Here’s what that reporting says about the property—and what it does not establish about its status today.
Which Beverly Hills mansion did Adele buy?
The property is Stallone’s mansion in Beverly Park, a gated residential community in the Beverly Hills area. On February 25, 2022, the Los Angeles Times reported that Adele bought it for $58 million. The figures and features in this profile come from that report; they are not a recent inspection or a firsthand tour.

The transaction followed a listing history reported by the paper: the property was first offered for $110 million in January 2021, then later had an $80 million asking price before the reported sale. Those are two asking prices and a reported sale price—not three valuations, and not evidence on their own of the home’s market value.

What happened to Stallone’s Rocky statue?
In a June 20, 2023 Los Angeles Times story, Stallone said Adele wanted the poolside statue of Rocky Balboa to stay at the estate. Recounting his reaction, he said, “That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal.” The article also quoted him saying, “She wanted the statue.” This is Stallone’s reported anecdote about the negotiation, not independently verified contract language.
