Use the regulator’s own register rather than relying on a club logo or a broker’s sponsorship page. A group may operate through different entities in different jurisdictions, and the protections attached to one entity may not apply to another.
Do not confuse GO Markets with TMGM
In 2023, Chelsea announced TMGM as its Official Regional Online Forex and Trading Partner in Asia Pacific. That was a separate agreement.
The wording is also materially different. Chelsea’s original GO Markets announcement used the title “Official Online Trading Partner,” while the TMGM announcement expressly limited that later relationship to the Asia-Pacific region. Treating the two deals as the same partnership can lead to an incorrect claim that GO Markets remained Chelsea’s trading partner after 2023.
