To retrieve the complete filing, search under the company’s legal identity—CIN U25209DN2007PLC000242—then check the company archive, MCA/ROC filings, BSE/NSE disclosures and IPO documents. Use the document’s status and contents to distinguish original audited statements from IPO restated financial information.

Start with the exact company identity
Name-only searches can return similarly named businesses or incomplete records. Begin with the legal name Shree TNB Polymers Limited and CIN U25209DN2007PLC000242. The company-information record associates that CIN with ROC Ahmedabad. Its registered office is listed as Sr. No. 132/1/1/4, Behind Prince Pipes, Athal Road, Athal, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India 396230.
Enter both the legal name and CIN whenever a search form permits it. The CIN is the more reliable identifier for MCA and ROC records because it remains tied to the incorporated entity even when a website uses an abbreviation, changes its page title or indexes a document under an IPO project name.

What the latest audited record says
| Item | Verified detail |
|---|---|
| Latest audited reporting period located | Year ended 31 March 2026 |
| Auditor named in the report | P.M. Bagrecha & Co. |
| Auditor-report date | 14 August 2026 |
| Earlier audited years covered in the same report | Years ended 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2024 |
| Accounting basis mentioned for the restated information | Accounting standards notified under section 133 of the Companies Act, using audited Indian-GAAP financial statements as the source |
The year-end date is the controlling period marker. A document labelled “FY2026” should show 31 March 2026, not merely a publication date in calendar 2026. The 14 August 2026 date identifies the auditor report associated with that period; it is not the company’s year-end.
Use the company’s own archive first
Open the company’s investor, financial-information or IPO-document area and look for labels such as “Annual Report,” “Audited Financial Statements,” “Audited Financial Results,” “Investor,” “DRHP,” “RHP” or “Prospectus.” A complete annual-report PDF normally identifies the company and period on its cover and includes the signed independent auditor’s report near the financial statements.

What to download from the archive
- Download the file whose reporting period ends on 31 March 2026.
- Save the PDF with a descriptive filename such as
Shree-TNB-Polymers-FY2026-audited-statements.pdf. - Check that the first pages identify Shree TNB Polymers Limited and, where shown, CIN
U25209DN2007PLC000242. - Look for the independent auditor’s report, balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, cash-flow statement, notes and significant accounting policies.
- Keep the original downloaded file; do not rely solely on a browser preview or a later converted spreadsheet.
Search MCA and ROC filings by CIN
Use the Ministry of Corporate Affairs filing search with U25209DN2007PLC000242, selecting the company rather than relying on a broad name query. Inspect filings for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 and the preceding years. The company-information record specifically says that FY2025 statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 were filed with ROC Ahmedabad, so an FY2025 filing is a useful identity and continuity check while you locate the FY2026 material.

How to evaluate an MCA result
- Confirm that the filing belongs to the CIN, not just a similar company name.
- Read the period shown in the filing header or attachment name. “31 March 2026” is the relevant latest year-end.
- Check whether the attachment is a full financial-statement filing, a set of audited results, a directors’ report or another form.
- Open the attached statements and verify that the auditor’s report and notes are present.
- Record the filing date separately from the reporting date; they answer different questions.
A filing index or company-information page can establish that a submission exists, but the attached signed statements provide the substantive numbers and auditor opinion. If the index is visible but an attachment will not open, try the same CIN and period through an exchange or IPO source rather than treating the missing attachment as a non-filing.
Check BSE and NSE disclosure trails
Public disclosure notices state that detailed audited results are available through BSE, NSE and the company website. Search each exchange using the exact legal name and the FY2026 year-end date. Exchange results may appear as an audited-results announcement, an attachment to a results filing or a link to a larger financial-information package.

Exchange-search checklist
- Search for Shree TNB Polymers Limited, not a shortened trading name.
- Filter or scan for documents referring to the year ended 31 March 2026.
- Open the attachment rather than relying on the announcement headline.
- Check whether the attachment contains the complete statements and auditor report or only selected results tables.
- Compare the company name, CIN, year-end and auditor with the record naming P.M. Bagrecha & Co.
An exchange announcement can be the fastest route when a company page is under maintenance. It may still be less complete than the signed annual statements, so label the file accurately in your records—for example, “audited financial results” if that is the document’s title, rather than “annual report.”
Use IPO documents when the annual-report page is unavailable
The auditor report reproduces or describes restated financial information prepared for inclusion in IPO offer documents. Search the company’s DRHP, RHP and prospectus materials when the annual-report download is inaccessible. These documents can contain the audited historical figures needed for analysis, but they present them for an IPO purpose and may reorganize, regroup or restate line items.
What “restated financial information” means here
The auditor report says the restated financial information for 31 March 2026, 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2024 was compiled by management from the company’s audited Indian-GAAP financial statements and prepared for use in IPO offer documents. Therefore, an IPO financial section can be authoritative for the offer-document purpose while still being different from the original annual-financial-statement file.

The same report also states: “The financial statements of the Company for the years ended March 31st, 2026, March 31st, 2025 and March 31st, 2024 have been audited by us.” This wording supports the conclusion that the underlying three years were audited, while the presentation found in an IPO document is restated for that transaction.
Tell audited statements, audited results and restated information apart
| Document form | What it is useful for | How to label it |
|---|---|---|
| Annual audited financial statements | Full-period accounts with balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, notes, accounting policies and independent auditor’s report | Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 |
| Audited financial results | Results disclosure that may present selected statements or schedules through an exchange or company announcement | Audited financial results, FY2026 |
| IPO restated financial information | Historical audited information reorganized or adjusted for DRHP, RHP or prospectus presentation | Restated financial information for IPO purposes |
| Database summary | Quick cross-check of a headline figure or filing trail | Secondary summary, not a substitute for signed statements |
Do not call a prospectus table “the annual report” unless the document itself is an annual report. Keeping these labels separate prevents a reader from mistaking an IPO presentation for the company’s original statutory file.
Verify that a PDF is complete and belongs to the right period
Before extracting numbers, perform the following checks in order:
Rank #4
- Entity check: The document names Shree TNB Polymers Limited and matches CIN
U25209DN2007PLC000242where the CIN is displayed. - Period check: The latest audited year is explicitly stated as ended 31 March 2026.
- Opinion check: An independent auditor’s report is included, with P.M. Bagrecha & Co. identified for the relevant report.
- Statement check: The file includes a balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, cash-flow statement, notes and significant accounting policies.
- Scope check: If the file says “restated,” “DRHP,” “RHP” or “prospectus,” preserve that description in your notes.
- Comparative-years check: The auditor report or restated section identifies the years ended 31 March 2025 and 31 March 2024 when those comparatives are included.
A file that contains only a press release, a single quarter, or a one-page results table may be genuine but does not answer the question “latest audited financial statements” by itself.
Resolve conflicting dates and versions
Several dates may appear on one filing: the 31 March 2026 reporting date, the 14 August 2026 auditor-report date, an exchange-upload date and an IPO filing date. Treat them as separate fields. Use the reporting date to decide which financial year the statements cover, the auditor-report date to identify the signed opinion, and the upload or offer-document date to track publication history.
If two PDFs both refer to 31 March 2026, compare their document status and completeness rather than choosing the newest upload automatically. Prefer a primary company, MCA/ROC or exchange filing. Use an IPO document when it is clearly identified as restated information. A third-party database can help locate a filing or check a headline number, but it should not replace the signed statements.
A practical comparison record
| Field to record | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Source channel | Shows whether the file came from the company, MCA/ROC, BSE/NSE, an IPO document or a secondary database |
| Document title | Distinguishes annual statements, audited results and restated information |
| Reporting period | Confirms whether the file covers 31 March 2026 |
| Auditor and report date | Links the opinion to P.M. Bagrecha & Co. and 14 August 2026 |
| Contents | Shows whether statements, notes, policies and the opinion are all present |
Use the FY2025 revenue figure only as a cross-check
The Company Check listed FY2025 revenue of ₹175.7 crore in 2026. That is a secondary database figure, not a replacement for the signed FY2025 or FY2026 statements. If you use it while locating documents, compare it with the audited revenue line and check whether the database uses the same consolidated or standalone scope and the same presentation period. Do not infer FY2026 revenue from that number.

Troubleshoot common retrieval failures
The company page shows maintenance
Save the page title and attempt date, then search the CIN through MCA/ROC and the exact legal name through BSE and NSE. Also inspect DRHP, RHP and prospectus files. A temporary maintenance response is an access issue, not evidence that the statements were never prepared or filed.

A search returns only a database profile
Use the profile to confirm the legal name, CIN or likely filing year, then move to a primary filing channel. Secondary pages often summarize revenue or filing status without supplying the signed auditor report, notes or accounting policies.
A PDF says “restated” instead of “audited statements”
Keep the file if it clearly traces the figures to the audited financial statements and covers 31 March 2026, but label it as IPO restated financial information. Continue looking for the original annual statements if you need the statutory presentation, exact note structure or a direct annual-report citation.
The document has results but no cash-flow statement or notes
Treat it as a results disclosure rather than a complete set of financial statements. Search the same period through MCA/ROC, the company archive and IPO materials for the missing components.

Open the statement pages and confirm the underlying date. For this company, the relevant FY2026 period ends on 31 March 2026; a label without that date is insufficient for verification.
Save and cite the document responsibly
Keep the original PDF, its filename, the source channel and the date you accessed it. In your notes, write the full legal name, CIN, reporting period, document status, auditor and auditor-report date. If you quote a figure, identify whether it came from the original audited statements, audited results or IPO restated information.
For the strongest record, preserve both the complete financial statements and any IPO restated section used for comparison. The two documents may organize the same audited history differently. Keeping both lets another reader see which presentation supports each number.
Bottom line for a document search
Search for Shree TNB Polymers Limited with CIN U25209DN2007PLC000242. The latest audited year located is the year ended 31 March 2026, audited by P.M. Bagrecha & Co., with the relevant report dated 14 August 2026. If the company download is unavailable, use MCA/ROC, BSE/NSE and IPO filings, and mark any DRHP, RHP or prospectus figures as restated financial information rather than silently treating them as the annual-report file.
