The relevant enforcement actions date from 2019. CONSOB ordered the operators to stop providing investment services in Italy without authorization, then announced that Italian internet providers would block access to the websites listed in the case.
The records matter because later broker articles have sometimes presented these cases as recent or described the companies simply as “scams.” CONSOB’s official wording is narrower and more precise: unauthorized provision of investment services and, later, website blocking for access from Italy.
What CONSOB decided
CONSOB, Italy’s securities-market regulator, relied on Article 18 and Article 7-octies(1)(b) of Italy’s Consolidated Law on Finance, known as the TUF. Those provisions allowed the regulator to order the cessation of investment services offered in Italy without the required authorization.
The two cases were handled separately:
| Brand | Entity named by CONSOB | Declared jurisdiction | Resolution | Publication date |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SwissInv24 | Swissinv24 Ltd | Marshall Islands | No. 20903, April 18, 2019 | April 23, 2019 |
| Go Capital FX | Lancelot Equity Ltd | Commonwealth of Dominica | No. 20945, May 29, 2019 | June 3, 2019 |
In both matters, CONSOB classified the activity as the unauthorized provision of investment services. That means the firms did not have the authorization required to provide the relevant services to Italian clients. It does not, by itself, amount to a criminal conviction or a court judgment that every person connected with the brands committed fraud.

Details of the Go Capital FX case
CONSOB named Lancelot Equity Ltd as the entity associated with Go Capital FX and recorded the company’s declared jurisdiction as the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The websites identified in the resolution were:
https://gocapitalfx.comhttps://gocapital123.com
The regulator’s resolution, No. 20945, was dated May 29, 2019, and published on June 3, 2019. It ordered the cessation of investment services being offered without authorization.
Some later broker-review pages have associated Go Capital FX with Bulgaria or Austria. Those details should not be presented as findings by CONSOB. The official CONSOB material supplied for this case identifies Lancelot Equity Ltd and its declared jurisdiction; it does not establish that the operator was located in either Bulgaria or Austria.
Details of the SwissInv24 case
For SwissInv24, CONSOB identified Swissinv24 Ltd and recorded the company’s declared jurisdiction as the Marshall Islands. The website named in Resolution No. 20903 was:
https://swissinv24.com
The resolution was dated April 18, 2019, and published on April 23, 2019. As with Go Capital FX, CONSOB’s finding concerned unauthorized investment services.
A contemporaneous CONSOB table also associated SwissInv24 with addresses or locations in Bulgaria and Switzerland. That record does not establish that those locations were regulated offices, nor does it change the company seat recorded in the resolution.
Italy later blocked access to the listed websites
On September 19, 2019, CONSOB announced that it had ordered Italian internet-connectivity providers to block access from Italy to 22 websites offering financial services without the required authorization. The list included all three domains connected with these cases:
gocapitalfx.comgocapital123.comswissinv24.com
The blocking power came from the Italian Growth Decree, specifically Law No. 58 of June 28, 2019, Article 36(2-terdecies).

This was an access-blocking measure aimed at Italian users. It was not a worldwide shutdown order. Nor does the press release prove that the websites could not be reached from other countries or through replacement domains. A historical blocking order should not be treated as a real-time statement about every domain currently using a similar name.

Additional warnings about SwissInv24
SwissInv24 also appeared in warnings from regulators outside Italy.
FINMA
Switzerland’s financial regulator, FINMA, published a warning-list entry dated April 18, 2019. It recorded:
- Name: Swissinv24
- Displayed address: Bahnhofstrasse 57, 8001 Zürich
- Website:
www.swissinv24.com - Commercial-register status: Without registration in the commercial register
The FINMA listing is a separate regulator action. It should not be merged with CONSOB’s decision, although both regulators identified concerns about the same brand.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority separately described “Swissinv24 Markets, trading as Swissinv24” as a clone firm. The FCA warning was first published on June 24, 2019, and last updated on November 21, 2020.
The FCA said Swissinv24 was not authorized by the FCA and was pretending to be an authorized firm. It identified the genuine firm being imitated as:
- Firm: Swiss Investment Corporation Limited
- FCA reference number: 164689
- Genuine website:
www.swissinvest.com
Crucially, the FCA stated that the genuine Swiss Investment Corporation Limited had no connection with the clone. Therefore, the FCA warning does not prove that SwissInv24 and Swiss Investment Corporation were the same company; it says the opposite.
What the warnings mean for someone who deposited money
If you sent money to either brand, the regulator records are a reason to treat the account and any further payment request with extreme caution. Do not send additional funds to pay a supposed “tax,” “release fee,” “verification charge,” or “withdrawal fee.” Requests for extra money are common in follow-up recovery scams.

- Stop communicating through unofficial channels unless you need to preserve evidence. Do not click new links sent by an unknown representative.
- Save evidence: account statements, emails, chat logs, wallet addresses, payment instructions, screenshots, contracts, and the exact website or domain used.
- Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider immediately. Ask whether a transfer recall, card dispute, or payment freeze is available. Recovery is not guaranteed, especially for bank transfers and cryptocurrency, but delay reduces the available options.
- Report the matter to the relevant authorities. Italian residents can contact CONSOB and the appropriate Italian law-enforcement authority. If a payment crossed borders, the payment provider may also request a police report.
- Be skeptical of recovery agents. Anyone claiming to have recovered your funds and asking for an upfront fee may be targeting former clients of the broker.
Neither a regulator warning nor a website block guarantees that investors will be reimbursed. It also does not mean that every person who contacted the brand can be identified or that assets remain available for recovery.

The safest current description is:
Italy’s securities regulator, CONSOB, ordered the operators associated with Go Capital FX and SwissInv24 to stop offering investment services in Italy without authorization in 2019. CONSOB later ordered Italian internet providers to block access from Italy to their listed websites. SwissInv24 was also placed on FINMA’s warning list and identified by the UK FCA as a clone firm unrelated to the authorized Swiss Investment Corporation Limited.

That wording preserves the important facts without turning an administrative enforcement record into an unsupported criminal finding. The cases should be described as archived 2019 enforcement actions, not newly issued warnings.
For primary records, consult CONSOB’s 2019 orders, its September 19, 2019 blocking announcement, the FINMA warning, and the FCA clone-firm warning.
FAQ
Did CONSOB recently warn against Go Capital FX and SwissInv24?
No. The relevant CONSOB resolutions were issued in 2019: SwissInv24 on April 18 and Go Capital FX on May 29. CONSOB announced the related website blocking action on September 19, 2019.
What did CONSOB actually find?
CONSOB found that the operators were providing investment services in Italy without the required authorization and ordered them to stop. The documents cited here do not amount to a criminal-court finding that the companies were scams.
Which Go Capital FX websites did CONSOB identify?
The resolution named gocapitalfx.com and gocapital123.com and associated them with Lancelot Equity Ltd, whose declared jurisdiction was the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Was SwissInv24 connected to Swiss Investment Corporation Limited?
The UK FCA said SwissInv24 was a clone firm and that the genuine Swiss Investment Corporation Limited had no connection with it.
Can I still access the websites outside Italy?
The 2019 CONSOB measure concerned access from Italy. It was not a worldwide shutdown order and does not establish the current status of every domain or replacement website.
What should I do if I deposited money?
Stop sending additional funds, preserve all records, contact your bank or payment provider immediately to ask about recovery options, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Be wary of anyone promising recovery in exchange for an upfront fee.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Go Capital FX and SwissInv24 were the subjects of CONSOB cease-and-desist orders in 2019 for unauthorized investment services, and CONSOB later ordered Italian providers to block access to their listed websites. SwissInv24 also appeared on FINMA’s warning list and was described by the FCA as a clone unrelated to the legitimate Swiss Investment Corporation Limited. These are historical regulatory actions, not newly issued 2026 warnings.
