Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteCRM software can improve follow-up, forecasting, and customer retention—but the advertised seat price is rarely the complete cost. Free plans may cap users at two or three, communication tools may charge by usage, and AI features increasingly rely on monthly credits. Paid tiers can also require onboarding fees, minimum user counts, or separate marketing and service products.
The list below compares 10 leading CRM platforms using U.S. list pricing where available, generally on annual billing. The right choice depends on whether you need a simple sales pipeline, a full business platform, Microsoft or Google integration, or a system that connects sales with project delivery.
Quick comparison: the 10 best CRM platforms in 2026
| CRM | Best for | Starting price | Main cost or usability concern |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Growing businesses | Free for up to 2 users; Starter from $7/seat/month annually | Advanced automation and reporting require paid tiers |

| Freshsales | Affordable built-in communication | Free for up to 3 users; Growth $9/user/month annually | Advanced functions are concentrated in higher tiers |
| Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales | Microsoft 365 organizations | $65/user/month annually | Premium features and AI add licensing complexity |
| monday CRM | Visual, customizable workflows | $12/seat/month annually | Three-user minimum and no permanent free plan |

Pricing
- Free: $0 per month for up to 2 users.
- Starter: from $7 per seat per month with annual billing.
- Professional: from $90 per seat per month.
- Enterprise: from $150 per seat per month.
Professional requires a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, while Enterprise requires a one-time $3,500 onboarding fee. HubSpot also uses credits for some AI and automated features. Starter includes 500 monthly credits, Professional includes 3,000, and Enterprise includes 5,000. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over; additional credits are listed at $0.010 each.
Why choose it
The free and Starter tiers work well for basic sales tracking. Professional adds sequences, forecasting, prospecting, custom reporting, sales analytics, and playbooks. Enterprise adds custom objects, predictive lead scoring, conversation intelligence, recurring-revenue tracking, and deal-journey analytics.
HubSpot’s free tier is not unlimited-user software. Its current limit is two users, and advanced automation and reporting require paid plans.
2. Salesforce Sales Cloud: best enterprise CRM
Salesforce is designed for organizations with complicated sales processes, large teams, detailed permissions, extensive customization, and integration requirements. It is usually more CRM than a small business needs, but it can support highly structured enterprise operations.
Pricing
- Free Suite: $0 per user per month.
- Starter Suite: $25 per user per month.
- Pro Suite: $100 per user per month.
- Enterprise: $175 per user per month.
- Unlimited: $350 per user per month.
- Agentforce 1 Sales: $550 per user per month.
Salesforce pricing should be evaluated by exact edition rather than by the Salesforce brand name. AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, success plans, and other capabilities may be separate purchases or vary by edition.
Core functions include accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasting, products, price books, quotes, contracts, and orders. Enterprise buyers also get extensive automation, reporting, permissions, and customization options.
The $25 Starter price does not represent the complete Salesforce feature set. Implementation and add-on costs can materially increase the total cost.
3. Zoho CRM: best value
Zoho CRM offers unusually broad functionality at the lower end of the market. It is a good fit for a small company that wants sales automation, multiple pipelines, custom modules, reporting, AI, inventory, and access to the wider Zoho ecosystem.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

- Free: free forever for 3 users.
- Standard: ₹800 per user per month on the displayed regional pricing page.
- Professional: ₹1,400 per user per month.
- Enterprise: ₹2,400 per user per month.
Zoho’s pricing page may default to a regional currency. U.S. buyers should switch the currency selector to USD before using a price in a budget or comparison.

The free edition includes leads, deals, workflows, reports, mobile apps, data import and export, and up to 5,000 API calls per day. Standard adds email integration, mass email, built-in calling, multiple pipelines, forecasting, forms, data enrichment, and custom modules. Professional adds inventory management, CPQ, customer journeys, process management, AI agents, and predictive intelligence. Enterprise adds territory management, custom functions, approval processes, sandboxes, encryption, and enhanced AI features.
The free edition is limited to three users. Zoho CRM is also separate from Bigin, the company’s simpler product for businesses moving from spreadsheets. To change a Zoho plan, use Home page → Upgrade → Subscription.
4. Pipedrive: best sales-pipeline CRM
Pipedrive is a focused choice for teams that mainly need visible deal stages, activity tracking, contact management, follow-up reminders, email synchronization, and sales forecasting.
Pricing
- Lite: $14 per seat per month annually.
- Growth: $39 per seat per month annually.
- Premium: $59 per seat per month annually.
- Ultimate: $79 per seat per month annually.
Pipedrive offers a 14-day free trial but no permanent free CRM plan.
Lite covers leads, calendars, pipelines, contacts, and activities. Growth adds full email synchronization, tracking, automations, nurturing sequences, forecasts, meeting scheduling, and a contacts timeline. Premium adds lead generation and routing, custom scoring, enrichment, AI email tools, shared inboxes, quotes, proposals, contracts, and e-signatures.
LeadBooster, Campaigns, Projects, Web Visitors, and Smart Docs are separate add-ons. They are charged at the company level rather than per user. For many teams, Growth is the practical starting point because email synchronization and automation are important parts of a working sales process.
5. Freshsales: best affordable CRM with built-in communication
Freshsales suits small teams that want contact management, email, phone, chat, sales activities, AI assistance, reports, and mobile access without paying enterprise-level prices.
Pricing
- Free: $0 for up to 3 users.
- Growth: $9 per user per month annually.
- Pro: $39 per user per month annually.
- Enterprise: $59 per user per month annually.
The platform includes contact and account management, activity timelines, Kanban views, pipeline management, email, phone, chat, AI insights, dashboards, integrations, and mobile access. Advanced customization, reporting, governance, and communication functions vary by plan.
Check whether you need Freshsales or Freshsales Suite before buying. They are different offerings, and Suite bundles CRM with additional marketing or engagement products. Also keep annual and monthly prices separate when calculating the cost.

6. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales: best for Microsoft 365 organizations
Dynamics 365 Sales is a natural fit for companies already using Outlook, Teams, Power BI, Azure, and other Microsoft products. Its value is greatest when the CRM needs to share data and workflows with that existing technology stack.
Pricing
- Sales Professional: $65 per user per month, paid yearly.
- Sales Enterprise: $105 per user per month, paid yearly.
- Sales Premium: $150 per user per month, paid yearly.
- Microsoft Relationship Sales: variable pricing with a 10-seat minimum.
Professional provides sales-force automation, Microsoft 365 interoperability, reporting, and dashboards. Enterprise adds contextual insights, Copilot capabilities, natural-language insights, opportunity summaries, email and meeting assistance, and access to prebuilt agents. Premium adds Sales Insights, recommended actions, AI-powered enrichment, and 1,000 Copilot Credits per user per month.

Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Copilot features are not unlimited AI usage. Additional credits may require pay-as-you-go billing or prepaid commitments, and Microsoft says an Azure subscription is required to use agents through Copilot Studio. Dynamics 365 Sales is also separately licensed; it is not simply included with an ordinary Microsoft 365 subscription.
7. monday CRM: best visual, customizable workflow CRM
monday CRM works well for teams that prefer visual boards, configurable workflows, dashboards, automations, and customer records that connect to wider work-management processes.
Pricing
For the 10-seat example shown on the annual-billing page:
- Basic: $12 per seat per month.
- Standard: $17 per seat per month.
- Pro: $28 per seat per month.
- Ultimate: contact sales.
The page also displays monthly prices of $18, $25, and $41 for Basic, Standard, and Pro. Plans start at three users, and organizations with more than 40 users are directed to sales. There is a 14-day trial, not a permanent free CRM plan.

Basic includes up to 1,000 active contacts and deals, a custom dashboard, automations, a communications hub, mobile apps, mass email, email sequences, and 20 quotes or invoices per month. 8. Close: best outbound-sales CRM
Close is built around outbound selling. It combines pipelines, email, calling, SMS, tasks, workflows, and AI in a sales-focused application rather than a broad business suite.

Pricing
- Solo: $9 per user per month annually.
- Essentials: $35 per user per month annually.
- Growth: $99 per user per month annually.
- Scale: $139 per user per month annually.
Monthly prices are higher: $19, $49, $109, and $149 respectively. Every plan includes access to Close’s Chloe AI agent and a monthly AI-credit allocation.
Essentials adds unlimited contacts and leads, team collaboration, forms, email, calling, SMS, a centralized inbox, and task management. Growth adds automated workflows, power dialing, custom activities, and bulk email. Scale adds role-based permissions, lead-visibility rules, predictive dialing, unlimited call-recording retention, and live call coaching.
Calling and SMS are billed by usage in addition to the seat price. Additional AI credits may also be needed. Close’s Call Assistant costs $50 per organization per month plus $0.02 per minute. Solo is limited to one user and 10,000 leads, so the $9 headline price is not a realistic team budget.
9. Copper CRM: best for Google Workspace users
Copper is most compelling for teams that work primarily in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace. Its purpose is to keep CRM activity close to the communication tools employees already use.
Pricing
- Basic: $23 per seat per month annually.
- Professional: $59 per seat per month annually.
- Business: $99 per seat per month annually.
The displayed monthly prices are $29, $69, and $134. Basic includes Gmail integration, task automation, pipelines, project management, contact enrichment, and a 2,500-contact limit. Professional raises the limit to 15,000 and adds workflow automation, bulk email, reporting, and integrations. Business includes unlimited contacts, email series, custom reports, multi-currency, and premium support.

Best Value
- 【Powerful Performance】Equipped with an Intel N150 CPU, featuring up to 4.4 GHz, ensuring efficient and powerful multitasking capabilities.
- 【Versatile Connectivity】Stay connected with multiple ports including USB 3.0 Type-C, USB 3.0 Type-A, and a headphone/mic combo jack, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for seamless wireless networking.
Insightly Marketing, Service, and AppConnect are separate products or bundles. All-in-One packages can also include mandatory onboarding, technical setup, support, and task-volume charges. Buyers should include those costs if they need more than the core CRM.
How to choose a CRM without overspending
- Count users first. A free plan for two or three people will not cover a six-person sales team. monday CRM also starts at three users even though its displayed prices may use a 10-seat example.
- Define the required workflow. Pipedrive and Close are focused sales tools. HubSpot and Zoho cover more business functions. Insightly is better suited to a sales-to-project process.
- Check the integration you already pay for. Dynamics 365 makes more sense inside a Microsoft environment, while Copper is built around Google Workspace.
- Price communication separately. Close calling and SMS, Pipedrive add-ons, and some marketing or service products can materially change the monthly bill.
- Budget AI usage. HubSpot credits, Dynamics Copilot Credits, Salesforce Agentforce, and Close AI credits mean the subscription may not be the full cost of automated features.
- Calculate the first-year cost. Include annual prepayment, onboarding, setup, taxes, add-ons, minimum seats, and migration work—not just the advertised per-user rate.
What to include in a CRM budget
| Cost category | What to check |
|---|---|
| Licenses | Annual versus monthly billing, user or seat pricing, and plan-specific limits |
| Minimums | Required users, such as monday CRM’s three-user minimum or Microsoft Relationship Sales’ 10-seat minimum |
| Onboarding | HubSpot Professional and Enterprise onboarding fees and any vendor-led setup |
| Add-ons | Marketing, service, calling, SMS, project management, e-signatures, and integrations |
| Usage | AI credits, phone minutes, SMS, automation runs, contact limits, and task volumes |
| Migration | Spreadsheet cleanup, data imports, field mapping, and employee training |
Free plans can be useful for testing a workflow, but they should not be treated as a permanent zero-cost solution until you confirm user limits, pipelines, integrations, reports, and export options.
FAQ
Which CRM has the best free plan in 2026?
Zoho CRM has the broadest free allowance among the platforms listed, with a free edition for up to three users and features including leads, deals, workflows, reports, mobile apps, and up to 5,000 API calls per day. HubSpot is also useful for testing, but its current free Sales Hub limit is two users. Freshsales is free for up to three users.
Which CRM is best for a small business?
HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, and Pipedrive are the most practical starting points. HubSpot is strongest if you may add marketing and service tools later. Zoho offers broad functionality at a low entry cost. Freshsales is attractive when built-in email, phone, and chat matter. Pipedrive is simpler when the main requirement is managing a sales pipeline.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Are CRM AI features included in the subscription price?
Not always without limits. HubSpot uses monthly credits, Microsoft Dynamics 365 uses Copilot Credits, Salesforce may charge separately for Agentforce and Data Cloud, and Close includes AI credits but can charge for additional usage. Confirm the included allowance and overage price before relying on AI features in a workflow.
What is the cheapest CRM for a sales team?
The answer depends on team size and required features. Close starts at $9 per user per month annually, Freshsales Growth starts at $9, Pipedrive Lite starts at $14, and HubSpot Starter starts at $7 per seat. However, Close can add calling, SMS, and AI usage charges, while HubSpot’s free and low-cost tiers have important feature and user limits.
The Bottom Line
For most growing businesses, HubSpot Sales Hub is the best overall starting point because it combines CRM, sales, marketing, and service data. Choose Salesforce or Dynamics 365 when enterprise customization or an existing Microsoft environment matters more than simplicity. Zoho CRM offers the strongest value and breadth, Pipedrive is the clearest sales-pipeline tool, and Freshsales is a cost-effective option with built-in communication.
Before signing up, compare the first-year total—not just the entry price. Confirm user minimums, free-tier limits, onboarding, add-ons, phone and SMS usage, AI credits, taxes, and any separate marketing, service, or integration products.
