The official material does not establish an active outage or show that every failure originates with Bajaj Broking. Do not change several variables at once. For example, changing the browser, symbol, layout and account at the same time may make the chart appear to recover without showing which condition mattered. Begin with the least disruptive page checks, then move to synchronization and broker-data checks only when the symptom points there.
Fix a blank, slow or frozen chart
1. Reload and restart cleanly
- Reload the TradingView chart page.
- Close and reopen the browser, then sign in again if necessary.
- Open the same chart once more and check whether candles, the price scale and the toolbar appear.
Check all three visible parts separately: the candle area, the price scale and the chart controls. A page can partially load, so a missing toolbar is not the same fault as a missing price scale. A single successful reload does not prove that the original fault was on Bajaj Broking’s side. It only confirms that the page can render after a fresh request.
2. Reduce browser pressure
TradingView identifies numerous open tabs and browser extensions as possible performance factors. Close tabs you are not using and temporarily disable extensions, especially content blockers or ad blockers, before testing again. This is a diagnostic step, not evidence that an extension is definitely responsible. Re-enable extensions one at a time after the chart is stable so you can identify a conflict without leaving security or accessibility tools disabled unnecessarily.

Also close duplicate TradingView windows. Even when a page appears idle, it can still count as an open chart page for connection purposes. Keeping one test page open makes the result easier to interpret and avoids confusing a rendering problem with a connection-limit problem.
3. Test cache, privacy mode and another browser
If the chart remains blank or the price scale alone disappears, clear the browser’s cached data for the site and retry in an Incognito or private window. Then test a current alternative browser. TradingView notes that stored cookies and enabled extensions can interfere with chart display; a private-window test separates those local settings from the account and network.
If private browsing works but the normal window does not, compare extensions and stored site data before deleting broader browser information. If both browsers show the same failure, record that result and continue with the symbol, connection and account checks instead of repeatedly clearing the cache.
4. Distinguish a missing scale from invisible labels
When price values exist but appear to be absent, inspect the chart canvas text colour and background contrast. A colour setting can make labels blend into the background even though data is arriving. If the entire canvas is empty, continue with the page, browser and network checks instead of changing colour settings.
5. Test one symbol and one interval
Open a liquid, commonly supported symbol and a standard interval. If that chart loads while one particular instrument does not, the problem may be symbol or exchange support rather than rendering. Record the exact ticker and exchange before moving to the broker-data checks later in this guide.
Keep the test simple: one chart, one symbol and one interval. Once that combination works, add the second pane or preferred interval and observe which change, if any, brings the fault back.

Resolve a “connection was closed” message
TradingView explains that each open chart page consumes one chart connection. When the plan’s allowance is reached, the oldest connection can be closed. Dismissing the warning does not necessarily reconnect the current page; refresh the page after reducing the number of open chart pages.
Close excess pages or consolidate charts
- Count every browser tab or window that has a TradingView chart open, including tabs in other windows.
- Close older or duplicate chart pages.
- Where practical, place several charts in one multi-chart layout rather than opening separate pages.
- Refresh the chart that showed the warning.
Restoring one tab after the limit was reached can disconnect another tab, so keep only the pages you need during the test. If you use multiple monitors, check each window rather than counting only the tabs visible on the current screen.

TradingView’s help material lists these plan examples for charts in one layout:

These limits can change. Treat the connection count shown in your current TradingView account and plan information as authoritative rather than relying on an old table or assuming that an upgrade is required. Closing duplicate pages is the first remedy; a subscription change is not established as a fix for an individual account.
A multi-chart layout can reduce the number of separately opened chart pages, but it does not make an over-limit account unlimited. If the notice returns immediately after you close duplicates, capture the plan and connection information shown in the account before contacting TradingView.
Make symbols and intervals sync across charts
Symbol/interval synchronization and drawing synchronization are separate controls. Turning on one does not automatically turn on the other.

- Open a multi-chart layout.
- Enable Symbol sync and/or Interval sync in the chart-sync controls.
- Assign each chart that should participate to the same emoji group using the Chart Syncing control.
- Change the symbol or interval in one participating chart and confirm that the other charts in that group follow it.
Charts assigned to different emoji groups are intentionally independent. If only some panes change, compare their group icons before assuming that synchronization is broken. Likewise, if the symbol changes but the timeframe does not, verify that Interval Sync is enabled separately.
Test with a harmless symbol change first, then restore the intended instrument. This confirms the control is operating without risking an order on the wrong ticker. Synchronization changes chart display; it does not by itself confirm that every synchronized instrument is tradable through Bajaj Broking.
Restore missing drawings and indicators
Confirm the saved layout first
TradingView layouts are separate containers. Two devices can show the same symbol while loading different layouts, making drawings appear to have vanished. Open the layout that contains the expected objects and compare its name with the layout open on the other device.

Check the layout before recreating any trend line or indicator. Rebuilding objects in the wrong layout can create duplicate work and make it harder to determine whether the original drawing was ever deleted.

Turn on drawing synchronization
- Use the drawing toolbar’s synchronization control.
- Choose Layout sync when drawings for the same symbol should appear within the current layout.
- Choose Global sync when drawings for the same symbol should follow you across layouts.
Global synchronization across tabs or devices in real time requires layout autosave. Without autosave, save the layout manually after making changes. The scope matters: layout sync is narrower, while global sync is intended to carry the same symbol’s drawings between layouts.
Check that the object is actually saved
Look below the layout name for the blue Save marker. It indicates unsaved changes. Save before closing the tab or moving to another device. Autosave stores drawing objects and changes immediately, but you should still confirm that the expected layout is open after signing in elsewhere.
If a drawing appears on one device but not another, first save on the device where it exists, then reopen the same layout on the second device. Do not assume that signing in with the same account automatically means both screens are showing the same saved layout.
Stop layout changes from being overwritten
Editing one layout simultaneously in several browser tabs or devices creates competing versions. TradingView warns that changes from different open versions can overwrite one another.
- Close duplicate tabs that contain the same layout.
- Make the edit in one remaining tab.
- Watch for the blue Save marker and save before closing.
- If autosave is disabled, repeat a manual save in every tab only when you intentionally need those versions; otherwise, avoid parallel editing.
- Reopen the layout on the second device and confirm the saved result rather than continuing to edit both copies.
This workflow prevents a later tab with an older state from replacing a drawing or setting you just added. It also distinguishes an overwrite from a synchronization failure: if the saved layout changes after another tab closes, competing versions were likely involved.
Check Bajaj Broking symbols, quotes and real-time data
When the order panel says a symbol is not tradable
- Open TradingView’s symbol search.
- Filter the search by the broker and select the matching Bajaj Broking instrument.
- Compare the selected ticker, exchange and instrument type with the contract you intend to trade.
A similarly named index, equity, futures contract or exchange listing may render on TradingView but not be supported for order routing through the connected broker. A non-tradable order-panel result is therefore a symbol-support check, not proof that the chart engine failed.
Check the exchange as well as the name. Two instruments can look alike in search results while representing different markets or contract types. Confirm the exact selection before using a buy or sell button.
Verify BSE real-time-data access
TradingView’s Bajaj Broking listing describes account verification for BSE real-time data. The verification remains valid for seven days, after which you must verify again. Connect the broker in the Trading Panel and complete the verification when prompted.

The listing names BSE specifically. It does not establish that the same entitlement covers NSE, futures or every other asset class, so do not generalize the seven-day verification to exchanges or instruments that are not identified there.
Separate chart data from broker order-panel quotes
TradingView warns that market-data sources can differ. When a live broker is connected, quotes shown in the order panel and on buy/sell buttons come from the broker and may remain delayed even if you separately purchase TradingView market data. A delayed broker quote is a data-source or entitlement issue; it is not the same as a blank chart, missing drawing or failed layout sync.
Compare the chart quote with the order-panel quote without assuming they must match. Record which display is delayed and whether the delay affects one exchange or instrument. That distinction gives Bajaj Broking or TradingView a specific data question instead of a general “chart not working” report.
Ask about an integration-specific data subscription
If the instrument is tradable in the Bajaj Broking platform but remains unavailable for trading through TradingView, ask the broker whether a real-time data subscription is required for that particular integration and instrument. TradingView notes that such a requirement applies to some integrations, not universally to every Bajaj Broking instrument. Request confirmation for the exact exchange and ticker rather than purchasing a general plan as a guess.
Use a device-and-scope comparison to isolate the fault

Keep the comparison controlled: change one variable at a time and record the exact error. Switching browser, symbol, layout and device simultaneously can hide the cause. A result that differs by device points toward the local environment; a result that differs by symbol points toward support or entitlement for that instrument.

TradingView announced Bajaj Broking availability in its Trading Panel for routing Indian stock and futures orders from charts. The integration flow is to open the chart’s Trade panel, select Bajaj Broking and sign in. The announcement page displays “Feb 17” but does not establish a publication year in the available page text, so that date should not be treated as a current release year.
Successful sign-in confirms the connection, not universal support for every symbol or exchange. After connecting, test the exact instrument, verify the quote source and check whether the order panel marks it tradable. A connected account can therefore coexist with an unsupported ticker or delayed broker quote.
What to record before contacting support
- The exact symptom: blank, frozen, closed connection, unsaved layout, missing drawing, delayed quote or non-tradable symbol.
- Device and operating system, browser or mobile app, and browser version where applicable.
- Whether private browsing or another browser changes the result.
- The symbol, exchange, interval and chart layout name.
- Whether the problem affects one tab, all tabs, one device or every device.
- Whether TradingView market data, the connected broker quote or both are delayed.
- Whether Bajaj Broking BSE verification is still within its seven-day validity window.
- A screenshot of the exact notice, with account numbers and other sensitive information hidden.
This information lets support distinguish a rendering fault from a connection allowance, layout conflict, symbol-support limitation or data-entitlement question.
