What does the payout ratio show?
For 2025, Heidelberg Materials reported a 28.8% payout ratio, based on adjusted profit attributable to shareholders of €2,205 million and a total dividend of €635 million. In practical terms, the reported distribution was less than one-third of that adjusted profit measure.

Can US investors buy Heidelberg Materials shares or ADRs?
