Correction: Apple’s Q1 FY25 earnings call took place on Thursday, January 30, 2025, not January 30, 2026. The call covered Apple’s fiscal quarter from October through December 2024 and began at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time, or 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Why “Q1 FY25” refers to 2024

Apple’s fiscal quarters do not line up directly with calendar quarters. “Q1 FY25” was Apple’s first fiscal quarter of fiscal 2025, but it was the company’s holiday-season quarter covering October, November and December 2024. The results were announced and discussed in calendar year 2025.

That distinction is why the date in the supplied title—January 30, 2026—is incorrect. It does not describe Apple’s Q1 FY25 call.

What the announcement covered

The scheduling announcement concerned the release of Apple’s financial results and a subsequent conference call with management. It was not itself the company’s complete Q1 FY25 earnings release, nor was it a report of Apple’s eventual revenue, profit, guidance or market reaction.

The contemporary preview identified several subjects investors were expected to watch:

  • Demand for the iPhone 16 lineup during the holiday quarter.
  • Performance of the Apple Watch Series 10.
  • Sales of Macs using Apple’s M4 processors.
  • Growth in Apple’s Services business.
  • Holiday demand by region.
  • Supply-chain conditions and the China market.

These were anticipated discussion points before the call, not confirmed outcomes of the scheduling announcement. The original report also said Apple typically released its full earnings report about 30 minutes before the call; that was a reported customary timing, not a guaranteed rule.

Who was expected to lead the call?

The call was expected to be the first earnings call led by Kevin Parekh as Apple’s chief financial officer, following Luca Maestri’s transition to another role. That detail was reported in the contemporary preview and should be understood in the context of the 2025 event.

Historical dial-in information

The 2025 event was associated with the following dial-in details:

  • U.S. toll-free: (800) 216-0480
  • International: (323) 794-2150
  • Confirmation code: 650941

These are archival credentials for the January 30, 2025 call. They should not be assumed to work for a later Apple earnings event. For official releases, filings, webcasts and available replays, consult Apple’s Investor Relations archive.

Bottom line

Apple’s Q1 FY25 earnings call was held on January 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. The event covered the October–December 2024 fiscal quarter; January 30, 2026 is an incorrect date for that call.
