Indicator event
If the interface offers an indicator condition, first add the indicator and set its parameters. Then define the event you want monitored, such as a line crossing another line, only if that event is explicitly available. Note the timeframe and parameters in your trading journal; changing either can change the trigger without changing the instrument.
Pattern notification
Pattern alerts can draw attention to a formation, but a pattern label is not a prediction or a trade recommendation. Check what pattern name, confirmation rule and timeframe the interface displays.
