WooCommerceの商品在庫をまとめて編集したいなら、無料で在庫管理を始められるATUM、大量の商品データを表計算風に操作できるSmart Manager、複数拠点や需要予測まで扱う専用拡張が候補です。ただし、在庫数の一括編集と、倉庫・発注・再補充まで含む在庫業務管理は別の用途。この記事では、必要な業務から6製品を選べるよう比較します。
「WordPress向け」といっても、ここで紹介するのは主にWooCommerceで販売する商品の在庫管理を拡張するプラグインです。商品数が少なく、倉庫が1か所で、在庫を頻繁に変更しない店舗なら、まずWooCommerce標準機能で足りるか確認しましょう。

これは人気順のランキングではなく、機能と用途による分類です。WooCommerce標準機能では足りない作業を特定してから選ぶと、不要な費用や設定負担を避けやすくなります。
まずWooCommerce標準の在庫機能で足りるか確認
WooCommerceでは商品ごとに在庫管理を有効にし、在庫数量、低在庫しきい値、在庫切れしきい値、バックオーダーの可否、在庫状況を設定できます。設定場所は通常、WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Manage stockです。商品単位では編集画面のProduct data > Inventory > Manage stockを確認します。画面の表記はバージョンや翻訳によって異なる場合があります。

商品が数十点ほど、倉庫が1か所、販売チャネルもWooCommerceだけで、在庫を頻繁に更新しないなら、標準機能から始めてもよいでしょう。商品やバリエーションが増え、在庫や価格をまとめて変えたい、変更履歴を残したい、仕入先・発注・複数拠点を管理したいといった段階で、プラグインを検討します。
在庫管理は大きく二つに分けて考えられます。一括編集ツールは、在庫数・SKU・価格などを効率よく更新するもの。在庫業務管理ツールは、仕入先、発注、入荷、倉庫、部品、再発注など、販売前後の業務も扱います。両者を同じ基準で比べないことが、選定の第一歩です。
6つのプラグインを詳しく比較
1. ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce：無料の幅広い在庫管理
ATUMは、WooCommerce向けに在庫情報を集約する無料の中核プラグインです。Stock Centralから商品、在庫、SKU、価格などを扱えるほか、在庫統計・変更ログ、仕入先、発注書、データのエクスポート、可変商品の管理を提供します。無料で始め、必要に応じて有料アドオンを検討したい店舗に有力です。

注意点：「無料コアにすべての高度機能が含まれる」とは限りません。必要機能が標準で使えるか、有料アドオンが必要かを確認してください。また、公式に互換対象として挙げられている拡張は限られます。Subscriptions、Bundles、Bookings、WPMLなどの記載があっても、それ以外の第三者製品タイプやプレミアム拡張すべての動作を保証するものではありません。
公式掲載情報では最低要件としてPHP 7.4以上、WordPress 5.0以上、WooCommerce 5.0以上が示され、PHP 8が推奨されています。実際の導入前には、現行のプラグインページで要件を再確認してください。ATUMの在庫管理を使うには、WooCommerce側の在庫管理設定も有効にします。

向いている店舗：商品数が多く、セール時の価格変更や在庫調整など、カタログデータを頻繁にまとめて編集する店舗。複数担当者の作業で変更を追跡したい場合は、履歴の範囲や復元方法も選定材料になります。
注意点：中心となるのは大量データの編集です。仕入先のリードタイムを使った発注計画、物理的な倉庫間移動、需要予測を主目的とするシステムとは異なります。無料版と有料版で使える機能・範囲が異なるため、必要な機能がどのプランに含まれるか公式情報で確かめてください。
3. Stock Manager for WooCommerce：在庫更新をシンプルにまとめる
Stock Manager for WooCommerceは、商品とバリエーションの在庫を一つの画面から扱うタイプです。数量の編集に加えて、フィルター、並べ替え、インポート・エクスポート、在庫ログなどが案内されています。単純な一括編集を目的とし、複雑な購買機能までは求めない店舗に合います。
向いている店舗：在庫、SKU、価格などの更新を簡潔に済ませたい店舗。CSVを使う運用では、既存データを少量で試せるか、バリエーションを正しく扱えるかを確認しましょう。
注意点：発注書、需要予測、拠点別の在庫引当、BOMのような業務機能を中心にはしていません。プラグインの更新履歴や互換性表示は変わるため、サイトのWordPress・WooCommerce・PHP環境に合う版か、インストール前に公式プラグインページと設定ドキュメントで確認してください。

4. Smart Stock & Inventory Manager：公式マーケットプレイスの一画面編集
Smart Stock & Inventory Managerは、WooCommerce公式マーケットプレイスの拡張です。商品とバリエーションを単一画面で編集でき、在庫履歴やWooCommerce Subscriptionsの管理も案内されています。公式エコシステムの拡張を選び、初期設定を抑えて使い始めたい店舗向けです。
一般的な導入手順は、WooCommerceアカウントからZIPをダウンロードし、WordPress管理画面でPlugins > Add Newからアップロードして有効化。その後、Products > Smart Stock & Inventory Managerを開き、Dashboardタブで商品を管理します。
注意点：公式FAQではカスタムフィールドの編集に対応しないとされています。独自の商品項目や他プラグインが追加するフィールドも一括で変更したい場合は、購入前に対象項目が扱えるか確認してください。
5. Multi Inventory Management for WooCommerce：拠点ごとの在庫を管理
Multi Inventory Managementは、倉庫、店舗、仕入先などを在庫拠点として登録し、商品ごとに拠点別の在庫を持たせたい店舗向けの有料拡張です。CSV入出力、顧客による在庫拠点の選択、拠点別価格、管理者が拠点を割り当てるバックエンドモードなどが案内されています。
向いている店舗：複数店舗を運営し、店舗受取や発送拠点の選択、倉庫単位の在庫把握が必要な事業者。単に在庫を一括編集したいだけなら、よりシンプルな製品で十分な可能性があります。
導入前に確認すること：顧客が拠点を選ばない場合の扱い、注文時の引当、在庫切れ拠点と在庫あり拠点の表示、送料や配送地域との関係、バリエーションごとの拠点在庫、返品時の戻し先、POS・外部倉庫との同期です。プラグインがロケーションを表示できても、それだけで現場の移動・返品・配送ルールが解決するわけではありません。

公式ページの表示価格は、調査時点で1年プラン129ドル、2年プラン206.40ドル（通常表示258ドルから20％割引）でした。価格や契約条件は変わるため、購入時の公式ページを確認してください。
6. Shelf Planner’s Inventory Management：需要予測と再発注を支援
Shelf Planner’s Inventory Management for WooCommerceは、在庫数の編集にとどまらず、販売データや仕入先のリードタイムをもとに発注判断を支援する製品です。需要予測、商品ごとの発注提案、仕入先、発注書、BOM（部品表）、ABC分析、売上・利益レポートなどが案内されています。
向いている店舗：SKUが多く、欠品と過剰在庫の両方を減らしたい事業者、製造・組立商品を扱う事業者、発注量を手作業で計算する負担が大きい店舗。
注意点：予測は結果を保証するものではありません。販売履歴、季節性、欠品期間、販促、リードタイム、最低発注数量などの情報が不正確・不足していれば、提案も判断材料として限界があります。商品数が少なく発注を手作業で処理できる店舗には、機能や費用が過剰になり得ます。

導入前に確認したい選定ポイント
バリエーションを個別に管理できるか
色・サイズ・容量などを持つ商品では、親商品だけでなく各バリエーションが在庫単位です。バリエーションを一覧表示できるか、個別SKUや在庫ログを扱えるか、CSVの入出力で各バリエーションを正しく識別できるか確認してください。親商品の合計数と個別在庫の表示がどう連動するかもテストします。

在庫数の上書きと入荷分の加算を区別する
在庫を「50に設定」する操作と、入荷した10個を「現在数に加える」操作は違います。入荷・販売・返品・棚卸し調整を別々に記録できるか、理由や変更者がログに残るかを確認しましょう。CSV欄の空白が既存値を消すのか、変更しない扱いなのかも、少数データで試します。
履歴と復元の範囲を確認する
複数人で在庫を編集するなら、変更者、日時、変更前後の値、変更理由が分かることが重要です。CSVインポートやREST API経由の変更も記録されるか、誤操作を戻せるかは製品ごとに確認してください。「履歴あり」という表示だけで、あらゆる変更の復元ができるとは限りません。
外部販売チャネルとの「在庫の正本」を決める
Amazon、楽天、実店舗POS、外部倉庫でも販売する場合、WooCommerceのプラグインだけで同期が完結するとは限りません。在庫数を最終的に正しいとみなすシステム（在庫の正本）を一つ決め、他システムへの同期方向と頻度を整理します。同じ商品を複数の場所で編集すると、同期遅延や上書きが起こり得ます。WooCommerceの外に在庫の正本を置きたい企業は、Megaventoryのような外部在庫システム連携も別案になりますが、拡張とは別に外部サービス契約が必要かなど、条件を確認してください。
複雑な商品・注文フローとの互換性
Subscriptions、Bundles、Composite Products、Bookings、Pre-Orders、Deposits、POS、多言語・多通貨、税・配送拡張を使っているなら、単にWooCommerce対応と書かれているだけでは不十分です。公式互換対象か、実際の注文・キャンセル・返品で在庫がどう変わるかをステージング環境で確認します。
安全に導入する基本手順
- 現状を記録する：商品・バリエーションのSKUと在庫数をエクスポートし、データベースとサイトのバックアップを取ります。
- ステージング環境で試す：本番サイトにいきなり導入せず、利用中のテーマ、決済、配送、商品拡張を含めて動作確認します。
- 在庫設定を確認する：WooCommerceのWooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Manage stockと、代表商品のProduct data > Inventoryを確認します。
- 代表的な商品でテストする：単純商品、バリエーション、セット商品など、実際のカタログを代表する少数の商品を選びます。
- 一連の取引を試す：注文、支払い待ち、キャンセル、返品、在庫切れ、バックオーダーで数量が想定どおり動くか確認します。
- CSVは小さく試す：数商品だけでインポート・エクスポートし、SKU、バリエーション識別、在庫の置き換え・加算、空欄の扱いを確認してから全件に広げます。
- 表示と同期を確認する：フロントエンド表示、キャッシュ、外部POS・倉庫同期をチェックし、問題がなければ本番に展開します。
よくある不具合と確認手順
在庫変更が商品ページに反映されない
- WooCommerceと商品単位のManage stockが有効か確認。
- 在庫数量と在庫状況の設定を確認。
- WordPress、ページ、CDN、ブラウザーなどのキャッシュを削除して再表示。
- 同期プラグインがある場合、在庫の正本と同期ログを確認。
- ステージング環境で関連プラグインの競合を切り分ける。
バリエーションの在庫だけがずれる
親商品の在庫設定、各バリエーションのSKU、CSV内のバリエーション識別情報を確認します。Bundles、Subscriptions、予約注文などの拡張を使っているなら、それらが注文時に在庫を減らすタイミングも調べてください。
一括編集で数量を誤って更新した
まず新しい一括更新や外部同期を止め、変更履歴やバックアップから変更前の数値を確認します。注文履歴と実棚の数量を照合して復元し、少数商品のテスト注文で再確認してから通常運用に戻します。取り消し機能がある製品でも、その操作が対象の変更方法（CSVなど）に適用されるか確認が必要です。
在庫が二重に減る
WooCommerceとPOSの双方が減算していないか、同期処理が再実行されていないか、注文ステータス変更や返品処理が重複していないかを調べます。セット商品では完成品と構成部品の両方を減らしていないかも確認してください。調査前に注文履歴、在庫ログ、同期ログを保存し、データベースを直接編集するのは避けましょう。

料金は確認時点の公式ページ表示を基準にし、地域、税、キャンペーン、契約期間、更新条件で変わる可能性があります。特に確認時点では、Multi Inventory Managementの1年プランは129ドル、Shelf Plannerは149ドルと表示されていました。Smart ManagerやATUMのアドオンも含め、購入前に必要機能がどのプランに含まれるかを確認してください。
プラグイン価格以外に、設定・データ移行・スタッフ教育、外部サービス契約、互換性検証、バックアップと復旧にかかる費用も考慮します。安い製品を選んでも、日々の手作業が減らない、または同期事故の対応が必要になれば、総コストは高くなり得ます。
