The correct fix depends on whether this was a general cash offer, app activity, offer-wall promotion, or shopping cashback. Each has different validation, timing, and escalation rules, and InboxDollars says it does not guarantee that every completed activity will receive credit.

Start with the offer’s own terms
InboxDollars does not use one universal deadline. The offer page controls the qualifying action, time limit, new-user rules, purchase amount, required steps, and expected crediting delay. Save a copy or screenshot of those terms before they change.
- Confirm the exact action required, such as a registration, purchase, subscription, game level, app installation, or survey milestone.
- Check whether the offer is limited to first-time users or one completion per person, household, device, advertiser, or platform.
- Verify the qualifying amount, merchant, payment method, and deadline.
- Look for a separate pending or approval period instead of assuming credit is immediate.
Do not sign up again to force a missing reward. InboxDollars says prior completion through InboxDollars, another website or app, or the advertiser directly can make you ineligible. A second attempt can therefore remove the possibility of a valid claim rather than repair the first one.

How long should InboxDollars credit take?
The following figures come from InboxDollars help-center guidance accessed in 2026. They describe operational windows, not guarantees. The specific offer’s displayed terms take priority.

These statements refer to different stages: an offer may take time to report, a shopping transaction may first become pending, and a support case may then require an investigation. They should not be treated as a single promise that every reward arrives by a particular day.
Read the activity ledger before contacting support
The ledger is the most useful record for determining whether InboxDollars received the initial click and whether a later event was reported.
Visited: the initial click
Open the activity ledger and find the offer under Visited. This entry indicates that you started the offer through the InboxDollars link. If there is no visited record, the platform may have no click-level attribution to investigate. Check that you used the link supplied by InboxDollars rather than navigating directly to the advertiser.

Pending: a reported event awaiting approval
A required milestone or completion may appear under Pending while the advertiser, app provider, or merchant verifies it. Pending is not the same as available cash, but it is evidence that an event reached the tracking system. Review any date, amount, or status information shown in the entry.
No required event: stop before doing more
If the initial click is present but a required event is missing, InboxDollars’ tracking guidance says to stop and contact support through the corresponding ledger entry before continuing the offer. Continuing to install, purchase, or repeat steps can create duplicate activity and make the record harder to interpret.
Check tracking conditions that can break attribution
Even when you complete every visible instruction, the advertiser or provider must receive a reliable tracking signal. InboxDollars identifies several common sources of interference.

- Strict privacy settings: Browser or device settings that block cross-site tracking may stop the advertiser from associating completion with your InboxDollars click.
- VPNs, proxies, or Private Relay: A masked location or changing network can conflict with geographic or attribution checks.
- Competing shopping extensions: Another cashback extension can overwrite the referral identifier or claim the transaction.
- Switching devices: Starting on one phone or browser and completing on another can break the original session.
- App tracking permission: On iPhone, allow tracking when the app or offer requires it. Refusing the prompt can prevent provider validation.
For a new attempt on a different offer, use one device and one browser session, disable only the blocking tools that interfere with tracking, and follow the offer’s privacy and location requirements. Those changes cannot retroactively repair a completion that was never recorded, so preserve evidence and use the support route for the existing activity.

Use the correct troubleshooting path by activity type
General cash offers
- Open the offer’s terms and identify the full crediting period.
- Confirm the exact qualifying action and eligibility conditions.
- Check Visited and Pending in the ledger.
- Wait until the longer of the offer’s displayed period and any stated approval period has elapsed.
- File a ticket from that ledger entry, supplying the offer name, completion date, and requested proof.
Most general offers are reported within two weeks, but InboxDollars says some take 30 days or longer. A purchase-based offer may take 30–90 days, so a missing balance shortly after checkout is not necessarily a tracking failure.
App offers
App promotions are validated by the app provider. InboxDollars can post the reward after it receives the provider’s approval, but it cannot independently approve a milestone that the provider did not report. Prior installation, failure to meet a level or activity requirement, an interrupted tracking session, or a refused iPhone tracking permission can all prevent approval.
- Confirm that the offer required a first-time install and that you had not previously downloaded or used the app.
- Review every milestone, level, purchase, or time limit in the offer.
- Check the ledger for the initial visit and any pending milestone.
- Allow the provider’s stated validation period; some tiered offers take 7–10 days after approval, and general app guidance says up to 14 days after the requirement is met unless otherwise stated.
- If the offer remains unresolved, use the ledger ticket route and attach the evidence requested.
Offer-wall activities
An offer wall is operated by a third-party provider. InboxDollars says it may not have visibility into the underlying activity, so contact the offer-wall company first using its support process. Keep the provider’s ticket number. If there is no resolution within 10 business days, include that ticket number when contacting InboxDollars through the relevant activity record.

Shopping cashback
Shopping has two separate timing checkpoints. InboxDollars says a typical shopping reward appears as pending within 30 minutes to seven business days. A separate shopping help page says to contact support if credit has not appeared within 30 business days. Check the merchant’s offer terms, confirm that the purchase qualifies, and inspect the ledger before escalating.

- Check that the items, merchant, coupon, shipping destination, and order value matched the terms.
- Keep the order confirmation and, if requested, shipping evidence.
- Do not return or cancel a qualifying order unless the terms permit it; returns can void merchant commission and pending cashback.
Collect evidence before filing a ticket
Prepare a concise record so support can match your claim to the correct activity:
- Offer name exactly as displayed.
- Exact date and, if available, approximate time of completion.
- Screenshot or saved copy of the offer terms.
- Confirmation email for a registration, signup, download, or purchase.
- Receipt, registration details, confirmation text, or payment receipt relevant to the required action.
- For certain subscription or shipped-product offers, clear photos of the package, shipping label, and tracking information. InboxDollars’ guidance says screenshots alone are not accepted for those offers.
- The offer-wall provider’s ticket number, when applicable.
Submit only the information the ticket process requests. Do not volunteer passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive financial or identity data unless the official form specifically requires a particular detail.

InboxDollars’ missing-credit guidance calls the ledger route the fastest and most efficient way to request help.
- Open your activity ledger.
- Find the offer in Visited, Pending, or the recent-activity help area.
- Select the support or missing-credit option attached to that activity rather than sending a general message with no transaction reference.
- State the offer name, exact completion date, requirement completed, and current ledger status.
- Attach the requested proof in a readable format. For a shipped-product claim, include the required package, label, and tracking photos rather than screenshots alone.
- If an offer-wall provider already handled a case, add its ticket number and summarize the outcome.
- Keep the case number and copies of everything submitted.
InboxDollars says an investigation may take up to 30 business days after it receives the requested information. The result can depend on advertiser or provider confirmation, so a complete ticket improves the investigation but does not establish that credit must be granted.

Why a completed offer can still be denied
The offer was previously completed
Advertisers commonly limit a promotion to one completion. A prior signup or install through another service can make a later InboxDollars attempt ineligible, even if the second click was tracked.
A required condition was missed
Examples include reaching the wrong game level, buying a nonqualifying item, failing to keep a subscription active for the required period, missing a deadline, or not meeting a minimum order value. The visible completion of one step does not prove that every condition was satisfied.
The provider did not validate the event
For app and offer-wall promotions, the third party controls the validation signal. InboxDollars may be unable to credit an activity that the provider never reported as successful.

Attribution was lost
Blockers, privacy settings, VPNs, competing extensions, device changes, or an interrupted redirect can prevent the advertiser from linking the final action to InboxDollars.
The transaction changed after completion
A returned, canceled, refunded, or otherwise altered purchase may no longer qualify. Merchant reporting can also wait until the order reaches a later status.
What not to do while a claim is pending
- Do not repeat the offer, reinstall the app, or create another account to trigger a second event.
- Do not delete confirmation emails, receipts, or the original app until the case is resolved if they are relevant evidence.
- Do not open multiple duplicate tickets for the same ledger entry; update the existing case when possible.
- Do not assume a pending entry is immediately withdrawable cash.
- Do not treat a support submission as an approval. InboxDollars expressly states that it makes no guarantee members will receive credit for completing an offer or cash-earning activity.
A practical decision checklist
- Terms: Did you meet every requirement, deadline, amount, and first-time-user condition?
- Ledger: Is the initial click in Visited? Is the required event in Pending?
- Timing: Has the full offer-specific window passed, including any 30–90-day purchase period?
- Tracking: Were blockers, strict privacy settings, VPNs, competing extensions, device switching, or iPhone tracking refusal involved?
- Evidence: Do you have the offer name, exact completion date, confirmation, receipt, or required shipping photos?
- Routing: Is this a direct offer, app-provider activity, offer-wall promotion, or shopping transaction?
- Eligibility: Have you avoided a duplicate completion through another site, app, or the advertiser?
If the answer to each applicable question is yes and the waiting period has ended, submit one complete ticket from the matching ledger entry. If the ledger never recorded the initial visit or event, explain that specific gap instead of claiming only that the balance is missing.
What outcome to expect
InboxDollars can investigate using the ledger, your documentation, and information supplied by the advertiser or provider. Those records make a claim easier to evaluate, but they do not override eligibility rules or create a guaranteed payment. The most reliable approach is to follow the offer’s terms exactly, preserve proof at the time of completion, wait through the stated window, and use the support channel tied to the activity type.
