Download a Myntra invoice in five steps
The normal download path is the same in principle on the app and website, although button names and screen layouts can change. Use the function labels rather than relying on a particular screenshot.

- Sign in. Open the official Myntra app or go to myntra.com and sign in to the account used for the purchase. An invoice is tied to the order history for that account, so check that you have not switched to a different login.
- Open your orders. Choose Orders or My Orders. The order list is where Myntra groups purchases by their current status.
- Select the relevant delivered order. Open the order whose invoice you need. If several products were bought close together, compare the product name, purchase date, delivery details, and order number before opening the invoice control.
- Choose the invoice function. Look for Invoice, Download invoice, or equivalent wording on the order-detail screen. Select it and allow the PDF to download or open.
- Check and file the PDF. Open the saved document before leaving the order page. Confirm that the order number belongs to the order you selected, then check the invoice number, invoice date, seller details, tax lines, and total. Rename a copy with a searchable file name and keep the original unchanged.
The procedural guidance for Myntra describes the invoice as remaining available after delivery, so a delivered status does not by itself prevent a download. Availability can still vary by the order’s circumstances and account history.
Finding the invoice when the screen looks different
Use the function, not a fixed button position
Myntra can change navigation labels, icon placement, and the order-detail layout as the app and website are updated. The important sequence is Orders/My Orders → selected delivered order → invoice or download-invoice control. A screenshot from another device or an older version may not match what you see.

Confirm that you opened the right order
Order lists can contain multiple purchases with similar products or dates. Open the detail page and compare the order number with the number printed in the PDF. If the PDF opens for a different order, close it, return to the order list, and select the intended purchase before saving anything.
Keep a copy outside the app
A PDF saved to your device gives you a record that can be searched and backed up independently of the order screen. Do not rely on the order page alone when the document may later be needed for reimbursement, warranty support, accounting, or a return-related dispute.
What the Myntra tax-invoice PDF contains
A Myntra-hosted tax invoice can contain the following information. The exact fields, tax treatment, and charges depend on the transaction, so use your own PDF as the authoritative record.

CGST/SGST and IGST can differ
Tax presentation is not identical for every Myntra order. A sample invoice shows CGST and SGST lines for an intra-state transaction, while another shows IGST for an inter-state supply. Do not infer the tax treatment from another order or from a generic template; read the tax lines on the PDF for the specific purchase.
Check the seller and GST details exactly as printed
Myntra-hosted examples include a legal entity name and GSTIN, along with the order and invoice identifiers. The seller or service-provider information can be important when an employer, accountant, warranty provider, or tax record requires an invoice that identifies the issuing entity. Preserve the PDF rather than transcribing those details into a new document.

Can you get a GST invoice after delivery?
Yes. The normal order-page procedure is documented as continuing to work after an order is delivered, provided the invoice control is available for that order. Open the delivered order in Orders/My Orders and use the invoice or download-invoice function. The PDF, rather than a screenshot of the order page, is the record to retain for a GST-related request.
A delivered order can still have a different document or charge pattern from another purchase. Split shipments, returns, cancellations, and other order events may affect what appears in the order history and what the invoice shows. Verify the actual PDF instead of assuming that every order has the same tax rows or total structure.
What to do when the invoice is missing or the download fails
Work through the order page first
- Sign out of any account that is not the purchasing account, then sign back in to the account used for the order.
- Open Orders or My Orders and select the delivered order by matching its product and order number.
- Look for the invoice function on the order-detail page rather than in a general account menu.
- If the control is absent or the PDF does not download, try the official Myntra app or website route and record the exact order number before contacting support.
These checks separate a wrong-account or wrong-order problem from a document-availability problem. Do not create a replacement receipt by manually copying amounts when the original tax document cannot be retrieved.
Contact Myntra with identifying details
Use Myntra’s official Contact Us and help resources when the invoice is unavailable, the file is corrupt, or the order page does not expose a download control. Include the order number, the email address or phone number on the account, and the delivery details so support can identify the transaction.

Use the contact details shown on your own invoice or the current official support page. Keep copies of your support request and any response with the order record, but do not replace the original PDF with an email screenshot.
How to preserve a Myntra order record for years
Keep the original PDF unchanged
Download the invoice and retain the file exactly as provided. An unchanged source document preserves the invoice number, date, seller identity, GSTIN, tax breakup, and total as they appeared on the issuer’s PDF. If you need to annotate the purchase, create a separate note or a copy; do not edit the source file.
Use a searchable file name
Rename a copy with a consistent pattern such as Myntra-<order-number>-<purchase-date>.pdf. Use the order number and purchase date shown in the record, not a shortened nickname that could be confused with another purchase. A consistent pattern makes it easier to find an invoice when an employer, insurer, warranty provider, or accountant asks for it months later.
Maintain two storage locations
Keep one copy in your normal local storage and a second copy in a separate backup location. The locations should not depend on the same device failing. After copying, open the backup and confirm that the PDF is readable rather than assuming that a file-copy operation succeeded.

Keep the related email
Save the order-confirmation or shipment email in the same folder or under a clearly named mailbox label. The email provides context around the purchase and delivery while the PDF remains the primary tax document. Keep both together so the order number and purchase date can be cross-checked without searching several systems.
Add a separate warranty or reimbursement note
For a reimbursement, warranty, or return file, create a separate note containing the product name, delivery date, return window, and reason for the record. This note can explain why the purchase matters without changing the invoice. Store it beside the PDF and related email.
Check the files periodically
At intervals that fit your record-keeping routine, open the saved PDF and confirm that the order number, invoice number, and amount are legible. A backup that cannot be opened is not a usable backup. If a file has become damaged, replace it with a fresh copy from the order page while that option remains available, and keep any support correspondence about the replacement.

Start with the original order history
Myntra does not publish a universal retention period for every invoice in the available guidance. Older-document availability can vary with delivery status, cancellation, return, split shipment, and the history of the account. Begin by signing in to the original account and searching Orders/My Orders for the purchase. If the order is present, open it and look for the invoice control.
Escalate a missing document through official support
If an old order is visible but has no invoice option, or if the order itself is missing, contact Myntra through the official help route. Supply the order number if you have it, plus the account email or phone number and delivery information. Those details give support a way to distinguish your purchase from other orders with similar products or dates.

Request broader account history through privacy tools
Myntra’s privacy information describes a request for personal data that can include account details and order history in portable CSV or PDF format. The stated response time is within one month. This route is useful when you need a wider historical export rather than one invoice, but it is not an immediate substitute for the invoice button on an order page.
Which record should you use?
The right route depends on whether you need one tax document quickly or a broader account history.

For a reimbursement or warranty claim tied to one purchase, begin with the direct invoice download. For an account-history review or older records that cannot be located in the order list, the privacy process provides a broader fallback.

Why screenshots and recreated receipts are weaker
A screenshot can show that an order page existed, but it does not preserve the full tax-invoice structure as reliably as the original PDF. Manually recreating a receipt can also omit the invoice number, seller identity, GSTIN, place of supply, or tax breakup. Keep the issuer-provided PDF as the primary record and use screenshots only as supplemental evidence when a support case requires them.
The PDF also keeps the distinction between an order record and a tax invoice. An order page may be useful for status and delivery context, while the invoice carries the formal identifiers and tax fields used to reconcile the transaction. Saving both the PDF and the related email gives you context without altering either source.
