Tesla’s 2024 Annual Stockholder Meeting took place on June 13, 2024, so the livestream is no longer live. You can watch the official recording on Tesla’s YouTube channel. Tesla’s archived event page also contains historical meeting information.

The most direct way to watch the full meeting—including Elon Musk’s presentation and the shareholder Q&A—is Tesla’s official YouTube recording:

When did Tesla’s 2024 annual meeting take place?
The meeting began on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. The equivalent times were:
- 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
- 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time
- 8:30 p.m. UTC
Tesla’s page displayed “CT.” Since the meeting was held in Austin, Texas, in June, the applicable local time was Central Daylight Time.
Did you need to own Tesla stock to watch?
No. Tesla said its public livestream was accessible to the public, so ordinary viewers did not need to own shares, register, or provide a shareholder control number to watch the webcast.

How shareholder participation worked
Tesla’s virtual meeting portal was:
virtualshareholdermeeting.com/TSLA2024
The interactive meeting was available to stockholders who held Tesla shares as of the April 15, 2024 record date. Participants needed a 16-digit secure control number.
Where to find the control number
- Stockholders of record: The number appeared on the Notice of Internet Availability or paper proxy card sent by Computershare.
- Shares held through a broker or bank: The voting instruction form or other broker materials explained the applicable internet or telephone voting process.
A brokerage account number is not the same as the meeting control number. If broker materials did not provide online or telephone instructions, Tesla directed beneficial owners to complete and return the voting instruction form supplied by the broker.
The control number was not required for the ordinary public webcast. Also, the historical portal details do not establish that the portal still accepts logins, votes, or comments now.

What is included in the official replay?
The recording includes the formal meeting, Tesla’s presentation, and the Q&A session. Its listed chapters include:

Capacity was restricted, and Tesla used a random drawing for the limited number of stockholders permitted to attend. This should not be treated as a current attendance option.
Common problems when looking for the meeting
The Tesla event page does not show a livestream
The June 13, 2024 event has ended. Go directly to the official YouTube replay.
The shareholder portal rejects your number
Check that you are using the 16-digit control number from your proxy or broker materials—not your brokerage account number. The portal’s historical access may also no longer be active.
You want to vote after watching the replay
The recording is for viewing and does not provide a way to cast a post-meeting vote. The 2024 voting process and deadlines belonged to the original proxy solicitation.
A search result shows another livestream
Third-party videos may offer commentary or analysis, but they are not Tesla’s official broadcast and may contain interruptions, opinions, sponsorships, or incomplete coverage. For the meeting itself, use Tesla’s official recording.
