Verdict: The available evidence does not establish that Dominion Markets is definitively a scam. It does, however, point to a high-risk offshore broker with inconsistent licensing information, unclear corporate details, limited investor protection, and a notable number of recent withdrawal complaints.
That makes Dominion Markets very different from a strongly regulated broker in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or a comparable jurisdiction. Conservative traders should not treat it as a low-risk place to hold substantial funds.
What is Dominion Markets?
Dominion Markets presents itself as a broker offering forex, indices, cryptocurrencies, shares, and other contracts for difference (CFDs). It advertises both MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, leverage of up to 500:1, copy trading, Islamic accounts, ECN accounts, and a Discord community.
Those are the broker’s own advertised services. They do not independently prove that the platform is safe, that trades are executed fairly, or that withdrawals will be completed without difficulty.

Is Dominion Markets regulated?
Dominion Markets’ regulatory information is difficult to reconcile.
Its current Contact, About, and Accounts pages state that Dominion Markets LLC is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) under investment-dealer license GB24203525. Those pages list a registered address at Level 3, Ebene House, Hotel Avenue, 33 Cybercity Ebene 72201, Mauritius.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →At the same time, the homepage, customer agreement, and older FAQ continue to display license T2023340, associated with the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros. The Mwali public broker list identifies Dominion Markets LLC by company number HY00723020 and shows a license date of August 9, 2023.
A separate Mwali verification page displays an end date of August 9, 2025 while showing the status as active. A Mwali authorized-broker list crawled in 2026 also shows the license as active. The public pages do not explain whether the license was renewed, replaced, or recorded inconsistently.
There are also multiple addresses on the website:
- Mauritius: Level 3, Ebene House, Hotel Avenue, 33 Cybercity Ebene 72201.
- Comoros: Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Comoros Union.
- Dubai: Office-4f-B-04, 345-Sh. Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
Using separate registered, operating, and management offices can be legitimate. The concern is that the site does not clearly explain which entity signs the customer contract, which regulator supervises a particular account, where client funds are held, or where a customer would bring a legal complaint.
Why the Mauritius claim does not make Dominion Markets a top-tier broker
Even if the Mauritius license is active and applies to a specific customer account, it should not be confused with authorization from the:

The FSC Mauritius supervises non-bank financial businesses, including securities businesses and investment dealers. Its regulatory framework is not the same as the U.S. retail-forex regime or the protections available under leading developed-market systems.
Dominion Markets’ own disclaimer says it does not accept applications from U.S. residents and certain blacklisted or sanctioned jurisdictions. U.S. residents should not attempt to bypass those restrictions by using a different address or a third party.
Withdrawal rules and complaints
Dominion Markets’ FAQ says crypto withdrawals are reviewed within 24 hours and advertises same-day crypto withdrawals. It also states that:
- Crypto deposits must generally be withdrawn through crypto.
- Bank-transfer and card deposits must use the corresponding withdrawal method.
- The minimum withdrawal is $50.
- There is no maximum withdrawal limit.
- A pending withdrawal can be canceled by contacting support.
- Customers may continue trading with funds left in the account while a withdrawal is pending.
These are published policies, not independent evidence that every withdrawal is completed within 24 hours. Public customer reports allege delayed or blocked withdrawals, restricted accounts, canceled profitable trades, and poor support after withdrawal requests.

Deposit-bonus terms that can affect withdrawals
Dominion Markets advertises a deposit bonus for qualifying deposits of at least $1,000. The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. The site also says the qualifying deposit must be new money and that withdrawing the deposit that triggered the bonus removes the bonus unless the customer has traded at least 50 lots.

The required lot threshold may increase depending on the bonus amount. Dominion Markets says profits can be withdrawn without affecting the bonus, but the deposit-withdrawal condition is still important.
For example, a customer who deposits $1,000, accepts a bonus, and then needs the original deposit back may not be in the same position as a customer who did not accept the promotion. Before accepting any bonus, ask support to confirm in writing:

Contract terms that may create additional risk
Dominion Markets’ Customer Agreement gives the broker broad discretion in several situations. The agreement says the company may close an account, settle or close open transactions, cancel orders, or take other action it considers appropriate when terminating the relationship.
It also says the broker may void or adjust transactions connected with latency arbitrage, price-feed errors, or high-frequency trading with hedging. Corrections may be made without prior notice, and disputes involving suspected execution or quoting errors may be resolved at the broker’s sole discretion.

Those clauses are especially relevant to customers using:
- Expert Advisors;
- Automated trading systems;
- Scalping strategies;
- High-frequency strategies;
- Latency-sensitive systems; or
- Strategies based on price differences between feeds.
The agreement specifically says latency arbitrage and high-frequency trading with hedging may be revoked without prior notice, including trades made with Expert Advisors. It also places significant responsibility on the customer for orders placed using the customer’s password or identifying information, including some situations involving unauthorized access.
Before trading, a customer should save a copy of the agreement, bonus terms, spread schedule, and withdrawal policy. Website terms can change, and having the version accepted at account opening may matter in a dispute.

The public evidence reviewed does not establish:
- Whether license GB24203525 is currently active in the official Mauritius licensee database;
- Whether every customer contracts with the Mauritius-licensed entity;
- Whether client money is actually segregated in practice;
- The company’s beneficial owners and directors;
- The identity or financial strength of its liquidity providers;
- The percentage of withdrawals completed on time;
- Whether allegations about canceled profitable trades are accurate; or
- Whether a regulator or court has formally found Dominion Markets guilty of fraud.
Dominion Markets also advertises more than 50,000 clients and a client profitability rate above 45%. The public sources reviewed did not provide audited information independently substantiating those figures.

How should a potential customer assess the risk?
If you are considering opening an account, treat the decision as speculative rather than equivalent to using a mainstream, strongly regulated broker. A small deposit does not remove the risk: withdrawal problems can arise when a customer attempts to take out profits, not only when opening the account.
- Identify the contracting entity. Ask whether your agreement is with the Mauritius entity, the Comoros entity, or another company.
- Verify the license independently. Use the regulator’s own database, not only a logo or license number on the broker’s website.
- Request the withdrawal terms in writing. Confirm fees, processing times, payment-method restrictions, identity checks, and conditions attached to bonuses.
- Avoid the bonus unless you understand it. The 50-lot requirement may make withdrawing the original deposit more complicated.
- Test withdrawals early. If you proceed, use a small amount and attempt a withdrawal before increasing your balance.
- Do not use extreme leverage casually. Leverage of 500:1 can cause a rapid loss of capital even if the broker operates exactly as advertised.
- Keep records. Save statements, trade confirmations, support tickets, payment receipts, and screenshots of the terms.
Is Dominion Markets a scam?
Not proven. The reviewed evidence does not justify stating as a fact that Dominion Markets is a scam. Nor does it support describing the broker as clearly safe.
The more defensible assessment is that Dominion Markets is a high-risk offshore broker with unresolved licensing, corporate-identity, and withdrawal concerns. Its claimed Mauritius authorization is not the same as top-tier regulation, while the continued display of the Mwali license creates a material transparency problem.
The combination of inconsistent regulatory information, multiple corporate addresses, broad contractual discretion, high leverage, and substantial withdrawal complaints is enough for a safety-focused trader to avoid depositing substantial funds. Anyone who proceeds should use only money they can afford to lose and should not assume that advertised 24-hour withdrawal processing is guaranteed.
FAQ
Is Dominion Markets regulated?
Dominion Markets currently claims regulation by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under license GB24203525. Its website also continues to display Mwali International Services Authority license T2023340. Because the company presents conflicting license numbers and entities, customers should verify which license applies to their account directly with the relevant regulator.
Does Dominion Markets accept U.S. residents?
Dominion Markets’ own disclaimer says it does not accept applications from residents of the United States and certain other restricted jurisdictions.
What is the minimum deposit at Dominion Markets?
The website advertises a $50 minimum for its Standard STP account, while other pages and the FAQ refer to $100. ECN minimums also conflict: the homepage says $100 and the accounts page says $1,000.
Does Dominion Markets guarantee withdrawals within 24 hours?
No. The FAQ advertises review or processing of crypto withdrawals within 24 hours, but this is the broker’s stated policy rather than an independently verified guarantee. Public complaints allege delayed or blocked withdrawals.
Should I accept the Dominion Markets deposit bonus?
Only if you understand the conditions. The advertised bonus requires at least a $1,000 deposit, cannot itself be withdrawn, and may be removed if the qualifying deposit is withdrawn before a 50-lot trading threshold is met.
What is the safest conclusion about Dominion Markets?
It has not been proven to be a scam based on the evidence reviewed, but it should not be treated as a low-risk or strongly regulated broker. The unresolved licensing discrepancies and withdrawal complaints make it unsuitable for conservative traders seeking strong investor protection.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Dominion Markets is not proven to be a scam, but it is a high-risk offshore broker with inconsistent licensing information and meaningful withdrawal-related concerns. Verify the legal entity and license independently, avoid accepting unclear bonuses, test any withdrawal with a small amount, and do not deposit substantial funds unless you are prepared to lose them.
