There is no reliable evidence that any of these four coins is currently “gearing up” for a bull run. The list comes from a company-submitted TechBullion announcement dated April 17, 2026, so it is best treated as a set of assets to investigate—not a verified forecast or ranking.
What the four-coin list actually tells you
The article names BlockDAG (BDAG), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). It does not establish that they will outperform, that a broad market rally is imminent, or that any one of them is a likely winner. Its BlockDAG price, return, exchange-listing, and milestone statements are promotional claims in a company-submitted announcement, not independently verified market statistics.

That distinction matters in personal finance. A project can announce a launch or publish a roadmap while its token still faces uncertain adoption, liquidity, security, dilution, regulation, and competition. Project websites explain what their teams say they are building; they do not by themselves prove investment merit.

| Asset | What the April 17 article says | Established project context | What is not established here |
|---|---|---|---|
| BlockDAG (BDAG) | Presented as a Layer 1 project with claims about its mainnet, throughput, price, projected return, exchange listings, and roadmap. | BlockDAG’s official mainnet page reports a launch on February 10, 2026. A September 14, 2026 keynote page says its mainnet, casino, mining, applications, and developer tooling are live. | No independently verified performance statistic, return forecast, adoption measurement, or security assessment is established. |
| Solana (SOL) | Named as one of the four coins to watch. | The available material for this article does not establish a current official development milestone or independent current market metric. | Claims about speed, adoption, valuation, or bull-run potential would require separately dated evidence. |
| Cardano (ADA) | Named as one of the four coins to watch. | Cardano’s official roadmap is organized into five eras: Byron, Shelley, Goguen, Basho, and Voltaire. | A roadmap is not evidence of future price appreciation, completed delivery, user growth, or investment performance. |
| Bitcoin Cash (BCH) | Named as one of the four coins to watch. | No current official metric or independent current comparison for BCH is established in the available material. | Any conclusion about usage, security, liquidity, or upside needs a dated source and a defined measurement. |
BlockDAG (BDAG): separate launch statements from investment claims
The announcement presents BlockDAG as a Layer 1 network and links its thesis to a mainnet, transaction capacity, exchange availability, roadmap progress, and a potential return. Those figures and projections belong to the submitting article and are time-sensitive. They should not be repeated as if they were an independent analyst forecast.
#1 Best Overall
BlockDAG’s own mainnet page reports a February 10, 2026 launch. Its September 14, 2026 “Beyond The Blockchain” keynote page describes the mainnet, casino, mining, applications, and developer tooling as live. These statements establish what BlockDAG says is available at those dates. They do not, without external verification, establish throughput under a specified workload, sustained users, developer retention, validator decentralization, audited security, token demand, or a justified price target.
Questions to answer before treating the launch as meaningful
- Is there an independently reproducible record of transactions, active addresses, fees, and uptime, measured over a stated period?
- What consensus and validator arrangements protect the network, and how concentrated are control and token ownership?
- Which applications are actually usable, and do they have persistent users rather than announcement-only activity?
- What is the circulating supply, maximum supply, unlock schedule, and allocation to insiders, treasury, or early purchasers?
- Where can the token be traded, what is the real depth of those markets, and can a holder withdraw to self-custody?
Solana (SOL): a named pick without a substantiated current catalyst
Solana appears in the four-coin list, but the available material does not provide a current official milestone or an independent market metric to support a bull-run thesis. That means a responsible reader should not fill the gap with familiar generalisations about speed, adoption, or ecosystem size.
To assess SOL, collect measurements for a specific date and use the same definitions applied to every other asset. Examples include daily transactions, fee revenue, active addresses, validator distribution, client diversity, outage history, developer activity, circulating supply changes, and market liquidity. A single headline number can mislead: transaction counts may include automated activity, and a large developer announcement does not prove lasting demand for the token.

Cardano (ADA): a roadmap is a plan, not a price signal
Cardano’s official roadmap divides development into five eras: Byron, Shelley, Goguen, Basho, and Voltaire. The roadmap is a useful way to understand the project’s stated sequence of goals and functionality. It is not a guarantee that every goal will be delivered on schedule, nor does it demonstrate that ADA will appreciate.
How to read the roadmap financially
- Define completion: identify the feature, release, or governance change that would count as delivery rather than relying on a broad era label.
- Check use: look for independent evidence that released functionality produces recurring users, transactions, fees, or applications.
- Measure token relevance: determine whether the feature requires ADA demand, merely uses the network, or can operate without meaningful token holding.
- Account for supply: compare new issuance, staking rewards, treasury movements, and unlocks with demand growth.
Without those checks, buying because a roadmap sounds ambitious turns a development narrative into an unsupported investment conclusion.
Bitcoin Cash (BCH): do not infer a catalyst from inclusion alone
Bitcoin Cash is the fourth name in the announcement, but the available evidence does not establish a current official metric or an independent comparison showing that BCH is preparing for a rally. Inclusion in a promotional list is not a catalyst by itself.
Rank #3
A BCH assessment should begin with observable evidence: transaction and fee trends, merchant or application usage, node and infrastructure distribution, development activity, supply and issuance mechanics, exchange liquidity, and the legal or operational risks relevant to the buyer’s jurisdiction. Compare each measure over the same period with the same methodology; otherwise one asset may appear stronger simply because it is being measured differently.
A fair framework for comparing bull-run candidates
The four assets should be evaluated on identical, dated axes. The available material does not contain comparable current measurements, so no honest ranking can be made from it alone.
1. Network usage and adoption
Record active users, transaction counts, fees, application activity, and settlement value for a defined interval. Explain whether the metric includes bots, internal transfers, or other activity that may not represent economic demand.
Rank #4
2. Security and decentralization
Review consensus design, validator or miner concentration, client diversity, incident history, upgrade controls, audit coverage, and the practical ability of independent operators to participate. “Live” is not the same as independently secure.
3. Developers and applications
Count maintained repositories, meaningful releases, active teams, and applications with recurring users. Announced partnerships or a long roadmap should be treated as intentions until users can verify the resulting service.
4. Supply and issuance
Document circulating supply, maximum supply where applicable, issuance rate, burns, vesting, unlock dates, insider allocations, and treasury holdings. A rising network metric may not benefit holders if new supply grows faster than demand.
Best Value
- It can be a gift option
- Comes with secure packaging
- Helpful in various ways
5. Liquidity and market access
Check order-book depth, spreads, withdrawal availability, custody options, supported jurisdictions, and counterparty risk. A quoted price is not proof that a large position can be bought or sold near that price.
6. Evidence quality
Prefer reproducible blockchain data, audited disclosures, dated technical documentation, and independent analysis. Label project statements as project statements and promotional forecasts as promotional forecasts.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to investigate one of these coins step by step
- Write the thesis in one sentence. State the specific event or usage change you believe will create token demand. “It will rise in the next bull run” is an outcome, not a testable thesis.
- Set a measurement date. Record the price, circulating supply, liquidity, usage, and development data as of that date so later changes do not rewrite your original assumptions.
- Verify the primary claim. Read the project’s technical or roadmap material, then seek an independent source that can confirm delivery, usage, security, or market access.
- Check token economics. Calculate how issuance, vesting, staking rewards, treasury sales, and concentration could affect your ownership over the intended holding period.
- Test exit conditions. Confirm where you could sell, expected spreads, withdrawal rules, custody arrangements, and the consequences of an exchange or wallet failure.
- Run a downside case. Consider delayed development, lower liquidity, a security incident, regulatory restrictions, lost keys, or a broad market decline. Decide the maximum loss before purchasing.
- Document what would invalidate the thesis. Examples include declining usage, missed technical milestones, unexpected supply unlocks, centralization findings, or inability to withdraw.
Why promotional price and ROI projections deserve caution
A price target or “return potential” is meaningful only when its assumptions, time horizon, methodology, and uncertainty are disclosed and independently testable. The BlockDAG figures in the April 17 announcement do not become verified forecasts merely because they are numerical. Crypto prices can change rapidly, and exchange listings, quoted prices, and roadmap status can change after publication.

A projection is not a probability, a guarantee, or a substitute for position sizing. If you cannot explain who calculated the figure, from what starting price, over what period, and under what supply and liquidity assumptions, treat it as marketing rather than evidence.
Risk controls for a speculative crypto purchase
- Use only money you can afford to lose; do not fund a speculative position with emergency savings, rent money, or high-interest debt.
- Decide whether you are holding through volatility, trading a defined setup, or merely researching. Each objective requires different evidence and risk limits.
- Keep records of purchase price, fees, transfers, custody location, and tax lots. Tax treatment depends on jurisdiction and transaction type.
- For self-custody, protect the recovery phrase offline and verify transaction details on the device. For third-party custody, assess withdrawal rules, insurance limits, solvency disclosures, and operational history.
- Ignore urgency, guaranteed-return language, referral pressure, and requests to send funds directly to an individual or unfamiliar address.
- Reassess when the facts change rather than averaging down automatically after a price decline.
What would justify an updated comparison
A stronger follow-up would use the same observation window for all four coins and publish the underlying sources for network usage, security, developer activity, supply, liquidity, and price. It would also distinguish completed milestones from planned ones and separate project-reported data from independently audited or reproducible measurements. Until that evidence exists, the four names are watchlist candidates from one promotional announcement, not a validated list of bull-run winners.
Bottom line
BlockDAG, Solana, Cardano, and Bitcoin Cash are the four assets named in the April 17, 2026 TechBullion announcement. BlockDAG has project-reported mainnet and feature milestones; Cardano has a five-era roadmap; the available material supplies no comparable current catalyst for Solana or Bitcoin Cash. None of those facts proves future returns. Treat the list as a prompt for disciplined due diligence, not as an investment recommendation or evidence that the next bull run has begun.
