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana 41st installment is being released around 14–15 October 2026, but published reports differ by one day. Every eligible beneficiary is due ₹1,500 in her own Aadhaar-linked, DBT-enabled bank account. Check the official application status and your bank record to confirm the personal credit.
When was the 41st Ladli Behna installment released?
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav announced the transfer from Guruwahi village in Umaria district during Navratri. Mint reported that the release would take place on Wednesday, 15 October 2026, while Navbharat Times reported that the transfer occurred on 14 October. Because the dates conflict, neither report should be treated as proof that a particular beneficiary has been paid; the official status page and bank account are the decisive records.

| Report | Reported release date | Reported transfer value | Coverage reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mint | 15 October 2026 | More than ₹1,834 crore | More than 1.25 crore women |
| Navbharat Times | 14 October 2026 | ₹1,875 crore | Approximately 1.25 crore women |
The two outlets also publish different totals, so those figures describe the wider government transfer rather than the amount that must appear in every account. The individual benefit remains ₹1,500 for each eligible woman under the scheme.
“On the sacred occasion of Navratri, today from Umaria district, under the ‘Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana’, an amount exceeding ₹1,834 crore was transferred to the accounts of more than 1.25 crore sisters of the state, and under the ₹450 gas cylinder refill scheme, a subsidy amount of ₹115.10 crore for two months was transferred to more than 23 lakh eligible sisters through a single click. Heartiest congratulations to all sisters.”

Confirm the credit through your bank
An online scheme record and an actual deposit are different kinds of evidence. Use a bank channel as a second check after viewing the portal.

- Use a UPI app’s bank-balance or transaction view, where available.
Eligibility and account requirements
The portal’s eligibility rules require all of the following:
Rank #3
- Residence in Madhya Pradesh.
- Marriage, including women who are widowed, divorced or abandoned.
- Age of at least 21 and below 60 years as of 1 January of the application year.
- A Samagra family ID and member ID, Aadhaar and a registered mobile number.
- A bank account in the beneficiary’s own name that is linked to Aadhaar and enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
A failed or delayed credit can therefore reflect an account or identity mismatch rather than a change in the announced installment. Check that the bank account is the beneficiary’s own account, that Aadhaar seeding and DBT are active, and that the registered mobile can receive the OTP. The bank can address account-credit issues; the scheme help desk can address portal or application-record issues.
