The latest Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) list located for this review, marked current as of January 7, 2026, names “CCM Clearing Limited” among companies that are not licensed by the FSC and have no right to operate as an investment intermediary or management company in Bulgaria.
New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) also warned about CCM Clearing on November 12, 2018. The warning said the company could be involved in a scam, was allegedly involved in unreasonable withholding of client funds, and was not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.
That evidence supports a high-risk assessment and a clear practical conclusion: do not deposit money with CCM Clearing. The FMA wording is a warning—not a court finding that the company was criminally convicted of fraud—but the lack of verified authorization and the regulator-reported client-fund issue are serious enough to avoid the firm.
CCM Clearing: key facts
| Item | Verified information |
|---|---|
| Name used by the FMA | CCM Clearing Limited |
| Name on the Bulgarian FSC list | „ЦЦМ Клиринг“ ЕООД / CCM Clearing Limited |
| Website identified by regulators | www.ccmclearing.com |
| Address identified by the FMA | San Stefano Street, 23A, Sofia, Bulgaria |
| Associated entities named by the FMA | Rocket Consultant Group, World Advisory Group, and United FCG |
These identity details matter because an unregulated website can use a familiar-sounding name, a company address, or a claim of European registration without holding the authorization required to provide investment services. The regulator records above connect the name CCM Clearing Limited with the website and Sofia address.

Is CCM Clearing regulated in Bulgaria?
No verified Bulgarian investment-broker authorization was found. More importantly, the FSC’s official list of companies that are not licensed by the commission includes CCM Clearing at entry 134. The document states that the listed companies have no right to conduct activities as an investment intermediary or management company in Bulgaria.
The list is marked “current as of 07.01.2026.” This directly conflicts with any marketing claim that CCM Clearing was, or is, a Bulgarian-licensed investment intermediary.
A company’s Bulgarian address does not establish regulation. Legitimate authorization must be confirmed through the relevant regulator’s register, using the exact legal entity name and not merely a website name or trading brand.
What did New Zealand’s FMA say?
The FMA published its CCM Clearing warning on November 12, 2018. According to the warning, CCM Clearing:
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems- could be involved in a scam;
- was allegedly involved in unreasonable withholding of client funds; and
- was not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.
The allegation about withheld funds is especially important. It is not a routine complaint about a wide spread, slow support response, or poor platform design. If a broker refuses or unreasonably delays returning client money, the risk is directly connected to the safety and recoverability of deposits.
Rank #2
The FMA warning does not publish a verified total number of affected clients, the amount allegedly withheld, or a final court judgment. Those details should not be invented. The accurate description is that the FMA issued an official warning and reported an allegation involving client funds.
What products did CCM Clearing reportedly offer?
Historical reporting based on CCM Clearing’s own website described a broad offering that reportedly included:
- foreign exchange;
- foreign-exchange options; and
- contracts for difference (CFDs) on stocks, crude oil, and precious metals.
These historical product claims do not prove that the instruments were independently executed, that client assets were properly safeguarded, or that the broker had the permissions needed to offer them. The FMA warning recorded the company’s claimed financial-instrument offering but did not validate the products.

Platform and trading conditions
Older broker reviews reported that CCM Clearing used a platform called UTRADEPro. They also noted that important trading terms—including spreads, leverage, minimum deposit, and demo-account availability—were not clearly disclosed on the website at the time.
Those are historical observations from 2018–2019, not confirmed current specifications. A live platform name is not evidence of regulation, and an old review cannot establish that a genuine CCM Clearing client portal still operates. It would therefore be inaccurate to present UTRADEPro as CCM Clearing’s current platform without independently verified, current documentation.
Why the risk rating is high
| Risk factor | Assessment |
|---|---|
| Regulatory authorization | Not verified; the latest Bulgarian FSC list located identifies CCM Clearing as unlicensed. |
| Regulator warning | Yes; New Zealand’s FMA issued a public warning. |
| Client-money risk | High; the FMA cited alleged unreasonable withholding of client funds. |
| Investor compensation | No verified current scheme membership or compensation protection was found in the official records reviewed. |
| Current operating status | No current, regulator-confirmed authorization or legitimate operating status was established. |
These factors make CCM Clearing unsuitable for a new deposit. Even if a website remains accessible or a representative promises unusually high returns, neither fact cures the absence of verified authorization.
Claims about CCM Clearing that should be treated carefully
“The FMA proved CCM Clearing was a scam.”
This is too strong. The FMA said CCM Clearing could be involved in a scam and referred to alleged unreasonable withholding of client funds. That is an official regulatory warning, not a reported criminal conviction or court ruling.

A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11“CCM Clearing was regulated because it was based in Bulgaria.”
That claim is false on the available evidence. The Bulgarian FSC’s list current as of January 7, 2026 includes CCM Clearing among companies that were not licensed by the commission and had no right to operate as an investment intermediary or management company in Bulgaria.
“It was only an offshore broker.”
“Offshore” is not itself proof of fraud. However, the relevant issue here is more specific: the available official records identify CCM Clearing as unlicensed in Bulgaria and not registered in New Zealand. That is enough to make the broker unauthorized for the services described in those records.
“The company was called CM Clearing Ltd.”
Some older review sites used the name “CM Clearing Ltd,” but the primary regulator records reviewed here use CCM Clearing Limited and „ЦЦМ Клиринг“ ЕООД / CCM Clearing Limited. “CM Clearing Ltd” should not be treated as a confirmed legal name without corporate-registry evidence.

“There are not many complaints, so the broker must be safe.”
That conclusion is unsupported. The FMA warning itself records an allegation involving withheld client funds. A small number of indexed reviews may simply mean that fewer complaints are publicly visible; it does not establish that withdrawals were routinely honored or that client money was protected.
What to do if you already sent money
- Stop sending additional funds. Do not pay “tax,” “verification,” “release,” or “recovery” fees to unlock a withdrawal.
- Save evidence. Keep account statements, emails, chat messages, payment receipts, wallet addresses, phone numbers, contracts, and screenshots of the website or trading portal.
- Contact the payment provider immediately. Ask your bank, card issuer, or payment service whether a chargeback, transfer recall, or fraud investigation is available. Recovery is not guaranteed, but delay can reduce your options.
- Secure your accounts. Change passwords reused on the broker’s website and enable two-factor authentication. If you shared identity documents, monitor for unusual account activity and consider asking the relevant authority about identity-fraud precautions.
- Report the matter. Contact your local financial regulator and law-enforcement or fraud-reporting agency. Include the exact company name, website, payment details, and communications.
Be cautious of recovery firms that contact you after the original loss and demand an upfront payment. A person who already has your trading or payment details may use them to make a second fraud attempt.

CCM Clearing is not a verified legitimate broker. Official records identify CCM Clearing Limited as unlicensed in Bulgaria as of January 7, 2026. New Zealand’s FMA previously warned that the company could be involved in a scam, was not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand, and had allegedly withheld client funds.
The evidence does not justify claiming that a court convicted CCM Clearing of fraud. It does justify treating the company as an unlicensed, high-risk broker and avoiding any new deposit.
